The mixed type ink cleaning agent is characterized in that: prepared by 40 to 80 percent of organic solvent, 5 to 20 percent of organic carboxylic acid, 5 to 20 percent of organic diluent and 4 to 9 percent of liquid wax according to volume percentage; the organic solvent is formed by mixing one of dichloromethane, dichloroethane, trichloroethane and tetrachloroethylene with methylal and acetone, the organic carboxylic acid is formic acid or acetic acid, and the organic diluent is ethanol or isopropanol.

2. The hybrid ink cleaner as defined in claim 1, wherein: the organic solvent is formed by mixing dichloromethane, methylal and acetone.

5. The hybrid ink cleaner as defined in claim 1, wherein: the wax is prepared from 50 percent of dichloromethane, 18 percent of methylal, 11 percent of acetone, 9 percent of ethanol, 5 percent of acetic acid and 7 percent of liquid wax according to volume percentage.

6. The hybrid ink cleaner as defined in claim 1, wherein: the liquid wax comprises the following components in parts by weight: microcrystalline wax 3 parts and methylcyclohexane 50 parts.

7. The hybrid ink cleaner as defined in claim 5, wherein: the mixed ink cleaning agent can be filled into an aerosol can, the used propellant is LPG, and the ratio of LPG: ink cleaner 2: 1.

Background

Ink is commonly used for outer packaging or text printing of various products to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the products to attract the attention of customers. However, when defective products appear in the printing process, the cured ink needs to be cleaned and printed again, so that the aim of recycling finished products and reducing the production cost is fulfilled. The cleaning agent for cleaning the printing ink on the market at present is volatile, has large pollution, poor cleaning effect, strong corrosivity, especially obvious corrosivity on aluminum or aluminum alloy materials, serious corrosion on the metal surface in the repeated cleaning process, thereby losing the significance of reutilization, and potential danger exists in the storage and use processes.
