a lubricating system of a paper pulp molding machine comprises a lubricating pump, a plurality of distributors corresponding to each lubricating point of the paper pulp molding machine, an oil pipe arranged on the distributors, and a through joint arranged at the top end of the oil pipe, wherein the distributors are connected with the lubricating pump, the lubricating pump is suitable for conveying lubricating liquid into the distributors and the lubricating liquid is conveyed to the oil pipe by the distributors, the lubricating liquid is sprayed to the lubricating points of the paper pulp molding machine by the through joint, cavities are arranged in the distributors, one ends of the distributors are provided with liquid inlets connected with the lubricating pump, the other ends of the distributors are provided with liquid outlets communicated with the oil pipe, springs and slidable one-way valves are arranged in the cavities, the one-way valves divide the cavities into first cavities communicated with the liquid inlets and second cavities communicated with the liquid outlets, and the springs are arranged in the second cavities, the lubricating liquid in the first cavity can flow into the second cavity through the valve port of the one-way valve.

Further, an oil pipe joint is arranged at the top end of the oil pipe and is suitable for connecting the straight joint with the oil pipe.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a lubricating system of a pulp molding machine includes a lubricating pump 10, a plurality of distributors 20 corresponding to lubricating points of the pulp molding machine, an oil pipe 30 installed on the distributors 20, and a through joint 32 installed at a top end of the oil pipe 30, the plurality of distributors 20 are connected to the lubricating pump 10, the lubricating pump 10 is adapted to deliver a lubricating fluid into the distributors 20 and from the distributors 20 to the oil pipe 30, the lubricating fluid is sprayed to the lubricating points of the pulp molding machine by the through joint 32, a cavity is provided in the distributor 20, one end of the distributor 20 is provided with a fluid inlet 201 connected to the lubricating pump 10, the other end is provided with a fluid outlet 202 communicated with the oil pipe 30, a spring 21 and a slidable check valve 22 are provided in the cavity, the check valve 22 divides the cavity into a first cavity 2011 communicated with the fluid inlet 201 and a second cavity 2012 communicated with the fluid outlet 202, the spring 21 is provided, the lubricating fluid in the first cavity 2011 can flow into the second cavity 2012 through the valve port of the check valve 22.
