Background

This construction method has the following disadvantages: a welding machine needs to be configured on site, electricians and welders need to work, and the floor slab has more steel bars, so that the risk of electric leakage exists; short steel bars and floor steel bars are welded and positioned, so that the operation is not standard, and the steel bars can float upwards or move horizontally during concrete pouring to cause inaccurate positioning of the sleeve; if the position of the sleeve interferes with the floor slab reinforcing steel bar, the floor slab reinforcing steel bar needs to be cut off, so that the quality hidden danger exists; the grouped sleeves are respectively positioned, and the deviation is superposed to influence the installation of the steel pipes. In addition, the welding operation on the surface of the template needs to provide a fire-activating certificate, set a professional fireman and equip fire extinguishing facilities, and has fire hazard. Therefore, the auxiliary workload of installing the sleeve in the traditional operation is large, the installation quality is unreliable, and potential safety hazards exist. Therefore, a waterproof sleeve for penetrating the floor in groups is urgently needed, and installation is convenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides the grouped waterproof casing for the floor penetrating plate, which can simplify the field operation process.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a manufacturing, positioning and installing method of the grouped waterproof sleeves penetrating the floor slab.
