本发明的技术方案是：包括茶壶本体、设在本体顶部的壶盖、以及设在本体内部的茶漏，所述茶漏与壶盖通过连杆连接；

所述茶漏包括带孔的下段和上段，所述上段和下段一侧铰接，另一侧通过卡扣结构连接，所述卡扣结构为：上段设有凸起，下段设有可完全卡住凸起的卡圈；
