98.6-99.3% of saturated polyol ester base oil, 0.15-0.5% of vulcanized di-tert-butylphenol, 0.1-0.25% of benzotriazole octadecylamine salt, 0.15-0.4% of 4-diisooctyl diphenylamine, 0.25-0.4% of thiophosphate ammonium salt and 0.17-0.34% of additive.

The synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein: comprises the following components: 98.8-99% of saturated polyol ester base oil, 0.2-0.35% of vulcanized di-tert-butylphenol, 0.1-0.25% of benzotriazole octadecylamine salt, 0.2-0.3% of 4-diisooctyl diphenylamine, 0.25-0.4% of thiophosphate ammonium salt and 0.2-0.25% of additive.

3. The synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the saturated polyol ester base oil is a mixed solution of trimethylolpropane caprylic decanoate and pentaerythritol isostearic acid ester.

The synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the additive comprises 0.08-0.9% by mass of a main antioxidant N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, 0.02-0.1% by mass of an auxiliary antioxidant pentaerythritol tetraester (3-lauryl thiopropionate) and 0.1-0.35% by mass of an extreme pressure antiwear agent tricresyl phosphate.

Background

The hydraulic oil is a hydraulic medium used by a hydraulic system utilizing hydraulic pressure energy, plays roles of energy transfer, system lubrication, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, cooling and the like in the hydraulic system, and provides various requirements for the hydraulic oil due to continuous rising of the operating pressure of a vane pump and a plunger pump and abrasion of a friction pair, and the hydraulic oil is also a large family in lubricating oil, and has increasingly strict requirements for the operating condition of equipment and also has continuously improved requirements for fire prevention, rust prevention and environmental protection. The existing flame-retardant hydraulic oil on the market mainly comprises water glycol type, synthetic ester type and phosphate type hydraulic oil, wherein the water glycol hydraulic oil contains a large amount of water, so that the use temperature of the hydraulic oil is greatly limited (the temperature can not exceed 100 ℃), and the problems of poor lubricity and easy rusting of equipment exist. The phosphate type hydraulic oil is very expensive and pollutes the environment after being used. Therefore, synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil is increasingly accepted by more users in the market. However, the synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil in the market at present is mainly an esterified product of polyhydric alcohol and oleic acid, namely polyhydric alcohol unsaturated fatty acid ester, the oxidation resistance of an oil product is low, the oil change period is short, and the synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil contains more additives, so that the flame-retardant hydraulic oil has high ash content, low degradation rate and serious environmental pollution.

By adopting the technical scheme, the synthetic ester type flame-retardant hydraulic oil has high abrasion resistance, is not easy to wear in a high-speed and high-pressure environment, and reduces the maintenance cost of the device.

Further, it is characterized in that: the weight ratio of the thiophosphate ammonium salt, the vulcanized di-tert-butylphenol and the 4-diisooctyl diphenylamine is 6: 2.
