发明内容

一种门锁把手覆膜弹片式拆换结构，包括把手盖、把手柄和弹片组件。所述把手盖两侧设有把手盖斜卡扣；所述把手柄内侧两端设有固定柱；所述弹片组件包括弹片和底板；所述弹片两端设有弹片卡扣和弹片扣孔；所述底板两侧设有底板卡扣和底板固定孔；所述底板两端的底板固定孔与把手柄内侧的固定柱嵌合，将底板固定在把手柄内；所述底板卡扣上设有扣槽，所述弹片扣孔与底板卡扣上的扣槽嵌合，将弹片固定于底板上；所述把手盖斜卡扣与把手柄组件内的弹片卡扣扣合，将把手盖与弹片组件固定。所述把手柄底部中央设有把手柄过孔，所述底板中部设有底板过孔，用一顶杆穿过所述把手柄过孔和所述底板过孔向上顶压所述弹片中部，弹片发生形变，其两端的弹片卡扣与把手盖斜卡扣产生分离，从而使所述把手盖与把手柄脱离。所述固定柱顶端设有限位夹，将所述底板固定在把手柄内。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

一种门锁把手覆膜弹片式拆换结构，包括把手盖1、把手柄2和弹片组件3。所述把手盖1两侧设有把手盖斜卡扣11；所述把手柄2内侧两端设有固定柱21；所述弹片组件3包括弹片31和底板32；所述弹31片两端设有弹片卡扣311和弹片扣孔312；所述底板32两侧设有底板卡扣321和底板固定孔323；所述底板32两端的底板固定孔323与把手柄2内侧的固定柱21嵌合，将底板32固定在把手柄2内；所述底板卡扣321上设有扣槽3211，所述弹片扣孔312与底板卡扣321上的扣槽3211嵌合，将弹片31固定于底板32上；所述把手盖斜卡扣11与把手柄2内的弹片卡扣3扣合，将把手盖1与弹片组件3固定。所述把手柄2底部中央设有把手柄过孔22，所述底板32中部设有底板过孔322，用一顶杆穿过所述把手柄过孔22和所述底板过孔322向上顶压所述弹片31中部，弹片31发生形变，其两端的弹片卡扣311与把手盖斜卡扣11产生分离，从而使所述把手盖1与把手柄2脱离。所述固定柱21顶端设有限位夹211，将所述底板32固定在把手柄2内。

装配时，预装好弹片组件3,所述限位夹211和底板固定孔323配合将底板32固定在把手柄2内，所述底板卡扣321与弹片扣孔312结合将弹片31固定在底板32上。将把手盖斜卡扣11对准把手柄2内的弹片卡扣311，用力压入，完成把手组件的装配。

拆卸时，从把手柄2内侧用螺丝刀等工具穿过把手柄过孔22和底板过孔322,用力顶弹片31，使弹片31产生形变，弹片卡扣311和把手盖斜卡扣11松开，将把手盖1拆除。

本发明专利固定方式，方便拆装。本发明结构简单、制造成本低、产业化前景较好。
