The alkaline chemical polishing solution for aluminum alloy according to claim 1, wherein the alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide and/or potassium hydroxide; the corrosion inhibitor is at least one of sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium silicate; the sulfamate is at least one of sodium sulfamate, potassium sulfamate and cyclohexyl sodium sulfamate; the leveling agent is at least one of potassium fluorozirconate, sodium fluorozirconate, potassium titanium oxalate and sodium titanium oxalate.

The alkaline chemical polishing solution for aluminum alloy according to claim 3, wherein the alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide, the corrosion inhibitor is sodium nitrate, the sulfamate is sodium sulfamate, the organic brightener is ethylene glycol, dimethylformamide and hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, and the leveling agent is potassium fluorozirconate and potassium titanium oxalate.

The aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution as set forth in claim 4, wherein the sodium hydroxide content is 200-400g/L, the sodium nitrate content is 50-170g/L, the sodium sulfamate content is 5-60g/L, the ethylene glycol content is 10-100g/L, the dimethylformamide content is 15-50g/L, the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid content is 10-50g/L, the potassium fluorozirconate content is 0.01-1g/L, and the titanium potassium oxalate content is 0.01-1 g/L.

The aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution as set forth in claim 4, wherein the sodium hydroxide content is 250-350g/L, the sodium nitrate content is 80-130g/L, the sodium sulfamate content is 20-40g/L, the ethylene glycol content is 20-70g/L, the dimethylformamide content is 25-40g/L, the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid content is 20-40g/L, the potassium fluorozirconate content is 0.05-0.5g/L, and the titanium potassium oxalate content is 0.1-0.6 g/L.

A method for preparing an aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution, which is characterized in that the alkali metal hydroxide, the leveling agent, the sulfamate, the corrosion inhibitor and the organic brightening agent in the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution of any one of claims 1 to 6 are dissolved in water to form the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution.

8. An aluminum alloy polishing method for contacting pretreated aluminum alloy with polishing solution to obtain an aluminum alloy substrate, which is characterized in that the polishing solution is the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6.

The invention relates to the technical field of polishing, in particular to an aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution, a preparation method and a polishing method.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims at the problems in the prior art and provides the alkaline chemical polishing solution which can greatly reduce the phenomena of burrs and pinholes on the surface of the polished aluminum alloy so as to ensure that the polished aluminum alloy surface has good flatness and brightness, and the alkaline chemical polishing solution is suitable for various aluminum alloy pieces with complex shapes.

In a first aspect of the present invention, an alkaline chemical polishing solution for aluminum alloy is provided, which comprises: alkali metal hydroxide, corrosion inhibitor, sulfamate, organic brightener, leveling agent and water; the organic brightening agent is at least one of glycol, ethanol, dimethylformamide, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and isopropanol; the leveling agent is fluorozirconate and/or titanium oxalate.

In a second aspect of the present invention, a method for preparing an alkaline chemical polishing solution is provided, wherein an alkali metal hydroxide, a leveling agent, a sulfamate, a corrosion inhibitor, and an organic brightener in the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution are dissolved in water to form the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution.

In a third aspect of the present invention, an aluminum alloy polishing method is provided, in which a pretreated aluminum alloy is contacted with a polishing solution to obtain an aluminum alloy substrate, and the polishing solution is the above-mentioned aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution.

The alkaline chemical polishing solution for the aluminum alloy, disclosed by the invention, can reduce burrs and pinholes on the polished surface of the aluminum alloy by using the alkali metal hydroxide, the corrosion inhibitor, the sulfamate, the organic brightening agent and the leveling agent in a matching manner, so that the aluminum alloy with better flatness and brightness is obtained.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

In a first aspect of the present invention, an alkaline chemical polishing solution for aluminum alloy is provided, which comprises: alkali metal hydroxide, corrosion inhibitor, sulfamate, organic brightener, leveling agent and the balance of water; the organic brightening agent is at least one of glycol, ethanol, dimethylformamide, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and isopropanol; the leveling agent is fluorozirconate and/or titanium oxalate.

In the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution, the alkali metal hydroxide has the effect of corroding and dissolving an aluminum alloy base material, and the corrosion rate of the alkali metal hydroxide on the aluminum alloy base material can be reduced by adding the corrosion inhibitor; the function of the sulfamate is to remove partial lime on the surface in the reaction process and improve the service life of the polishing solution; the organic brightening agent can be adsorbed on the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate to form an organic film, the organic film can control the corrosion and dissolution rate of alkali metal hydroxide to the aluminum alloy substrate, has higher surface activity, and can act synergistically with the leveling agent, so that the polishing reaction is more uniform, and the polishing smoothness and brightness are improved. According to the invention, through the matched use of the alkali metal hydroxide, the corrosion inhibitor, the sulfamate, the organic brightening agent and the leveling agent, burrs and pinholes on the polished surface of the aluminum alloy can be reduced, so that the aluminum alloy with better flatness and brightness can be obtained.

Preferably, the content of the alkali metal hydroxide is 200-400g/L, the content of the corrosion inhibitor is 50-170g/L, the content of the sulfamate is 5-60g/L, the content of the organic brightening agent is 30-200 g/L, and the content of the leveling agent is 0.01-2 g/L. In the invention, the concentration of each substance in the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution is in the preferable range, so that the flatness and the brightness of the polished surface of the aluminum alloy can be further optimized.

Preferably, the alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide and/or potassium hydroxide; the corrosion inhibitor is at least one of sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium silicate; the sulfamate is at least one of sodium sulfamate, potassium sulfamate and cyclohexyl sodium sulfamate; the leveling agent is at least one of potassium fluorozirconate, sodium fluorozirconate, potassium titanium oxalate and sodium titanium oxalate.

Preferably, the alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide, the corrosion inhibitor is sodium nitrate, the sulfamate is sodium sulfamate, the organic brightening agent is ethylene glycol, dimethylformamide and hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, and the leveling agent is potassium fluozirconate and potassium titanium oxalate. In the invention, potassium fluozirconate and potassium titanium oxalate can be preferentially gathered at a corrosion pit, so that the corrosion rate at the pit is low, and the corrosion rate at a peak is high, thereby playing a better leveling role and improving the smoothness and the brightness of polishing; the glycol, the dimethylformamide and the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid can increase the polishing uniformity, reduce the polishing temperature and time and improve the brightness, and meanwhile, the glycol, the dimethylformamide and the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid can be used as organic matters to further play a role in inhibiting corrosion and control the corrosion of alkali metal hydroxide to an aluminum alloy substrate.

Preferably, the content of the sodium hydroxide is 200-400g/L, the content of the sodium nitrate is 50-170g/L, the content of the sodium sulfamate is 5-60g/L, the content of the glycol is 10-100g/L, the content of the dimethylformamide is 15-50g/L, the content of the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid is 10-50g/L, the content of the potassium fluorozirconate is 0.01-1g/L, and the content of the titanium potassium oxalate is 0.01-1 g/L.

Preferably, the content of the sodium hydroxide is 250-350g/L, the content of the sodium nitrate is 80-130g/L, the content of the sodium sulfamate is 20-40g/L, the content of the glycol is 20-70g/L, the content of the dimethylformamide is 25-40g/L, the content of the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid is 20-40g/L, the content of the potassium fluozirconate is 0.05-0.5g/L, and the content of the titanium potassium oxalate is 0.1-0.6 g/L.

In a second aspect of the present invention, a method for preparing an alkaline chemical polishing solution is provided, wherein an alkali metal hydroxide, a leveling agent, a sulfamate, a corrosion inhibitor, and an organic brightener in the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution are dissolved in water to form the aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution.

In a third aspect of the present invention, an aluminum alloy polishing method is provided, in which a pretreated aluminum alloy is contacted with a polishing solution to obtain an aluminum alloy substrate, and the polishing solution is the above-mentioned aluminum alloy alkaline chemical polishing solution.
