12. A stew-steaming appliance as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the stew-steaming appliance is an electric stew, an electric steamer or an electric steamer.

Referring to fig. 1, a stewing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a stewing device 10, wherein the stewing device 10 includes: the stewing pot comprises a pot body 11, a stewing pot 13 arranged on the pot body 11 and a stewing cover 14 covering the stewing pot 13, wherein the stewing pot 13 and the stewing cover 14 are connected and matched to enclose a stewing and steaming cavity 101, the pot body 11 and the stewing pot 13 are connected and matched to enclose a heating cavity 102, and steam and/or water is contained in the heating cavity 102.

The traditional electric stewpan stews in a water-proof manner by arranging the stew core, the stew core is completely accommodated in the electric stew cavity of the electric stew pan, all surfaces of the stew core are positioned in the electric stew cavity and are in contact with water or steam in the electric stew cavity, the temperature of the water or the steam in the electric stew cavity is t1, the internal temperature of the stew core is t1, the stew core is free of temperature difference inside and outside, food and water in the stew core can not absorb heat, and the stew core can not absorb heat and boil, so that boiling cooking can not be realized.

In the present application, the heating cavity 102 may be used to contain steam and/or water, or other heating mediums, and in the present embodiment, steam and/or water are taken as an example for description, that is, the heating cavity 102 may contain only steam to heat the stewpot 13 with steam, or fill with hot water to heat the stewpot 13 in a water bath; alternatively, after heating water by charging part of the water into the heating chamber 102, the stew pan 13 is heated by both the water and the steam in the heating chamber 102. As shown in figure 1, the pot body 11 and the stewpot 13 are both provided with upper end openings, the pot body 11 is positioned at the bottom of the stewing device 10, the stewpot 13 is carried and supported on the periphery of the upper end opening of the pot body 11 and is arranged in the pot body 11, the stewpot 14 covers the stewpot 13, and the upper part of the stewpot 14 is exposed. Assuming that the temperature in the heating chamber 102 is t1, the temperature in the stewing chamber 101 is t2, and the temperature outside the stewing cover 14 is t3, t1 > t2 > t3, namely, when the stewing device 100 works, heat is transferred from the heating chamber 102 to the stewing pot 13, transferred to the food in the stewing chamber 101, transferred from the stewing chamber 101 to the stewing cover 14 and then outwardly transferred from the stewing cover 14, so that gradient temperature transfer is formed, the food in the stewing chamber 101 can continuously absorb heat from the stewing pot 13 through heat exchange, and the water in the stewing chamber 101 can absorb heat to boil, so that boiling cooking of the food in the stewing pot 13 is realized. Meanwhile, because steam or water is accumulated in the heating cavity 102, the stewpot 13 is heated by steam or water bath, and the maximum heating temperature is 100 ℃, the food cannot be burnt when the stewpot 13 is used for boiling cooking the food.

If the seal within heating chamber 102 is too high, there is a risk of frying a pot when the steam pressure within heating chamber 102 is too high. Therefore, the connecting position of the pot body 11 and the stewpot 13 is provided with a connecting gap, so that after the pot body 11 and the stewpot 13 are assembled, part of steam in the heating cavity 102 can be discharged outwards from the connecting gap between the pot body 11 and the stewpot 13, and the problem of frying caused by overlarge steam pressure in the heating cavity 102 is prevented.

In the technical scheme of the invention, the stew pan 13 and the stew cover 14 are connected and matched to form the stew steaming cavity 101 for containing food with heating and cooking, the pan body 11 and the stew pan 13 are connected and matched to form the heating cavity 102, and the stew pan 13 is heated through the heating cavity 102 so as to further heat and cook the food in the stew pan 13. When the stewing device 100 of the invention works, heat is transferred from the heating cavity 102 to the stewing pot 13, transferred to food in the stewing cavity 101, transferred from the stewing cavity 101 to the stewing cover 14 and then transferred outwards by the stewing cover 14, so that gradient temperature transfer is formed, the food in the stewing cavity 101 can continuously absorb the heat from the stewing pot 13 through heat exchange, and the water in the stewing cavity 101 can be subjected to heat exchange to absorb heat for boiling, thereby realizing boiling cooking of the food in the stewing pot 13.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the pot body 11 is provided with a first pot opening 1101, a first positioning member 1102 is protruded from the periphery of the first pot opening 1101, a second positioning member 132 is protruded from the periphery of the saucepan 13, the periphery of the saucepan 13 is placed on the periphery of the first pot opening 1101, and the second positioning member 132 is limited by the first positioning member 1102 in the radial direction of the saucepan 13.

Specifically, the water storage tray 31 may be provided as an independent structure; alternatively, the water storage tray 31 and the housing 41 are provided as an integral structure. In a specific application, the water level in the heating tank 1121 is the same as the water level in the water storage tank 3101.

Conventional stewpots 100, such as electric stewpots, are typically low in power and operate by first heating the water in the electric stewpot, which takes a significant amount of time to transfer heat from the water to the outer wall of the stewpot and then to the food in the stewpot. If the power of the electric stewpan is increased, the cooking speed can be increased, however, a large amount of water is evaporated and taken away by high-power heating, and the cooking effect of food is affected due to the fact that the food is dried before being cooked or water needs to be added by a user halfway. When water is added into the electric stewpot, the water level line of the electric stewpot needs to be referred to ensure that the water adding amount is in a proper range, and because the sight line of a user who normally observes when adding water is downward rather than horizontal, unnecessary troubles are brought to the user. Meanwhile, if a user needs to add water halfway, the stewing cover of the electric stewing pot needs to be opened firstly, then water is added into the pot body of the electric stewing pot, a large amount of steam in the pot can cause the problem that the user is scalded when the user manually opens the stewing cover, and the temperature of the steam in the pot body is greatly reduced after water is added halfway, so that the cooking of food is influenced. And, when the water in the electric stewpot is in the boiling, the steam bubble breaks out and can produce a large amount of noises, when the bubble breaks out in stew core bottom, produce the effort to stew the core and arouse that the equal striking vibrations between stew core and the inner wall of the pot body of electric stewpot for in the culinary art process of steam heating, noise vibrations are great.

When the stewing device 100 of the invention is heated by steam, please refer to fig. 1, the water in the water storage cavity 3201 of the water supply device 30 flows out of the overflow hole 3202. When the liquid level of the water storage tank 3101 rises to the overflow hole 3202, the overflow hole 3202 is 'liquid-sealed' by the liquid level, and the water in the water storage cavity 3201 does not flow out any more; when the water in the heating tank 1121 is heated and evaporated, the amount of water in the heating tank 1121 is reduced, and the water outside the overflow hole 3202 flows toward the heating tank 1121, so that the overflow hole 3202 is exposed to the liquid surface, air can enter the water storage cavity 3201 from the overflow hole 3202 again, the water in the water storage cavity 3201 is discharged again and replenished to the heating tank 1121, and thus the water supply device 30 intermittently supplies water into the heating tank 1121.

In this way, the heating groove 1121 can always maintain the proper water amount range, so that the stewing device 100 can be prevented from being dried before the food is cooked, meanwhile, the step of adding water in the midway of the stewing device 100 is omitted, and the problem that a user lifts the stew pan 13 and the stew cover 14 when supplementing water in the midway and is scalded by a large amount of steam in the heating cavity 102 is avoided. For example, when the water in the water tank assembly 32 is exhausted when the continuous cooking needs to be performed for a very long time, the water tank assembly 32 is only required to be taken down and added with water, and then the water tank assembly is turned upside down in the water storage tray 31 again, the stew pan 13 and the stew cover 14 are not required to be lifted out to add water into the heating cavity 102, and in the process of adding water, residual water is stored in the heating tray 112 and the water storage tray 31, and the water can be continuously heated and evaporated; namely, the midway water adding does not influence the cooking process, and the user is prevented from being scalded and the like caused by high-temperature steam when lifting out the stew pan 13 and the stew cover 14. The heating chamber 102 can be kept at the steam heating temperature without lifting the stew pan 13 and the stew cover 14 halfway to add water into the heating chamber 102, so that the heating effect on the substances such as food is better. When steam is heated, only a small amount of water in the stewing device 10 is boiled, the noise is low, the acting force on the stewpot 13 cannot be generated, and the noise and the vibration are reduced in the cooking process.

It can be understood that, during the use process, the height of the water supply device 30 can be adjusted to adjust the height difference between the overflow hole 3202 and the water inlet hole 1121a, so as to further control the height of the water level entering the heating tank 1121; when the height of the water in the heating tank 1121 is low, the steam generation speed is high, and the stewing device 10 can perform steam heating, that is, the water level in the heating tank 1121 is controlled by adjusting the water supply device 30 to control the steam generation speed, so as to improve the steam heating effect; when the amount of water in the heating groove 1121 is large, and even the water in the heating groove 1121 overflows to the heating chamber 102 to soak the bottom of the stew pot 13, the stew pot 13 of the stew and steam device 10 can be heated in a water bath.

Therefore, the stew and steam set 100 of the present invention can perform two functions of steam heating and water bath heating, and the stew and steam set 100 of the present invention can perform steam heating in addition to water bath heating such as cooking porridge or soup, so as to make soup, steam dishes, reheat food, or sterilize milk bottles, towels, and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a water control valve assembly 34 for blocking the overflow aperture 3202 is disposed in the overflow aperture 3202, a protruding rod 311 is protruded from the bottom wall of the water storage tank 3101, and the protruding rod 311 is used for pushing the water control valve assembly 34, so that the water control valve assembly 34 is opened to the overflow aperture 3202.

Specifically, after the overflow hole 3202 is blocked by the water control valve assembly 34, the water storage cavity 3201 in the water tank assembly 32 seals to store water, so that the water tank assembly 32 can hold water and can be transported conveniently; the bottom wall of the water storage plate 31 is provided with a protruding rod 311, the protruding rod 311 is used for supporting the water control valve assembly 34, so that the water control valve assembly 34 is opened at the overflow hole 3202, at this time, the water in the water storage cavity 3201 can flow out of the water storage tank 3101 through the overflow hole 3202 to supply and replenish the water.

As shown in fig. 2, a limiting protrusion 3202a is annularly disposed on a hole wall of the overflow hole 3202, and the water control valve assembly 34 includes:

a valve body 341 accommodated in the overflow hole 3202, and one end of the valve body 341 extends into the water storage chamber 3201 and the other end is exposed from the overflow hole 3202;

a valve protrusion 344 protruding from an exposed end of the valve body 341;

a first elastic member 342 connected between the limiting protrusion 3202a and the valve protrusion 344; and

the second elastic member 343 is connected to one end of the valve body 341 extending into the water storage chamber 3201, and the second elastic member 343 abuts against the limit protrusion 3202 a.

Specifically, the first elastic member 342 may be a compression spring, the second elastic member 343 may be an elastic plastic block, a rubber block, or the like, and the second elastic member 343 abuts against a wall of the water storage cavity 3201 or a wall of the overflow hole when in a free state to block the overflow hole 3201, thereby facilitating water filling, carrying, and the like of the water tank assembly 32; when the water storage device is used, the water tank assembly 32 is partially accommodated in the water storage tray 31 until the water control valve assembly 34 aligns with the convex rod 311 positioned on the bottom wall of the water storage tank 3101, the convex rod 311 abuts against the valve protrusion 344 to drive the valve body 341 to move, the second elastic member 343 is separated from the cavity wall of the water storage cavity 3201 or the hole wall of the overflow hole to open the overflow hole 3202, and at this time, the water tank assembly 32 is supported on the water storage tray 31, and the water storage cavity 3201 is communicated with the water storage tank 3101 through the overflow hole 3202, so that water in the water storage cavity 3201 can flow out of the water storage tank 3101 through the overflow hole 3202. Before or after the water tank assembly 32 is used, the two ends of the first elastic member 342 elastically abut against the limiting projection 3202a and the valve protrusion 344 respectively, so that the second elastic member 343 abuts against the limiting projection 3202a, the water control valve assembly 34 blocks the overflow hole 3202, and the water storage cavity 3201 is sealed.

As shown in FIG. 1, a pipeline 312 is connected between the water supply device 10 and the pot body 11, and the stewing device 100 further comprises a control valve (not shown) arranged in the pipeline 312, the control valve conducts the pipeline 312 in the water flow direction from the water supply device 30 to the pot body 11 and blocks the pipeline 312 in the water flow direction from the pot body 11 to the water supply device 30. Of course, the control valve may be provided as a solenoid valve, or may be a check valve structure.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, after flowing out from the overflow hole 3202, the water in the water storage cavity 3201 of the water tank assembly 32 enters the water storage tank 3101 and enters the heating tank 1121 of the heating plate 112 through the pipeline 312, wherein the heating plate 112 is provided with a heating device, the water in the heating tank 1121 is heated by the heating device, and the generated steam is introduced into the heating cavity 102 to heat the stew pan 13; or the water in the heating trough 1121 overflows into the heating chamber 102, and the water in the heating chamber 102 is heated by the heating device at the heating plate 112.

When steam heating is required, water in the water tank assembly 32 can continuously pass through the control valve and be supplemented into the heating tank 1121, the water is supplied to continuously generate steam, and further, when steam heating is required, the water level entering the heating tank 1121 is controlled by controlling the water supply amount of the water tank assembly 32, so that the water level in the heating tank 1121 is kept low, and steam is quickly heated to generate steam; when water bath heating is needed, water is added into the heating cavity 102 of the pot body 11 firstly, water in the heating plate 112 cannot flow back to the water tank assembly 32 due to the blocking effect of the control valve, water is added all the time to soak the water in the bottom of the stewpot 13, the heating device at the heating plate 112 generates heat to heat the stewpot 13 in the water bath, and the water in the heating plate 112 can be prevented from passing through the pipeline 312 and entering the water storage tank 3101 to be sprayed outwards due to the blocking effect of the control valve in the carrying process. Therefore, the stewing device can realize two functions of steam heating and water bath heating, solves the problem of single function of the traditional stewing device, and can also carry out steam heating besides the water bath heating of porridge cooking, soup cooking and the like so as to make steamed soup, steamed dishes, food reheating, milk bottle, towel disinfection and the like.

The stewing and steaming tool 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention is preferably an electric stewpan, which can effectively solve the problem that the existing electric stewpan cannot perform boiling stewing and cooking on food. Of course, in a specific application, the stewing device 100 provided in this embodiment can also be other types of stewing devices 100, such as an electric steamer or an electric steamer, and it can be understood that the technical solution of the present invention can be applied to heating of all foods or other substances that can be heated by steam or water bath.
