Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the supporting assembly 7 includes a supporting turntable 71 connected to a transmission shaft of the driving motor 8, the supporting turntable 71 is disposed to be attached to an inner wall of a back plate of the drying cabinet 1, and two ends of an outer wall of one side of the supporting turntable 71 away from a fixed end are disposed with a first U-shaped mounting seat 72 and a second U-shaped mounting seat 73 side by side, hemp rope net bags 75 are uniformly arranged in rows between inner walls of upper and lower ends of the first U-shaped mounting seat 72 and the second U-shaped mounting seat 73 through fixing pull ropes 74, the hemp rope net bags 75 are disposed in parallel with the fixing pull ropes 74, the hemp rope net bags 75 and the fixing pull ropes 74 are integrally formed, a feeding port 76 is disposed on an outer wall of one side of the hemp rope net bags 75, a buffer anti-collision member 77 is disposed between outer walls of the fixing pull ropes 74 opposite to the first U-shaped mounting seat 72 and the second U-shaped mounting seat 73, the supporting turntable 71 is disposed in a grid structure, and the driving motor 8 drives the supporting turntable 71 to rotate in cooperation with the U-shaped mounting seats and the hemp rope net bags 75, spare part rolls in the inside automation of rope made of hemp string bag 75 during rotation, avoids its long-time contact rope made of hemp string bag 75 lateral wall for each face of spare part all can directly carry out even drying, and rope made of hemp string bag 75 still has the adsorption, can adsorb the water on the part partly, strengthens the drying effect of equipment.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, an elastic collar 761 is disposed on an inner wall of a port of the feeding port 76, the elastic collar 761 is a hollow structure, a tightening rope 762 penetrates through the elastic collar 761, two ends of the tightening rope 762 extend from the port of one side of the elastic collar 761, a tail end of the tightening rope is connected to one end of a lifting rope 763, a limit ring 764 is disposed at a side of the bottom of the hemp rope pocket 75 close to the feeding port 76, a limit rod 765 penetrates through a side wall of the lifting rope 763 corresponding to the limit ring 764, the lifting rope 763 is sleeved in an inner cavity of the limit ring 764, a counterweight ball 766 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lifting rope 763, when the limit rod 765 is fastened to the limit ring 764, the limit rod 765 is disposed at a lower end of the limit ring 764, and the tightening rope 762 contracts to tighten the elastic collar 761 at the port of the feeding port 76; the limiting rod 765 is a member made of plastic material, the length of the limiting rod is larger than the inner diameter of the limiting ring 764, and the outer diameter of the counterweight ball 766 is larger than the inner diameter of the limiting ring 764.

In order to further improve the convenience of the sealing switch of the feed port 76 after the components are placed in the hemp string bag 75, a second embodiment is provided as shown in fig. 7, a zipper 767 is sewed between the inner walls of the elastic collar 761, a pressing zipper head 768 is movably clamped on the outer wall of the zipper 767, a metal block 769 is arranged on the outer wall of the end of a brace of the pressing zipper head 768, a magnetic clamping seat 7610 is arranged at the opening end of the zipper 767 corresponding to the metal block 769, the magnetic clamping seat 7610 is of a cylinder structure, which is engaged and sleeved with a metal block 769, and a pressing chain head 768 is used for controlling the opening and closing of a zipper 767 so as to put parts into the hemp rope net bag 75, meanwhile, the fixing of the pull strip of the press-fit chain head 768 is limited by the magnetic clamping seat 7610 and the metal block 769, so that the zipper 767 is prevented from being opened due to the fact that the press-fit chain head 768 moves when the parts rotate reversely in the hemp rope net bag 75, and the parts are prevented from sliding out of the feed port 76.

Referring to fig. 5 and 8, the buffering anti-collision member 77 includes a transverse buffering strip 771 movably connected to the fixed pulling rope 74 at the outer side of the hemp rope net bag 75, two ends of the transverse buffering strip 771 are provided with a sleeve hole 772 movably sleeved on the outer wall of the fixed pulling rope 74 opposite to the first U-shaped mounting seat 72 and the second U-shaped mounting seat 73, respectively, the top of the transverse buffering strip 771 is provided with a limit slot 773 at uniform intervals, the inner cavity of the limit slot 773 adjacent side by side is clamped with a longitudinal buffering strip 774, the bottom of the longitudinal buffering strip 774 is provided with a bayonet 775 corresponding to the limit slot 773, the longitudinal buffering strip 774 is matched with the limit slot 773 through the bayonet 775 to be buckled with the transverse buffering strip 771, and the transverse buffering strip 771 and the longitudinal buffering strip 774 are both of a hollow structure, and by cross-supporting the transverse buffering strip 771 and the longitudinal buffering strip 774, the hemp rope net bag 75 is prevented from causing mutual collision damage caused by rotation of the parts, enabling it to rotate stably.

Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the drying box 1 includes an outer shell 101 and a first heat insulating layer 102 disposed on an inner wall of the outer shell 101, a second heat insulating layer 103 is disposed on an outer wall of the first heat insulating layer 102 away from one side of the outer shell 101, a reflector plate layer 104 is disposed on an outer wall of one side of the second heat insulating layer 103 away from the first heat insulating layer 102, the reflector plate layer 104, the second heat insulating layer 103 and the first heat insulating layer 102 are fixedly connected by gluing and pressing, focusing grooves 105 are uniformly spaced on an outer wall of the reflector plate layer 104, reflective films are disposed on an inner wall of the focusing grooves 105 and on an outer wall of the reflector plate layer 104, the reflective films and the focusing grooves 105 of the reflector plate layer 104 are utilized to project side light emitted from the drying and heating lamp 6 to a central hemp rope pocket 75, so as to enhance a drying and heating effect of the parts, and is convenient and practical.

The working principle is as follows: after the components are placed on the hemp rope net bag 75, the tightening rope 762 is pulled to contract and tighten the elastic collar 761, meanwhile, the limiting rod 765 is positioned at the lower end of the limiting ring 764 and is buckled with the limiting ring 764, the driving motor 8 is started to drive the bearing rotary disc 71 to rotate, the bearing rotary disc 71 is matched with the U-shaped mounting seat and the fixed pull rope 74 to drive the hemp rope net bag 75 and the internal parts thereof to rotate, the components automatically roll in the hemp rope net bag 75 during rotation, so that all surfaces of the components can be directly irradiated and dried by the drying heating lamp tube 6 at the lower end of the top plate of the drying box 1, meanwhile, the air blowing of the drying fan 2 is conveyed into the flow equalizing box 4 through the air guide tube 3, the components are blown and dried by the air jet tube 5 on the outer wall of the drying fan, the hemp rope net bag 75 also has an adsorption effect, water on the components can be adsorbed, the drying effect of the equipment is enhanced, and when the bearing rotary disc 71 is matched with the hemp rope net bag 75 to drive the components to roll, utilize counter weight ball 766 vertical traction lifting rope 763, through counter weight ball 766 cooperation lifting rope 763 when hemp rope string bag 75 is rotatory taut elasticity neck ring 761 downwards all the time, prevent that the part from dropping out from hemp rope string bag 75, safety protection nature when guaranteeing its dry upset, moreover, the steam generator is simple in operation, complex operation's problem when avoiding current equipment fixed part dry, even interval sets up focus recess 105 on the outer wall of reflector plate layer 104, focus recess 105 inner wall and all laid the reflective membrane on the outer wall of reflector plate layer 104, when dry heating fluorescent tube 6 of drying cabinet 1 roof lower extreme heats the part dry, utilize reflector plate layer 104's reflective membrane and focus recess 105, throw the sidelight focus that dry heating fluorescent tube 6 diverges to middle hemp rope string bag 75 department, strengthen it and carry out dry heating effect to the part, convenient and practical.
