4. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a second drying machine connected to the blocking device, wherein the second drying machine is configured to dry the solid object.

5. The refuse leachate treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said crusher comprises a body and a rotating shaft, said rotating shaft having a plurality of blades thereon, said rotating shaft being rotatably disposed on said body.

6. A method for treating a refuse leachate by using the refuse leachate treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

s1, crushing the organic dry garbage into particles;

s2, drying the granular organic dry garbage;

s3, adding the dried organic dry garbage into a leakage solution to enable the crushed garbage particles to fully absorb the leakage solution, and stirring a strengthening agent and a neutralizing agent to form a leakage solution garbage mixture;

s4, preparing the seepage liquid garbage mixture into a solid piece.

7. The method for treating a refuse leakage solution according to claim 6, wherein the pretreatment of step S1 is:

screening the garbage, and selecting organic dry garbage with organic matter accounting for more than 80%.

8. The method for treating a garbage leachate according to claim 6, wherein a biological deodorant is added in step S3.

9. The method according to claim 6, wherein the neutralizing agent in step S3 is one or more of metoprolol, micidin, acid anhydride, polyphenol, polythiol, calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, aluminum oxide, tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate, tetracalcium aluminoferrite, and sodium carbonate.

10. The method of claim 6, wherein the leachate mixture is extruded into a solid body in step S4.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of garbage treatment, in particular to a garbage leachate treatment device and a garbage leachate treatment method.

Background

In recent years, with the increase of urbanization degree and the improvement of living consumption level of residents in China, the generation amount of urban domestic garbage in China increases at a speed of about 9% -10% per year. Landfill is the main mode of garbage disposal in China at the present stage, however, the landfill disposal adopted can generate a large amount of landfill leachate with strong pollution. At present, leachate is generated in municipal solid waste landfill treatment facilities in China at a rate of about 7.5 million t/d. Landfill leachate is high-concentration organic wastewater with complex components and can cause serious pollution to water, soil and atmosphere.

The treatment technology is becoming mature with the increase of the production amount of landfill leachate, but the treatment lag of membrane filtration concentrated solution of the landfill leachate becomes an important problem threatening the environmental safety. At present, the treatment means of the membrane filtration concentrated solution of the landfill leachate in China mainly adopts recharge, and long-term recharge can cause the salt content of the leachate effluent to be increased, influence the stability of the treatment process and also possibly cause adverse effect on a biological system of a landfill body; the recharging of a large amount of fluid can improve the water level of the garbage pile body, influence the stability of the garbage pile body and bring potential safety hazards. Incineration treatment can realize direct solidification of wastewater, but is generally only limited to the case of a waste incineration plant adjacent to a liquid incineration facility, and increases operation cost when long-distance outward transportation is required; the burning method has large investment and high cost.

The nanofiltration and the high-pressure reverse osmosis process can realize the further reduction of the garbage percolate membrane filtration concentrated solution, but the reaction condition requirement is higher; the evaporation process has the problems of high energy consumption and serious equipment corrosion when treating the landfill leachate membrane filtration concentrated solution; the coagulating sedimentation method, the electric flocculation method and the advanced oxidation process have certain purification effect on membrane filtration concentrated solution, but the effect of the single treatment of the membrane filtration concentrated solution hardly reaches the discharge standard, and the membrane filtration concentrated solution and the electric flocculation method can only be used as a pretreatment process of the membrane filtration concentrated solution of the landfill leachate.

The above process, whether concentration and decrement treatment or harmless treatment, is difficult to realize stable and efficient treatment and standard discharge of the percolate membrane filtration concentrated solution by relying on a single technology, and proper treatment of the garbage percolate membrane filtration concentrated solution needs to be realized by combination of several different methods, so that the treatment cost is high and the investment is large.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to at least solve the problem that the prior landfill leachate membrane filtration concentrated solution needs to be properly treated by combining several different methods, so that the treatment cost is high and the investment is large. The purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:

the first aspect of the present invention provides a refuse leakage liquid treatment apparatus, including: the garbage crusher, the first drier, the stirrer and the block making device are connected in sequence;

the garbage crusher is used for crushing organic dry garbage;

a heating device is arranged in the first drying machine and used for drying the organic dry garbage;

the mixer is provided with a liquid feeding port and a chemical feeding port, leakage liquid enters the mixer through the liquid feeding port, a neutralizing agent and a curing agent enter the mixer through the chemical feeding port, a mixing piece is arranged in the mixer, and a leakage liquid garbage mixture is formed after mixing;

the blocking device is used for making the leakage liquid garbage mixture into a solid piece.

According to the garbage leachate treatment device, the crushed and dried organic dry garbage, the leachate, the neutralizer and the curing agent are stirred to prepare the solid piece, the garbage and the leachate are mixed to prepare the solid piece, the leachate can be treated at a low cost, the neutralizer is added, the effect of treating the leachate is good, and the treatment mode is simple and convenient.

In addition, the garbage leakage liquid treatment device according to the present invention may further have the following additional technical features:

in some embodiments of the present invention, a sequentially connected extruder is disposed in the block making device, and is used for extruding and forming the leakage garbage mixture into a solid piece.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating device is a microwave heating device, the microwave heating device includes a housing, a magnetron microwave generator disposed in the housing, and a microwave transmission waveguide disposed on the magnetron microwave generator.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the garbage leachate treatment apparatus further includes a second drying machine connected to the blocking device, and the second drying machine is configured to dry the solid piece.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the shredder includes a body and a rotating shaft having a plurality of blades disposed thereon, the rotating shaft being rotatably disposed on the body.

The invention also provides a garbage leakage liquid treatment method, which applies the garbage leakage liquid treatment device, wherein the method comprises the following specific steps:

In some embodiments of the present invention, the preprocessing of step S1 is:

screening the garbage, and selecting organic dry garbage with organic matter accounting for more than 80%.

In some embodiments of the invention, a biological odor control agent is added in step S3.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the neutralizing agent in step S3 is one or more of aromatic polyan, micidin, acid anhydride, polyphenol, polythiol, calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, aluminum oxide, tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate, tetracalcium aluminoferrite, and sodium carbonate.

In some embodiments of the invention, the percolate waste mixture is extruded into a solid piece in step S4.

As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a garbage leachate treatment apparatus, comprising: the garbage drying machine comprises a garbage crusher 1, a first drying machine 2, a stirrer 3 and a block making device 4 which are connected in sequence;

the garbage crusher 1 is used for crushing organic dry garbage;

a heating device is arranged in the first drying machine 2 and is used for drying the organic dry garbage;

a liquid feeding port and a medicine feeding port are formed in the stirrer 3, the leakage liquid enters the stirrer 3 through the liquid feeding port, the neutralizing agent and the curing agent enter the stirrer 3 through the medicine feeding port, a stirring piece is arranged in the stirrer 3, and a leakage liquid garbage mixture is formed after stirring;

the briquetting device 4 is used for making the percolate-garbage mixture into solid pieces.

The ratio of the organic dry waste to the leakage solution is 3:1, for example, 1 ton of leakage solution is needed for treating three tons of organic dry waste. The method is characterized in that the crushed and dried organic dry garbage is stirred with the leakage liquid, the neutralizer and the curing agent to be prepared into a solid piece, so that the crushed garbage particles can fully absorb the leakage liquid, the garbage and the leakage liquid are mixed to prepare the solid piece capable of treating the leakage liquid at a lower cost, the neutralizer is added, the effect of treating the leakage liquid is good, and the treatment mode is simple and convenient.

In some embodiments of the invention, a series of extruders are provided within the briquetting apparatus 4 for extruding the percolate waste mixture into a solid mass.

The extruder comprises a common extrusion piece, the overstock piece can move up and down through a driving device to extrude and form the leakage liquid garbage mixture, and the formed leakage liquid garbage mixture can be sintered at the high temperature of 1000-1300 ℃ through the sintering chamber to form a solid piece. And the sludge can also be directly dried into a solid piece, so that the direct drying saves a large amount of cost. And (4) conveying the dried solid piece to a garbage incineration plant or a landfill for incineration or landfill.

In some embodiments of the invention, the heating device is a microwave heating device comprising a housing in which is disposed a magnetron microwave generator having a microwave transmission waveguide disposed thereon.

The moisture content can be lower by adopting a microwave heating mode, the granular organic dry garbage is dried to the moisture content of below 3%, the drying effect is uniform, and the organic dry garbage positioned on the inner side can be dried. Other heating modes such as an electric heating wire, electric heating, coal gas heating or steam heating and the like can also be adopted, but the microwave heating mode is quicker and the drying effect is good. The microwave heating mode has lower cost and high heating temperature, can be maintained only by replacing the magnetron microwave generator and the microwave transmission waveguide, and is more convenient to maintain relative to the electric heating wire.

The magnetron microwave generators can be multiple and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the shell, so that the heating effect of the shell is better.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the garbage leachate treatment apparatus further includes a second drying machine 5 connected to the blocking device 4, and the second drying machine 5 is used for drying the solid piece.

When the solid piece needs to be dried quickly, the solid piece is dried by a second drying machine 5. A heating device is arranged in the second drying machine 5, and the heating device can be an electric heating wire or a microwave heating mode. When the solid piece does not need to be dried quickly, a natural drying mode can be adopted. The cost can be reduced by natural drying.

In some embodiments of the present invention, a shredder includes a body and a rotating shaft having a plurality of blades disposed thereon, the rotating shaft being rotatably disposed on the body. Or a pulverizer used for pulverizing the green grass feed in the prior art can be selected. The rolling machine also can be a machine body and at least two rolling rollers, wherein the rolling rollers are oppositely and rotatably arranged on the machine body, and the rolling rollers are provided with teeth.

The tooth on two rolls the roller sets up relatively, and the tooth is for there being a plurality of, and a plurality of teeth set up along the circumference of rolling the roller, sets up the tooth and can make crushing effect better.

As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a method for treating a garbage leachate, which applies the above garbage leachate treatment apparatus, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:

s1, crushing the organic dry garbage into particles, wherein the particle diameter is less than 10 mm;

s2, drying the granular organic dry garbage;

s3, adding the dried organic dry garbage into a leakage solution to enable the crushed garbage particles to fully absorb the leakage solution, and stirring a strengthening agent and a neutralizing agent to form a leakage solution garbage mixture; the leakage liquid is locked in the solid piece, so that the leakage liquid is dried to remove harmfulness.

S4, preparing the seepage liquid garbage mixture into a solid piece.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the preprocessing of step S1 is:

screening the garbage, and selecting organic dry garbage with organic matter accounting for more than 80%. The organic dry garbage also contains 20% of clay, so that the adhesion degree is increased, and the effect of making solid pieces is better.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the addition of a biological deodorant in step S3 can prevent the production of offensive odors in the processing environment.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the neutralizing agent in step S3 is one or more of aromatic polyan, micidin, acid anhydride, polyphenol, polythiol, calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, ferric oxide, aluminum oxide, tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate, tetracalcium aluminoferrite, and sodium carbonate.

the reaction process is as follows: alkaline calcium oxide and sodium carbonate neutralize the acidic leakage solution. The other mixed substances react with water quickly after being mixed with water to form an acicular crystal net structure, thereby causing the solidification of slurry and stabilizing and solidifying the garbage leakage liquid and the garbage. The curing agent in the step S3 includes one or a combination of silica sol solution, polyacrylamide solution, and guar gum solution.

In some embodiments of the invention, the percolate waste mixture is extruded into a solid piece in step S4.

The solid piece may be landfilled. The neutralizing agent locks the leakage liquid in the solid piece for full reaction and neutralizes the reaction acid-base balance, so that the leakage liquid is dried to remove the harmfulness, and the soil and the atmosphere cannot be polluted.

In the garbage leakage liquid treatment device provided by the invention, a garbage crusher 1 crushes garbage mainly containing organic matters, the diameter of crushed particles is less than 10mm, a first drier 2 dries the crushed dry garbage containing organic matters to a water content of less than 3%, the dried dry garbage containing organic matters is added with leakage liquid, a curing agent and a neutralizing agent and is uniformly stirred in a stirrer 3 to form a leakage liquid garbage mixture, a blocking device 4 is finally adopted to make the leakage liquid garbage mixture into a solid piece, a second drier 5 or a natural airing solid piece can be adopted, and finally, landfill or incineration can be carried out.

In summary, in the garbage leachate treatment device, the crushed and dried organic dry garbage, the leachate, the neutralizer and the curing agent are stirred to prepare the solid piece, the garbage and the leachate are mixed to prepare the solid piece, the leachate can be treated at a lower cost, the neutralizer is added, the effect of treating the leachate is good, and the treatment mode is simple and convenient.
