Ethanol can be added into gasoline to prepare ethanol gasoline, but the production cost of fuel ethanol is about 5000 yuan/ton, and the production cost is higher. And the production cost of the methanol is only 1200 yuan/ton, and the method has better economic benefit. In order to overcome the restriction factor of energy consumption and promote the coordinated development of economy, new energy is used for replacing resource energy, and clean gasoline containing alcohol is new process gasoline which can provide effective power for automobiles, reduce the emission of harmful gas and reduce environmental pollution and can be mixed with the current gasoline sold in the market for use. The development and application of foreign methanol gasoline began in the second oil crisis in the 70's of the last century. From the perspective of alternative energy, the research and development of methanol fuel and methanol automobile matching technology are carried out by successively investing manpower and material resources in Germany, American, Japanese and other countries.

The methanol in the methanol gasoline is not only an energy source, but also an improver and a green oxygen increasing agent for the quality of the gasoline. The dimethyl carbonate has the characteristics of high oxygen content, excellent octane value improving effect, no phase separation, low toxicity, quick biodegradability and the like, can reduce the total emission amount of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and formaldehyde in automobile exhaust, can overcome the defects that a common gasoline additive is easy to dissolve in water and pollutes underground water sources, and can completely replace commonly used methyl tert-butyl ether. The proportion of dimethyl carbonate is preferably 35 parts by weight.

The dibromomethylnaphthalene biquinoline quaternary ammonium salt has a corrosion inhibition effect, the propiolic alcohol and the dibromomethylnaphthalene biquinoline quaternary ammonium salt have a synergistic interaction effect, and the preferred proportion of the dibromomethylnaphthalene biquinoline quaternary ammonium salt and the dibromomethylnaphthalene biquinoline quaternary ammonium salt is 30 parts by weight and 15 parts by weight.

The vegetable oil acid is light yellow transparent oily liquid at normal temperature, is insoluble in water, is soluble in gasoline, and can be used as a demulsifier. The proportion of the vegetable oil acid is preferably 25 parts by weight.

The barium petroleum sulfonate has excellent moisture resistance, salt mist resistance, salt water resistance and emulsifying performance, has good oil solubility after being heated, can be adsorbed on the surface of metal to form a protective film, prevents the metal from being corroded and rusted, and has no corrosion effect on various metals such as steel, brass, red copper, aluminum alloy, zinc and the like. The proportion of the barium petroleum sulfonate is preferably 8 parts by weight.

The application of the high-alcohol gasoline additive comprises the steps of mixing more than 85 (vol)% of methanol and less than 15 (vol)% of gasoline to obtain high-alcohol gasoline; the methanol contains more than 95 wt% of methanol and 1-5 wt% of the high-alcohol gasoline additive.

The invention has the beneficial effect that the high-alcohol gasoline additive does not contain methyl tert-butyl ether. Since methyl tert-butyl ether is very soluble in water, even very low concentrations can cause groundwater malodor.
