If the motor tricycle is applied to mountainous and high road steep areas and has load carrying requirements, a gear shifting booster can be additionally arranged between a transmission shaft and a rear axle differential or between a reverse gear and the transmission shaft to increase the load climbing capacity of the tricycle, and the reverse gear and the gear shifting booster can be integrated together. The reverse gear device can also be integrated in the pedal motorcycle stepless speed change engine, or the reverse gear device and the gear shifting booster are simultaneously integrated in the pedal motorcycle stepless speed change engine, and a power output shaft at the rear part of the engine is directly connected with a transmission shaft and then connected to a rear axle differential mechanism, and the differential mechanism is connected with a left half shaft, a right half shaft and wheels.
