4. The warning method for triangle warning frame collision as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of detecting whether there is an object in front of the triangle warning frame further comprises the following steps:

if an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame, acquiring image information of the object;

judging whether the object is a vehicle or not according to the image information of the object; and

and if the object is judged to be a vehicle, calculating the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame.

5. The warning method for triangle warning frame collision as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of determining whether the object is a vehicle according to the image information of the object further comprises:

and if the object is judged not to be a vehicle, the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame is calculated in a pause mode.

6. A triangular warning frame, comprising:

a processor adapted to implement instructions; and

a memory adapted to store a plurality of instructions adapted to be executed by the processor to:

detecting whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame;

if an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame, calculating the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame;

judging whether the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance; and

and if the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance, controlling the triangular warning frame to output a first control signal so as to control a warning device to output first warning information.

7. The triangular warning frame according to claim 6, wherein the instruction to detect whether an object is present in front of the triangular warning frame comprises:

and controlling the triangular warning frame to move to a preset distance away from a target vehicle.

8. The triangular warning stand of claim 6 or 7, wherein the instructions further comprise:

detecting whether the triangular warning frame is impacted; and

and if the triangular warning frame is impacted, controlling the triangular warning frame to output a second control signal so as to control the warning equipment to output second warning information.

9. The triangular warning frame according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the instruction for detecting whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame further comprises:

if an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame, acquiring image information of the object;

judging whether the object is a vehicle or not according to the image information of the object; and

and if the object is judged to be a vehicle, calculating the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame.

10. The triangular warning frame according to claim 9, wherein the instruction for determining whether the object is a vehicle according to the image information of the object further comprises:

and if the object is judged not to be a vehicle, the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame is calculated in a pause mode.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of traffic warning, in particular to a triangular warning frame and a method for calculating the moving distance of the triangular warning frame.

Background

With the improvement of living standard of people, the usage amount of household automobiles is increasing day by day. When a vehicle has a temporary fault or a traffic accident, a triangular warning board is usually equipped on the vehicle to remind other vehicles of avoiding the temporary fault or the traffic accident in time in order to avoid a secondary traffic accident caused by the temporary fault or the traffic accident. However, if the coming car fails to notice the triangular warning board in time, the coming car may hit the accident car or people in front.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need for a triangle warning frame and a collision warning method thereof, which can output warning information to notify relevant people if a vehicle arrives without timely noticing the triangle warning frame.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a triangular warning frame, including: a processor adapted to implement instructions; and a memory adapted to store a plurality of instructions adapted to be executed by the processor to: detecting whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame; if an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame, calculating the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame; judging whether the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance; and if the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance, controlling the triangular warning frame to output a first control signal so as to control a warning device to output first warning information.

An embodiment of the invention provides a triangular warning frame collision early warning method, which comprises the following steps: detecting whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame; if an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame, calculating the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame; judging whether the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance; and if the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance, controlling the triangular warning frame to output a first control signal so as to control a warning device to output first warning information.

Compared with the prior art, the triangular warning frame and the collision early warning method thereof can timely inform the front personnel of avoiding danger when detecting that the distance between the coming vehicle at the rear and the triangular warning frame is lower than the safe distance, thereby avoiding secondary accidents.

Description of the main elements

Detailed Description

The following detailed description will further illustrate the invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.

Referring to fig. 1-3, in one embodiment, a triangular warning frame 100 includes a warning board 1, a base 2 and a control system 3. The triangular warning frame 100 may be used to be placed at a predetermined distance D1 (e.g., 50-100 meters, 150 meters) from the rear of the car 200 when the car 200 fails. The warning device 300 is used for outputting warning information when a vehicle coming from the rear is less than a safe distance from the triangular warning frame 100 or the vehicle coming from the rear collides with the triangular warning frame 100. The warning information may include warning signals in the form of sound, light, vibration, and the like.

In one embodiment, the warning device 300 may include a first warning unit disposed in the triangular warning frame 100, a second warning unit disposed in the automobile 200, or a portable device such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer of the driver. The triangular warning frame 100 may not have an autonomous moving function, and when the automobile 200 fails, the user places the triangular warning frame 100 behind the automobile 200 by a preset distance D1 to remind the driver of the vehicle coming from the rear of the automobile to avoid the vehicle. For example, the triangular warning frame 100 is placed 150 meters away from the coming direction of the automobile.

The control system 3 runs in a triangular warning frame 100. The control system 3 includes a memory 31 and a processor 32. The memory 31 stores one or more modules that are executable by the processor 32 to perform the functions provided by the present invention. The memory 31 may be used to store various data of the triangular warning frame 100, such as program instructions of the control system 3.

In one embodiment, the one or more modules include a detection module 10, a calculation module 20, a determination module 30, and a control module 40. The modules referred to herein may be instruction sets that perform a particular function.

The detecting module 10 is used for detecting whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100.

In one embodiment, the triangular warning frame 100 further includes a detecting device 4, which may be an infrared detecting module, an ultrasonic detecting module or an image detecting module. The detection module 10 can determine whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100 by receiving the detection information of the detection device 4.

The calculating module 20 is configured to calculate a distance between the object and the triangular warning frame 100 when the detecting module 10 determines that the object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100.

The judging module 30 is configured to judge whether the distance calculated by the calculating module 20 is smaller than a safe distance.

In one embodiment, the safe distance may be set according to different scenes. For example, the car 200 is stopped on the emergency lane of the expressway due to a failure, and the safety distance may be set to 20 meters; the car 200 is stopped on the lane for a failure, and the safety distance may be set to 10 meters.

The control module 40 is configured to control the triangular warning frame 100 to output a first control signal when the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance, so as to control the warning device 300 to output first warning information. The first alert information may be an audible alert.

In one embodiment, the detecting module 10 is further configured to detect whether the triangular warning frame 100 is impacted. If the triangular warning frame 100 is bumped, the control module 40 controls the triangular warning frame 100 to output a second control signal to control the warning device 300 to output second warning information. The triangle warning frame 100 may be provided with a G-sensor module (not shown), and the detection module 10 may detect whether the triangle warning frame 100 collides or not by communicating with the G-sensor module. The second warning information may be an audible warning (which may be a louder decibel warning than the first warning information) and a light warning.

In one embodiment, if the object appearing in front of the triangular warning frame 100 is not a vehicle, but a person and/or other objects, the warning device 300 may not issue warning information. The detection device 4 may further comprise a camera module. The detection module 10 is further configured to acquire image information of an object when the object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100. The determining module 30 is further configured to determine whether the object is a vehicle according to the image information of the object. If the determination module 30 determines that the object is a vehicle, the calculation module 20 calculates the distance between the vehicle and the triangular warning frame 100 to monitor whether the distance between the vehicle and the triangular warning frame 100 is less than a safety distance. If the determination module 30 determines that the object is not a vehicle, the calculation module 20 does not need to calculate the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame 100, and the warning device 300 does not send warning information even if the distance between the object and the triangular warning frame 100 is smaller than a safe distance.

For example, the warning device 300 includes a first warning unit disposed in the triangular warning frame 100 and a second warning unit disposed in the automobile 200. When the detection module 10 detects that an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100 and determines that the object is a vehicle, the calculation module 20 calculates the distance between the vehicle and the triangular warning frame 100; the judging module 30 judges whether the distance calculated by the calculating module 20 is smaller than a safe distance, and if the distance calculated by the calculating module 20 is smaller than the safe distance, the first warning unit arranged on the triangular warning frame 100 and the second warning unit arranged in the automobile 200 both output first warning information to remind people around the automobile 200 and a driver of the automobile; when the detecting module 10 detects that the triangular warning frame 100 collides with the vehicle, it indicates that the rear vehicle does not find the triangular warning frame 100 in time or does not decelerate in time, and at this time, the first warning unit arranged on the triangular warning frame 100 and the second warning unit arranged in the vehicle 200 output second warning information to further remind people around the vehicle 200 to evacuate or send drivers of the collided vehicle with the triangular warning frame 100.

Referring to fig. 4, the triangular warning frame 100 is a warning frame with an autonomous moving function. Compared with fig. 2, the triangular warning frame 100 further includes at least two wheels 5 and a motor 6 installed below the base 2. The control system 3 can control the motor 6 to drive the wheel 5, so as to drive the triangular warning frame 100 to move. The triangular warning frame 100 can autonomously travel to the rear of the vehicle 200 by a preset distance D1 (for example, 150 meters) through a planned path when the vehicle 200 fails.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a triangle warning frame collision warning method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be used in the triangular warning frame 100 shown in fig. 1-2 and 4.

In step S500, the detecting module 10 detects whether an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100.

In step S502, if an object appears in front of the triangular warning frame 100, the calculating module 20 calculates a distance between the object and the triangular warning frame 100.

In step S504, the determining module 30 determines whether the calculated distance is smaller than the safe distance.

In step S506, if the calculated distance is smaller than the safety distance, the control module 40 controls the triangular warning frame 100 to output a first control signal to control a warning device 300 to output first warning information.

According to the triangular warning frame and the collision early warning method thereof, when the fact that the distance between the coming vehicle behind and the triangular warning frame is lower than the safe distance or collision occurs is detected, the person in front can be timely notified to avoid danger, and secondary accidents are avoided.
