Background

The deep hole boring machine is a machine tool for processing deep holes, and boring bars with different diameters need to be replaced according to the size of a processing hole diameter. The boring bar of the existing deep hole boring machine is mostly an integral boring bar, and the integral boring bar structure comprises a bar body, a positioning disc and a column body (see attached figure 1). The column body is tightly pressed on the boring machine, so that the boring rod is connected with the equipment. The rod body, the positioning disc and the column body of the boring rod are integrated, and the integral boring rod is long, so that the production and the processing are difficult, and the processing cost is high. The rod body and the column body of the integral boring rod have large diameter size difference, so that the raw material cost is high.

When the integral boring rod is installed, the column body part of the integral boring rod is assembled on a boring machine device, a gland is installed, a bolt is installed, and the integral boring rod is fixed on the boring machine.
