the heat conduction material is one or more of aluminum nitride powder, aluminum oxide powder, boron nitride powder and silicon carbide powder, and accounts for 0.5-8.0% of the heat conduction flame retardant cigarette paper by mass;

the phosphorus flame retardant is one or more of soluble dihydric phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate, and accounts for 0.4-3.0% of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper by mass;

(2) and applying heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry on the surface of the cigarette paper, or coating the heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry on the surface of the paper making base paper to obtain the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

2. A method of manufacture according to claim 1, wherein when the thermally conductive flame-retardant slurry is applied to the surface of the cigarette paper, the thermally conductive flame-retardant slurry further comprises a chemical treatment.

3. A preparation method according to claim 2, wherein the chemical treatment agent accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the mass fraction of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

4. The preparation method of claim 2, wherein the chemical treatment agent is one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, polyacrylate and quaternary ammonium salt cationic starch.

5. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the thermally conductive flame-retardant slurry is applied to the surface of the papermaking base paper, the thermally conductive flame-retardant slurry further comprises a film-forming agent and a viscosity modifier.

6. A preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the film forming agent accounts for 0.5-2.5% by mass of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper, and the viscosity modifier accounts for 0.1-0.5% by mass of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

7. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the film forming agent is one or more of maltodextrin, modified starch and gelatin; the viscosity regulator is one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and sodium alginate.

8. The heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein calcium carbonate is used as a filler of the cigarette paper or the paper-making base paper, and the filler accounts for 20-40% of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper by mass.

9. The heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper for cigarettes obtained by the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

Technical Field

The invention relates to heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper for cigarettes and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cigarette paper processing.

Background

Smoking is harmful to health, public concern about smoking and health is increasing, international smoking control is increasingly accelerated, and public smoking restriction is stricter. In order to adapt to the smoking control exercise and reduce the harm of tobacco to health, various tobacco companies such as Feimo, Enmei and the like in various countries around the world actively research and develop various novel tobacco products, wherein heating non-combustion low-temperature cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products and the like are popular with vast tobacco consumers at home and abroad. At present, the research, design and development of novel tobacco products become a popular research field in the tobacco industry internationally.

As a low-temperature heating non-combustion type cigarette in a novel tobacco product, the cigarette is mainly characterized in that smoke is generated by heating tobacco instead of burning the tobacco, and compared with the traditional combustion type tobacco, the cigarette has the advantages that the amount of harmful ingredients and second-hand smoke in the smoke is greatly reduced. The low-temperature heating non-combustion type cigarette product mainly comprises a cigarette and a heating device, wherein the cigarette is basically not different from a common cigarette, the heating mode mainly comprises central heating and outer surrounding heating, and the low-temperature heating mode mainly comprises the steps of low heat source temperature (200 ℃ plus 300 ℃) and poor heat conduction performance of the cigarette paper and tobacco, so that the smoke generation amount is insufficient under the low-temperature condition, the satisfaction of consumers is insufficient, and the cigarette paper has the phenomena of scorching, yellowing and blackening. At present, relevant patents (201610913140.7, 201410437696.4 and the like) exist for improving the flame retardance of low-temperature cigarette paper, which can effectively solve the problems of burning, yellowing and blackening of the cigarette paper, but the problems that the flavor components in tobacco are difficult to fully release, the smoke quantity is insufficient and the satisfaction of consumers is insufficient are not solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper for low-temperature heating cigarettes, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper for the low-temperature heating type cigarette.

The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a preparation method of heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper for cigarettes, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry; the thermal flame-retardant slurry comprises a heat conduction material and a phosphorus flame retardant;

the heat conduction material is one or more of aluminum nitride powder, aluminum oxide powder, boron nitride powder and silicon carbide powder, and accounts for 0.5-8.0% of the mass fraction of the heat conduction flame retardant cigarette paper;

the phosphorus flame retardant is one or more of soluble dihydric phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate, and accounts for 0.4-3.0% of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper by mass;

(2) and applying heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry on the surface of the cigarette paper, or coating the heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry on the surface of papermaking base paper (the base paper for short) to obtain the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

The paper-making base paper is made by the traditional cigarette paper making process to make cigarette base paper with certain specification for subsequent coating processing. The cigarette paper is a finished cigarette paper product which is prepared.

Preferably, when the thermally conductive flame-retardant slurry is applied to the surface of cigarette paper, a chemical treatment is also included in the thermally conductive flame-retardant slurry.

Preferably, the chemical treatment agent accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the mass of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

Preferably, the chemical treatment agent is one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, polyacrylate and quaternary ammonium salt cationic starch.

Preferably, when the heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry is coated on the surface of the papermaking base paper, the heat-conducting flame-retardant slurry further comprises a film forming agent and a viscosity regulator.

Preferably, the film forming agent accounts for 0.5-2.5% of the mass of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper, and the viscosity regulator accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the mass of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

Preferably, the film forming agent is one or more of maltodextrin, modified starch and gelatin; the viscosity regulator is one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and sodium alginate.

Preferably, calcium carbonate is used as a filler of the cigarette paper or the papermaking base paper, and the filler accounts for 20-40% of the mass of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper.

Preferably, the heat conducting material in the heat conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 8.0 percent of aluminum nitride powder, or 0.5 to 8.0 percent of aluminum oxide powder, or 0.5 to 4.0 percent of silicon carbide powder.

a) calcium carbonate is used as a filler of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper, and the cigarette paper is prepared by the calcium carbonate and other paper pulp according to a conventional papermaking process;

b) the heat conduction material, the solution or suspension of the phosphorus flame retardant and the chemical treatment agent are mixed and stirred uniformly, and are applied to 1 surface or 2 surfaces of the cigarette paper through an internal surface sizing device, and the flame-retardant and heat conduction cigarette paper is prepared through a papermaking process.

In the step b), firstly, adding water into the chemical treatment agent in the glue applying groove, heating and pasting, then adding the solution or suspension of the heat conduction material and the phosphorus flame retardant after pasting, stirring uniformly, and then applying the mixture to the front side and the back side of the cigarette paper.

The invention also discloses a preparation method of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper for the low-temperature heating type cigarette, which comprises the following steps:

a) calcium carbonate is used as a filler of the heat-conducting flame-retardant cigarette paper, and the cigarette paper is prepared by the calcium carbonate and other paper pulp according to a conventional papermaking process;

b) then coating a coating liquid consisting of a heat conduction material, a phosphorus flame retardant, a film forming agent and a viscosity regulator on the front side and the back side of the base paper manufactured by the paper machine in an external coating mode;

in the step a), the characteristics of the cigarette paper are controlled on the paper making equipment as follows: quantitative 27-35g/m2

In the step b), the heat conduction material and the phosphorus flame retardant are added with water and stirred uniformly in the coating liquid preparation barrel, then the viscosity regulator is added and stirred uniformly, the film forming agent is added, and the front side and the back side of the base paper are coated according to the coating process after stirring uniformly.

The invention mainly uses the heat conduction material and the phosphorus flame retardant as functional additives for the cigarette paper to be retained on the surface of the cigarette paper, the phosphorus flame retardant releases flame-retardant gas molecules at high temperature to isolate oxygen in the air, thereby preventing the cigarette paper from burning, meanwhile, the heat conduction material can effectively improve the heat conduction performance of the cigarette paper, improve the transfer efficiency of heat to tobacco shreds through the cigarette paper, improve the yellowing and blackening phenomena of the cigarette paper of the low-temperature heating type cigarette, improve the release amount of smoke and aroma components, and improve the satisfaction of consumers.
