Mainly there is the motor in the existing market, three kinds of modes of mechanical cable and automatically regulated are adjusted the head-light height, most vehicle headlamps all adopt the mode of motor control in market, the selection to the motor is basically all along with using or the mode that the supplier recommends is adjusted, but adopt this type of mode to adjust to have the defect that can not satisfy the short-distance beam altitude mixture control demand of all head-lights at present, because the regulation requirement of every section head-light is different and the position arrangement of regulation point is different, the stroke of required regulation motor is also different, if head-light altitude selection is improper, will lead to adjustment mechanism card to die, trouble such as drop, influence driving safety, improve traffic accident incidence.

In order to solve the above problems, a new method for adjusting the low beam height of the headlamps is required, which can meet the requirements of different headlamps.

Further, the low beam adjusting point position comprises an adjusting motor position, a fixed ball screw position and a direction adjusting mechanism position.

Further, the method adopts an adjusting device, the adjusting device comprises an adjusting screw rod, a low-beam light-emitting component and a fixing screw rod, the section screw rod and the fixing screw rod are arranged in parallel, and the section screw rod and the fixing screw rod are both embedded with the low-beam light-emitting component.
