Technical Field

The invention relates to an oil gas exploitation technology, in particular to a steel wire rope lubricating device.

Background

When the flowing well is normally produced, because the crude oil contains wax and colloid, when the temperature of the oil well is lower than a wax precipitation point, the wax in the crude oil can be separated out, deposited on the inner wall of an oil pipe and deposited into wax and colloid asphalt, so that the oil flow resistance is increased, and even an oil flow channel can be blocked, and the normal production of the oil well is influenced. Therefore, after a period of time has elapsed during production of the well, the well is subjected to a paraffin removal operation.

Currently, paraffin removal operations are typically performed in oil wells by means of paraffin removal strings with wax wiper blades; in a specific operation process, the paraffin removal pipe column is lifted and lowered usually through a paraffin removal winch and a steel wire rope. One end of the steel wire rope bypasses the crown block and penetrates through the blowout prevention hose to be connected with the paraffin removal pipe column, and a sealing head through which the steel wire rope can penetrate is arranged at the upper end of the blowout prevention hose to realize sealing between the steel wire rope and the blowout prevention hose; the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with a winding drum on the paraffin removal winch by bypassing the ground pulley.

Because the steel wire rope and the blowout prevention hose are in sealing fit and are sealed by metal and rubber, a large friction force exists between the steel wire rope and the blowout prevention hose, and the steel wire rope cannot be lifted and lowered or even broken due to the friction force, so that in the operation process, an operator is required to reach a corresponding position to manually lubricate the steel wire rope, the lubrication workload is large, the operator is very easy to fatigue, the lubrication efficiency is low, and the personal safety of the operator is not facilitated.
