Background

The invention patent with the publication number of CN203234600U and the application number of 2013201853746 and the name of 'a safety power-off mechanism of a frying and roasting device' discloses a safety power-off mechanism of a frying and roasting device, which comprises a shielding piece, a baking tray and a return spring, wherein the shielding piece is in sliding fit with the baking tray; the shielding piece is provided with a shielding head which slidably shields the temperature measuring hole, and when the baking tray is separated from the base or is not matched with the base, the temperature controller cannot be put in to start the baking tray, so that the purpose of safe use is achieved. However, the shutter slides laterally in the horizontal direction, and when the shutter is used for a while and the elasticity of the return spring is weakened, the shutter cannot be completely restored to its original position. Or when violence is inserted, because the front end of the temperature controller insert rod is in a pointed cone shape, the temperature controller insert rod is easily inserted and the baking tray is started, so that an operator faces the risk of scalding.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: in the temperature control rod insertion opening of the right bracket between the electric heating tube and the adjustable temperature control rod, a matching structure that a baffle plate and a torsion spring assembly, a pressing plate and a baffle plate seat assembly are movably connected is skillfully designed, when the upper assembly of the frying and roasting device is not placed on the lower assembly of the frying and roasting device, the baffle plate is in an inclined drooping state, the torsion spring is in a natural telescopic state, so that the temperature control rod insertion opening is closed, and the temperature control insertion rod can not be inserted in any way; no matter how long the device is used, when the elasticity of the spring is reduced, the baffle plate does not influence the baffle plate to be in an inclined drooping state due to the action of gravity; only when the upper assembly of the frying and roasting device is placed on the lower assembly of the frying and roasting device and the upper top of the fixing plate, the baffle surface can be lifted upwards. Although the front end of the temperature controller plunger is in a pointed cone shape, and the baffle surface is a metal structure surface, the baffle surface cannot penetrate through the baffle surface and is inserted into the insertion opening of the temperature control plunger to generate electric contact with the electric heating tube, thereby ensuring complete safety and reliability in use. Moreover, the elasticity of the torsion spring is reduced without influencing the use effect of preventing misplug, and the misplug is effective for a long time after long-term use, thereby ensuring the product quality of the frying and roasting device and the safety of operators.
