1. An oil-water separator, comprising: the oil collection tank comprises a tank body, a partition plate, an oil collection box and a separation disc;

the box body comprises a cover plate, a bottom plate and side plates; the tank body is provided with an oil-water mixed liquid inlet, a purified water outlet and an oil liquid outlet;

the oil-water mixed liquid inlet is arranged at the lower part of one side of the box body; the purified water outlet is arranged at the upper part of the other side of the box body; the oil outlet is connected into the oil collecting box through a sealing pipeline; the position of the oil collecting box is higher than that of the purified water outlet;

The oil-water separator of claim 1, wherein the number of the separation discs is multiple, the separation discs are sequentially arranged on a screw to form a set of separation assemblies, a distance d is kept between adjacent separation discs on the screw, the height of each separation disc is h, and d is less than h.

3. The separator of claim 2, wherein the separator is provided in plurality, and the separator is sequentially disposed between the oil trap and the oil-water mixture inlet.

4. The separator of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the upper end of the baffle is sealingly connected to the cover plate; the side edge of the partition plate is connected with the side plate in a sealing mode.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: how to better realize the oil-water separation on the premise of occupying smaller space.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

an oil-water separator comprising: the oil collection tank comprises a tank body, a partition plate, an oil collection box and a separation disc;

the box body comprises a cover plate, a bottom plate and side plates; the tank body is provided with an oil-water mixed liquid inlet, a purified water outlet and an oil liquid outlet;

the oil-water mixed liquid inlet is arranged at the lower part of one side of the box body; the purified water outlet is arranged at the upper part of the other side of the box body; the oil outlet is connected into the oil collecting box through a sealing pipeline; the position of the oil collecting box is higher than that of the purified water outlet;

the baffle is arranged in the box body and is positioned between the oil collecting box and the purified water outlet, and a purified water channel for purified water to flow through is arranged between the lower end of the baffle and the bottom plate of the box body.

And a separation disc is arranged between the oil collecting box and the oil-water mixed liquid inlet, the separation disc is a trapezoidal groove with an opening at the lower end, the separation disc is arranged on a screw rod in a penetrating manner, and the screw rod is fixed in the box body.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the invention can be further improved as follows.

Preferably, the number of the separation discs is multiple, the separation discs sequentially penetrate through a screw to form a set of separation assemblies, a distance d is kept between adjacent separation discs on the screw, the height of each separation disc is h, and d is less than h.

A separation disc 7 is arranged between the oil collecting box 3 and the oil-water mixed liquid inlet, the separation disc 7 is a trapezoidal groove with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part as shown in the figure and an opening at the lower end, the separation disc 7 is arranged on a screw rod 5 in a penetrating way, and the screw rod 5 is fixed in the box body 1. Preferably, the upper end of the partition board 2 is connected with the cover board in a sealing way; the side edge of the partition plate 2 is hermetically connected with the side plate.

Preferably, a spacer 6 is arranged between adjacent separation discs 7 for keeping a certain gap between adjacent separation discs 7.

The separation discs 7 are of a long-strip groove shape, so that at least two screws are needed for fixing, and guide plates 4 are further arranged at the top ends of the two screws for fixing the two screws of the same group of separation discs 7.
