The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an alkaline bright sand surface agent comprises the following raw material components: 60-80 g/L of sodium hydroxide, 50-100 g/L of sodium chloride, 2-5 g/L of sodium oleate, 1-3 g/L of sodium thiosulfate, 5-10 g/L, EDTA 0.5-1 g/L of composite surfactant, 0.1-0.5 g/L of flocculating agent, 0.1-0.3 g/L of penetrating agent and the balance of water.

Specifically, the method abandons the prior formula of adopting nickel fluoride, ammonium bifluoride and nitric acid as the sand surface agent, adopts a fluorine-free and ammonium-free sand surface process, adds a multi-effect additive into the sand surface agent, adds sodium oleate, EDTA and a composite surfactant to endow the sand surface agent with the effect of improving the oil removal, wax removal and decontamination effects of the surfaces of aluminum and aluminum alloy, and simultaneously has the synergistic effect of a flocculating agent and a penetrating agent on the sand surface.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the composite surfactant is prepared by compounding alkylolamide and triethanolamine oleate according to the mass concentration ratio of 1: 1. Specifically, the composite surfactant disclosed by the invention has a high-efficiency oil and dirt removing effect on the surfaces of aluminum and aluminum alloy.

The preparation method of the alkaline bright sand surface agent comprises the following process steps: mixing sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride and water uniformly at normal temperature, heating to 40 ℃, preserving heat, sequentially adding sodium oleate, sodium thiosulfate and EDTA, mixing uniformly, performing ultrasonic vibration treatment for 1-3 min, cooling to room temperature, adding a composite surfactant, a flocculating agent and a penetrating agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain a finished product.

Specifically, the invention effectively improves the dispersibility of each raw material component by limiting the adding sequence of each raw material component and adopting methods of heating mixing, ultrasonic vibration treatment and the like, thereby obtaining a product with good stability and being capable of being stored for a long time.
