The invention is mainly used for the construction of high-rise residential structures in the field of building engineering.

Background

In order to accelerate the construction progress and simultaneously not reduce the overall rigidity of a building, a high-rise residential building of our company is designed into a structural system combining a cast-in-place cylinder structure and an assembled frame structure, an elevator room and a stairway are designed into the cast-in-place cylinder structure to improve the overall rigidity of the building and resist earthquake loads and wind loads, in order to accelerate the construction progress, other rooms such as a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a toilet are designed into the assembled frame structure, so that two completely different construction processes of cast-in-place and assembly appear, the construction progress can be accelerated only by matching the two structures, and the problem facing us is how to connect the assembled frame structure and the cast-in-place cylinder structure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the problems, and the main construction method comprises the following steps: the cast-in-place cylinder structure is constructed in advance by adopting a slip form construction process, the construction of beams, columns and plates of the assembled frame structure is carried out in an inserting mode in the construction process of the cast-in-place cylinder structure, the beams, columns and plates of the assembled frame structure are hoisted and assembled on site, and the concrete construction method comprises the following steps:

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, the connection between the frame beam and the barrel structure is divided into two cases, one case is the case of the joint B6 between the frame beam and the barrel, and the frame beam B9 and the barrel wall of the barrel form a T shape, in this case, as long as a hole is reserved in the barrel wall of the barrel, the exposed stressed main rib of the frame beam B9 passes through the reserved hole of the barrel wall, and then the exposed stressed main rib of the frame beam B9 is fixed with the barrel wall of the barrel by a nut; the other is the case of a joint A5 of the frame beam and the cylinder body, 6 positions are provided, referring to fig. 3, the extension line of the right end of the frame beam A7 is superposed with the wall of the cylinder body, if the construction is carried out by using a conventional method of reserving and anchoring reinforcing steel bars, the stressed main reinforcing steel bars reserved at the right end of the frame beam A7 are difficult to be welded and fixed with the reinforcing steel bars of the cylinder body, because the cylinder body is constructed by adopting a sliding formwork firstly, and the cylinder body reinforcing steel bars butted with the frame beam A7 are unrealistic; the black filled parts of the frame in fig. 1 are an elevator shaft A1, an elevator shaft B2, an elevator front chamber 4 and a staircase 3, and the rooms are cast-in-situ cylinder parts; referring to fig. 4, after the vertical through hole 10 is grouted and the concrete reaches the strength, the vertical steel bar dragon 13, the plurality of U-shaped steel bars 14 at the right end of the frame beam a7 and the refilled concrete work together to resist the end bending moment load transmitted from the frame beam a7, meanwhile, the vertical steel bar dragon 13 and the refilled concrete work together to resist the vertical compressive stress transmitted from the frame beam a7, and the reinforcing steel bars are required to be designed around the vertical through hole 10 at the barrel bearing beam 12 according to the construction requirement; the reinforcing bars of other parts of the cylinder body are designed according to the conventional method; if the frame beam A7 is connected with the barrel through a conventional steel member at the joint A5 of the frame beam and the barrel, a steel plate needs to be embedded in the outer wall of the barrel at the joint A5 of the frame beam and the barrel, a connecting steel plate needs to be welded, the right end of the frame beam A7 needs to be embedded in the connecting steel plate, finally the connecting steel plate of the frame beam A7 is fixed with the connecting steel plate of the barrel through bolts and nuts, a large amount of steel is consumed by the design scheme, and the appearance of the exposed steel member is influenced.
