Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of tram accessories, and more particularly, to a switch machine indicating mechanism.

Background

The point switch is the core and main body of the railway turnout conversion system and is used for drawing the turnout to complete the conversion and locking processes. But conventional switch machines are not suitable for rubber-tyred trams. The indicating mechanism is a core mechanism in the switch machine and has the function that after the switch of the switch is completed by the switch machine, the switching motor loop simultaneously feeds back the switch indicating state to the control system.

Disclosure of Invention

The present disclosure provides a switch machine indication mechanism, which simplifies the structure of the indication mechanism and reduces the use cost of the indication mechanism.

A point switch indicating mechanism comprises a base body, wherein a movable contact is arranged on the base body, a fixed contact matched with the movable contact is also arranged on the base body, a driving mechanism for driving the movable contact to be matched with the fixed contact is also arranged on the base body, the driving mechanism comprises a quick-acting claw, a spring and a slider, the quick-acting claw is rotationally connected onto the base body, the movable contact is fixed on the quick-acting claw, a track for controlling the action track of the quick-acting claw is arranged on the slider, the slider moves along the base body so as to control the action of the quick-acting claw and enable the movable contact to be contacted with or separated from the fixed contact, the spring is connected with the quick-acting claw, and one end of the quick-acting claw is contacted with the track through the spring.

Preferably, the track comprises a first inclined surface for controlling the action track of one quick-acting claw and a second inclined surface for controlling the action track of the other quick-acting claw, and a horizontal plane is arranged between the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface.

The arrangement of the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane simplifies the structure of the track and improves the action precision of the movable contact.

Preferably, the glider further comprises a connecting rod and a starting bar, the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the starting bar, and the connecting rod drives the starting bar to reciprocate.

The present disclosure is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following embodiments are merely exemplary and are not all embodiments of the technical solutions of the present disclosure.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a switch machine indicating mechanism comprises a base 4, a movable contact 13 arranged on the base 4, the base body 4 is further provided with a stationary contact 14 matched with the movable contact 13, the base body 4 is further provided with a driving mechanism for driving the movable contact 13 to be matched with the stationary contact 14, the driving mechanism comprises a quick-acting claw 10, a spring 7 and a glider, the quick-acting claw 10 is rotationally connected to the seat body 4, the movable contact 13 is fixed on the quick-acting claw 10, the glider is provided with a track for controlling the action track of the quick-acting claw 10, the glider moves along the seat body 4, so as to control the action of the quick-acting claw 10 and make the movable contact 13 contact with or separate from the static contact 14, the spring 7 is connected to the quick-acting pawl 10, and the spring 7 brings one end of the quick-acting pawl 10 into contact with the rail.

The seat body 4 can be made of metal materials, and the seat body 4 can also be made of other materials.

In the scheme, the track is attached to the quick-acting claw 10, the action of the quick-acting claw 10 and the action of the movable contact 13 are realized by utilizing the shape of the track, and the track is attached to the quick-acting claw 10 by utilizing the spring 7, so that the action precision of the movable contact 13 is improved.

Compared with the prior art, the scheme has the advantages of simple structure and low use cost.

In some possible embodiments, there are two snap pawls 10, the spring 7 is disposed between the two snap pawls 10, and one end of the spring 7 is connected to one snap pawl 10, and the other end of the spring 7 is connected to the other snap pawl 10.

In some possible embodiments, the glider further comprises a connecting rod 1 and a starting bar 8, the connecting rod 1 is fixedly connected with the starting bar 8, and the connecting rod 1 drives the starting bar 8 to reciprocate.

The connecting rod 1 can be fixedly connected with the starting strip 8 through a screw, and the connecting rod 1 can also be in an integrated structure with the starting strip 8.

The track is arranged on the starting strip 8 and is one of the side surfaces of the starting strip 8.

In some possible embodiments, the glider further comprises a follower bar 12, the start bar 8 moving in synchronization with the follower bar 12. The follower bar 12 and the start bar 8 may be of one-piece construction.

In some possible embodiments, the switch indication mechanism further comprises a cover 2, the cover 2 has a receiving cavity, the cover 2 is covered on the seat 4, the movable contact 13 and the stationary contact 14 are both located in the receiving cavity, a part of the driving mechanism is located in the receiving cavity, and a sealing gasket 3 is arranged between the cover 2 and the seat 4.

The cover body 2 may include a cylindrical body and a cover body, and the sealing heat 3 may be provided between the cover body and the cylindrical body. A gasket 3 may be provided between the cylindrical body and the body 4.

The sealing gasket 3 can be adhered to the seat body 4 to facilitate the assembly between the cover body 2 and the seat body 4. The sealing gasket 3 can be made of rubber material, and the sealing gasket 3 can also be made of other materials with sealing capability.

In some possible embodiments, a roller is disposed on the quick-acting pawl 10 to reduce the friction force of the quick-acting pawl 10 with the rail.

The roller is rotatably connected to the quick-acting pawl 10.

The roller is rotatably connected to the quick-acting claw 10 through a wheel shaft, and a rolling bearing is arranged between the quick-acting claw 10 and the wheel shaft.

The arrangement of the roller enables sliding friction between the quick-acting claw 10 and the rail to be converted into rolling friction, abrasion of the quick-acting claw 10 and the rail is reduced, and service lives of the rail and the quick-acting claw 10 are prolonged.

The rollers may be replaced with balls.
