Background

The garlic harvester is a combined machine specially used for harvesting garlic, and in the driving process of the machine, a shovel head arranged on the front side of a rack shovels out garlic deeply buried in soil by means of inertia force and then outputs the garlic by a chain sieve conveying belt. Preferably, the included angle between each pair of vibration auxiliary rods is 150 degrees.

the eccentric mechanism 2 comprises an eccentric wheel 5, an eccentric bearing 6 and an output shaft 7, the eccentric bearing 6 is welded on the outer ring of the eccentric wheel 5, and the output shaft 7 penetrates through the eccentric wheel 5 and is welded and fixed;

the outer side of the eccentric mechanism 2 is provided with a connecting sleeve 8 which comprises a bolt fixing part 10 and an eccentric fixing part 9; the bolt fixing part 10 is connected with the connecting rod 3; the connecting rod 3 is connected with the shovel head assembly 1 through a first hinge 4; the eccentric fixing part 9 is a fixing ring welded on the outer ring of the eccentric bearing 6, and the left side of the eccentric fixing part is welded and fixed with the bolt fixing part 10;

When the device works, the power output device drives the eccentric wheel 5 to rotate through the output shaft 7, the eccentric wheel 5 drives the connecting sleeve 8 through the eccentric bearing 6, and therefore the transmission rod 18 is driven to reciprocate; the transmission rod 18 drives the first L-shaped transmission rod 19 and the second L-shaped transmission rod 17 to swing back and forth through the second hinge 12 while reciprocating; and the second L-shaped transmission rod 17 drives the vibrator 14 to swing up and down, and the vibrating column 13 on the vibrator 14 continuously strikes the chain sieve 16 from the lower part through swinging, so that the chain sieve 16 vibrates and shakes off soil and broken skin on the garlic.
