The essence for the colored cigarette paper is characterized by comprising, by weight, 40-55 parts of a natural extract, 10-18 parts of an aromatic tobacco extract, 16-22 parts of natural pigments and 100 parts of propylene glycol, wherein the natural extract is prepared by mixing, crushing and extracting garlic, carob bean, an extract, rhodiola rosea, medlar, sea buckthorn, yerba mate and guarana according to a weight ratio of 20 ~ 32:5 ~ 11:6 ~ 12:22-32:10 ~ 15:8-11:10 ~ 15.

2. A preparation method of essence for colored cigarette paper is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) the natural extract is prepared by mixing and pulverizing natural plants (20 ~ 32:5 ~ 11:6 ~ 12:22-32:10 ~ 15:8-11:10 ~ 15) at a weight ratio of 20 8932: 5 ~: 6 ~: 22-32:10 3515: 8-11:10 ~, pulverizing to 80 meshes, extracting with 8 times of 50% alcohol water solvent at 50-80 deg.C for 5h, and vacuum concentrating to obtain extract with relative density of 1.15-1.22;

(2) preparing an aromatic tobacco extract: cutting selected Yunnan aromatic tobacco into cut tobacco, leaching with 5-10 times of water at 60-75 deg.C for 6-10h, vacuum concentrating to obtain liquid crude extract with relative density of 1.08-1.13, adding the crude extract into a feeding tank of a molecular distiller, and performing molecular distillation at scraper rotation speed of 300r/min, distillation pressure of 50Pa, distillation temperature of 80-90 deg.C and feeding speed of 6ml/min to obtain heavy component, i.e. the desired aromatic tobacco extract.

(3) Color matching: according to the requirements of cigarette paper with different colors, after the extracts prepared in the step 1 and the step 2 are uniformly mixed according to the proportion, natural pigments with different amounts and different kinds of proportions are added according to the color difference of the cigarette paper and the essence for color matching, and then the propylene glycol is complemented to 100 parts.

3. A flavour for coloured cigarette paper according to claim 1, characterised in that: the aromatic tobacco extract is prepared by taking Yunnan aromatic tobacco as a raw material through extraction and molecular distillation.

A flavour for coloured cigarette paper according to claim 1, characterised in that: the natural pigment comprises purple yam pigment, grape skin purple pigment, corn yellow, purple sweet potato red pigment, beta-carotene, carthamin, gardenia blue, lycopene and sorghum pigment, or a mixture of a plurality of the natural pigments for color matching.

In the cigarette market competition with fierce change and development, many cigarette brands develop continuous package innovation to inject new vitality. One important direction is the diversification of the color style of the package. The colorization of the cigarette paper is a bold attempt, and the strong visual impact force is brought to consumers by breaking the conventional white cigarette paper package, so that the consumers are endowed with vivid personalized characteristics, and the fresh-tasting desire of the consumers is stimulated. Meanwhile, the colored cigarette paper does not need to pay attention to indexes of whiteness and opacity, so that the low-gram-weight cigarette paper can be obtained, and negative effects brought by the high-gram-weight cigarette paper are eliminated. Because the cigarette paper directly participates in combustion in the smoking process of cigarettes, the use of the pigment of the colored cigarette paper brings negative effects of miscellaneous gas, bitterness, irritation and the like to the cigarettes.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the essence for the colored cigarette paper and the preparation method thereof, which reduce a series of negative effects caused by the use of the pigment of the colored cigarette paper and improve the smoking quality of cigarettes.

In order to achieve the technical effects, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an essence for colored cigarette paper comprises, by weight, 40-55 parts of a natural extract, 10-18 parts of an aromatic tobacco extract, 16-22 parts of natural pigments and propylene glycol, wherein the propylene glycol is added to 100 parts, the natural extract is an extract obtained by mixing and leaching of garlic cloves, carob beans, rhodiola rosea, medlar, sea buckthorn, yerba mate and guarana, and the mixing weight ratio is that the garlic cloves, the carob beans, the medlar, the yerba mate, the guarana =20 ~ 32, 5 ~ 11, 6 ~ 12, 22-32, 10 ~ 15, 8-11, 10 ~ 15.

The essence for the colored cigarette paper is prepared by the following method:

(1) the natural extract is prepared by mixing and crushing the natural plants according to the proportion of garlic fruits, carob beans, rhodiola rosea, medlar, sea buckthorn, yerba mate, guarana =20 ~ 32:5 ~ 11:6 ~ 12:22-32:10 ~ 15:8-11:10 ~ 15, crushing the natural plants into 80 meshes, leaching the natural plants with 50% alcohol water solvent with the mass of 8 times of the natural plants for 5 hours at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, and performing vacuum concentration to obtain extract with the relative density of 1.15-1.22;

(2) preparing an aromatic tobacco extract: cutting selected Yunnan aromatic tobacco into cut tobacco, leaching with 5-10 times of water at 60-75 deg.C for 6-10h, vacuum concentrating to obtain liquid crude extract with relative density of 1.08-1.13, adding the crude extract into a feeding tank of a molecular distiller, and performing molecular distillation at scraper rotation speed of 300r/min, distillation pressure of 50Pa, distillation temperature of 80-90 deg.C and feeding speed of 6ml/min to obtain heavy component, i.e. the desired aromatic tobacco extract;

The garlic clove fruit extract can improve the physiological satisfaction and the fineness and softness of cigarette fragrance, and the nervonic acid as a functional component can improve the brain activity and reduce the fatigue.

The carob bean improves the smoke thickness and the smoke aroma concentration, increases the curing aroma of the mature smoke aroma and covers the scorched air.

The rhodiola rosea extract contains a large amount of scopolamine, kaempferol and other components with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, has the highest tannin content and astringency, plays a role in protecting the mucosa surface and preventing excessive secretion, and can reduce stimulation, improve the oral and throat comfortableness of cigarette smoking and simultaneously improve the physiological satisfaction.

The medlar extracts components, so that the sweet note of the smoke is increased, and the smoke is softened.

The sea-buckthorn extracts the components, covers miscellaneous gases in smoke, and improves the elegance of cigarette fragrance.

The mate tea extract gives elegant tea fragrance and faint scent, covers miscellaneous qi, and improves physiological satisfaction.

The guarana extract gives comfortable fruit sweet flavor, improves oral cavity fluid production feeling, and improves oral cavity comfort.

The aromatic tobacco extract Yunnan aromatic tobacco is prepared by taking aromatic tobacco as a raw material through extraction and molecular distillation. 1. the active ingredients and the aroma components in the natural extract are added into the cigarette paper, so that the cigarette paper has a fragrance style with harmonious tobacco flavors, and simultaneously the bitterness, miscellaneous gas and stimulation caused by the pigment of the cigarette paper are covered;

2. the selected aromatic tobacco extract can not only supplement the tobacco flavor quality of the mainstream smoke, but also cover the coke miscellaneous gas in the cigarette sidestream smoke brought by pigment after the cigarette paper is burnt.

3. The flexible application of the natural pigment ensures that the color of the cigarette paper after being fed is kept unchanged, and the cigarette paper can not be changed due to the addition of the essence.
