d) compounding the woven outer layer and the adhesive layer: and (3) introducing hot water of 80-90 ℃ into the waterproof lining layer of the fire hose obtained in the step 3), further heating the adhesive layer to melt the adhesive layer, and adhering the waterproof lining layer to the inner wall of the woven outer layer through the melted adhesive layer under the action of water pressure.

e) And (3) finished product detection: cooling the water in the step d), increasing the pressure of the water until reaching an off-line threshold, detecting whether the water band is qualified, whether the warp and weft of the outer woven layer of the water band are broken, drying and rolling the qualified product, storing the product in a warehouse, and taking moisture-proof measures.

d) compounding the woven outer layer and the adhesive layer: and (c) introducing hot water of 80-90 ℃ into the waterproof inner liner layer 1 of the fire hose obtained in the step c), further heating the adhesive layer 2 to melt the adhesive layer, and adhering the waterproof inner liner layer 1 to the inner wall of the woven outer layer 3 through the melted adhesive layer 2 under the action of water pressure.

e) And (3) finished product detection: cooling the water in the step d), increasing the pressure of the water until reaching an off-line threshold, detecting whether the water band is qualified, whether the warp and weft of the outer woven layer 3 on the outer surface of the water band are broken, drying and rolling the qualified product, storing the product in a warehouse, and taking moisture-proof measures.
