1. The konjak sponge soap is characterized by comprising:

a sponge carrier having a three-dimensional network structure; and the number of the first and second groups,

a plurality of soap particles which are uniformly dispersed and embedded in the three-dimensional network structure and are bonded with the three-dimensional network structure;

wherein the sponge carrier is made of konjac glucomannan;

the soap particles are made of spherical soap with the particle size of 50-100 mu m.

2. The konjak sponge soap of claim 1, wherein the spherical soap body is a sauna soap.

3. The konjak sponge soap of claim 1, wherein the konjak sponge soap has a soft structure.

4. A method for preparing the konjak sponge soap according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:

stirring and mixing an alkalizer, a pore-forming agent, konjac powder and water, adding a spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form a mixed material body;

injecting the mixed material body into a mould to form an initial blank;

cooking and freezing the primary blank to form a blank;

and (4) unfreezing the parison, and dehydrating and drying to obtain the konjak sponge soap.

The method for preparing the konjak sponge soap according to claim 4, wherein in the step of mixing the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjak flavor powder and the water with stirring, adding the spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form the mixture body, the adding time of the spherical soap body is as follows: and stirring and mixing the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjac powder and water for 3-3.5 min.

6. The method of preparing konjak sponge soap according to claim 4, wherein in the step of stirring and mixing the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjak flavor powder and the water, adding the spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form the mixture body,

the addition amount of the alkalizer is 0.3-3% of the weight of the konjac fine powder; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the addition amount of the pore-foaming agent is 0.5-4% of the weight of the konjac fine powder; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the addition amount of the spherical soap body is 30-45% of the weight of the konjac fine powder.

7. The method of preparing konjak sponge soap according to claim 4, wherein in the step of stirring and mixing the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjak flavor powder and the water, adding the spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form the mixture body,

in the konjac fine powder, the content of konjac glucomannan is not lower than 90 (w/w)%; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the pore-foaming agent comprises at least one of tween 20, tween 60 and tween 80; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the alkalizer comprises at least one of calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate.

The method for preparing the konjak sponge soap according to claim 4, wherein the stirring speed is 1500 to 2000rpm/min in the step of stirring and mixing the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjak flavor powder and the water, adding the spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form the mixture body.

The method for preparing the konjak sponge soap according to claim 4, wherein in the step of cooking and freezing the initial blank to form the parison, the cooking is performed in a rotary cooking mode at a rotation speed of 30 to 150rpm/min, the cooking temperature is 100 to 105 ℃, and the cooking time is 1.5 to 2 hours.

10. The method for preparing konjak sponge soap according to claim 4, wherein in the step of cooking and freezing the preform to form a preform, the temperature during freezing is-20 to-30 ℃, and the freezing time is 3 to 5 days.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of washing and caring articles, in particular to a soap body, and specifically relates to a konjak sponge soap and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The toilet soap is a widely used personal cleaning article, has strong cleaning capability, is a necessity for the life of most people, and is generally in a solid block shape. However, people usually have a problem in using soap, the soap is easy to slip and fall off, and when the soap is used to a small residual volume, the soap is difficult to hold and use and is fragile, and the soap is discarded and causes waste. Aiming at the problem, a sponge soap is developed, namely a sponge block with a cavity structure is prepared, and then a soap body is put into the cavity, so that the problem that the soap body is not easy to hold is solved. However, in order to avoid the soap body from slipping out of the cavity during preparation of the sponge soap, a non-woven fabric layer needs to be additionally added or other ways are needed to seal or further reinforce the cavity, so that the preparation difficulty is greatly increased, and the production efficiency is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide konjak sponge soap and a preparation method thereof, and aims to provide konjak sponge soap which has the advantages of simple preparation process and high production efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a konjak sponge soap, comprising: a sponge carrier having a three-dimensional network structure; and the number of the first and second groups,

a plurality of soap particles which are uniformly dispersed and embedded in the three-dimensional network structure and are bonded with the three-dimensional network structure;

wherein the sponge carrier is made of konjac glucomannan;

the soap particles are made of spherical soap with the particle size of 50-100 mu m.

Optionally, the spherical soap body is a sauna soap.

Optionally, the konjak sponge soap is of a soft structure.

In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the konjak sponge soap, which is used for preparing the konjak sponge soap, and the preparation method of the konjak sponge soap comprises the following steps:

stirring and mixing an alkalizer, a pore-forming agent, konjac powder and water, adding a spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form a mixed material body;

injecting the mixed material body into a mould to form an initial blank;

cooking and freezing the primary blank to form a blank;

and (4) unfreezing the parison, and dehydrating and drying to obtain the konjak sponge soap.

Optionally, in the step of performing cooking and freezing treatment on the primary blank to form the parison, the cooking mode is rotary cooking, the rotating speed is 30-150 rpm/min, the cooking temperature is 100-105 ℃, and the cooking time is 1.5-2 hours.

Optionally, in the step of cooking and freezing the primary blank to form the parison, the temperature during freezing is-20 to-30 ℃, and the freezing time is 3 to 5 days.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, konjac glucomannan is used as a material of the sponge carrier, and the konjac sponge and soap body particles are combined by utilizing the unique cleaning and skin care effects and the fine and smooth characteristics of the konjac sponge, so that one-time cleaning and skin care can be realized. Moreover, as soap body particles made of micron-sized spherical soap bodies are fully and uniformly embedded in the three-dimensional network structure of the konjak sponge carrier and bonded with the structural framework, the stable combination of the soap body particles and the sponge carrier is realized, on one hand, the soap body particles are prevented from being separated from the sponge carrier, on the other hand, the soap body particles can be quickly and uniformly foamed when in use and slowly released from the outside to the inside, and the use effect of the soap body is enhanced. In addition, the preparation method of the invention synchronously carries out the sponge forming process and the process of embedding the soap body particles in the three-dimensional network structure, and the spherical soap body is deformed by cooking, namely, the spherical soap body is slowly melted under the action of high temperature and is fully dispersed into the network structure of the sponge carrier and is fully bonded with the network structure when being condensed, so that the soap body particles can be uniformly dispersed in the sponge carrier to improve the using effect, and can be firmly limited in the sponge carrier by the three-dimensional network structure and firmly bonded with the structural framework to avoid the falling of the soap body particles.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments.

It should be noted that those whose specific conditions are not specified in the examples were performed according to the conventional conditions or the conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially. People usually encounter a problem when using the soap body, the soap is easy to slip and drop, and when the soap is used to the residual small volume, the soap is difficult to hold and use and is fragile, and the soap is thrown away and causes waste. Aiming at the problem, a sponge soap is developed, namely a sponge block with a cavity structure is prepared, and then a soap body is put into the cavity, so that the problem that the soap body is not easy to hold is solved. However, in order to avoid the soap body from slipping out of the cavity during preparation of the sponge soap, a non-woven fabric layer needs to be additionally added or other ways are needed to seal or further reinforce the cavity, so that the preparation difficulty is greatly increased, and the production efficiency is reduced.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a konjak sponge soap, which uses konjak sponge as a carrier and a plurality of soap particles made of micron-sized spherical soap as a soap body, wherein the soap particles are uniformly dispersed in a three-dimensional network structure of the konjak sponge carrier and bonded with a structural skeleton to realize stable combination of the two, thereby preventing the soap particles from falling off from the sponge carrier.

The konjak sponge soap of the embodiment comprises: a sponge carrier and a plurality of soap body particles. Wherein the sponge carrier has a three-dimensional network structure; the soap particles are embedded in the three-dimensional network structure, are uniformly dispersed in the three-dimensional network structure and are bonded with the three-dimensional network structure. Wherein the sponge carrier is made of konjac glucomannan; the soap particles are made of spherical soap with the particle size of 50-100 mu m.

Konjac glucomannan is a natural high molecular polysaccharide, which is formed by disorderly connecting D-glucose and D-mannose by beta-1, 4 glycosidic bonds, wherein, the quantity ratio of the D-glucose to the D-mannose is about 1.6:1, and an acetyl group is connected to C2, C3 and C6 of the D-mannose every 10-19 sugar residues. The konjac glucomannan belongs to hydrophilic polysaccharide, has super-strong water absorption and retention effects, can absorb water molecules 200 times of the volume of the konjac glucomannan, has excellent biocompatibility and film forming property, and forms a film with strong toughness, fineness, smoothness and good adhesiveness. Moreover, the konjac glucomannan is a pure plant source active substance, has no stimulation to skin, has no side effect, and is easy to degrade in nature. The konjak sponge soap adopts konjak glucomannan as a material of the sponge carrier, and the natural, safe and low-sensitivity characteristics of the konjak glucomannan are utilized, so that the konjak sponge soap can be suitable for users with different skin qualities, is soft and fine in texture and is rich in foaming; the konjak sponge is combined with soap body particles by utilizing the unique cleaning and skin care effects and the fine and smooth characteristics of the konjak sponge, so that two actions of scrubbing and smearing can be combined into one action to complete the one-time cleaning and skin care.

The spherical soap body selected by the embodiment is a soap body with the particle size of 50-100 microns, the dispersion effect of the spherical soap body is obviously enhanced under the particle size, and the spherical soap body can be wrapped in a three-dimensional network structure more tightly, so that the stability of combination of the soap body particles formed by deformation of the spherical soap body and the sponge carrier is enhanced, and the soap body particles are further prevented from falling off.

The soap body and the sponge carrier are perfectly combined by adopting a unique process, so that soap body particles formed by deformation of the micron-sized spherical soap body are fully and uniformly embedded in a three-dimensional network structure of the konjak sponge carrier and are bonded with the structural framework, stable combination of the soap body and the sponge carrier can be realized without additionally adding a non-woven fabric layer or other reinforcing modes, and the spherical soap body is prevented from being separated from the sponge carrier. Moreover, as the soap body particles are fully and uniformly dispersed in the konjak sponge carrier and stably combined with the sponge carrier, each soap body particle is surrounded by the konjak sponge carrier, and the soap body particles can quickly and uniformly foam through friction with the sponge carrier when a user kneads the konjak sponge soap and are slowly released from outside to inside, the using effect of the soap body is enhanced, and the soap body particles in the konjak sponge soap can be gradually consumed from outside to inside until all the soap body particles are consumed when the soap is used, so that the waste is avoided.

In addition, in order to avoid that the spherical soap body melts too fast under the high-temperature steaming effect during preparation, the sauna soap with better heat resistance is preferably used as the spherical soap body in the embodiment, so that the spherical soap body is deformed slowly enough to be converted into soap body particles and is firmly embedded in the sponge carrier even if the preparation process needs to be carried out under a high-temperature environment.

The konjak sponge soap of the embodiment is of a soft structure. Generally, a sponge has a water-absorbing state and a dehydrated state, and when it is dehydrated, the sponge becomes a harder mass, and particularly when an alkaline soap solution is incorporated into the sponge, the hardness of the dehydrated sponge is further enhanced. The konjac glucomannan with good gel property is used as the sponge carrier material and is combined with the solid soap body particles, so that the konjac sponge soap is still soft even in a dehydration state, and the user experience is improved.

In addition, the invention does not limit the concrete shape of the konjak sponge soap, and the shape can be a spherical shape, a hemispherical shape and a block shape, can also be a shape matched with a hand-shaped concave structure, and can also be a simulated shape such as an animal shape, a fruit shape, a plant shape and the like. Furthermore, in order to facilitate use, a hanging rope for hanging can be threaded on the konjak sponge soap so as to be convenient to store or place; or, an elastic fastening belt can be arranged on one side of the konjak sponge soap, and two ends of the elastic fastening belt are respectively connected with two ends of the konjak sponge soap, so that an accommodating space into which a hand can extend is formed between the elastic fastening belt and the konjak sponge soap, therefore, the hand can be extended into the accommodating space and the konjak sponge soap is fixed on the palm of the hand through the fastening belt, and a user can stably hold the konjak sponge soap without labor.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the konjak sponge soap, which is used for preparing the konjak sponge soap, and figure 1 is an embodiment of the preparation method of the konjak sponge soap.

Referring to fig. 1, the preparation method of the konjak sponge soap includes the following steps:

and step S10, stirring and mixing the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjac powder and the water, adding the spherical soap body, and uniformly stirring to form a mixed material body.

The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing an alkalizer, a pore-forming agent and konjac powder respectively, adding water, stirring and mixing to slowly form a gel, adding a spherical soap body during stirring, and fully dispersing the spherical soap body in the gel under stirring to form a mixture body. Wherein, the spherical soap body is selected from the soap body with good heat resistance so as to avoid melting too fast in subsequent cooking, and sauna soap is preferred in the embodiment. Meanwhile, the soap body can be pre-processed into spherical soap body with the particle size of 50-100 mu m by adopting a granulating device.

The konjac glucomannan can form a gel-like substance by continuously stirring in an alkaline environment, and the spherical soap body is added in the process of forming the gel-like substance so as to suspend the spherical soap body in the mixture, so that when the sponge carrier gradually forms a three-dimensional network structure, the spherical soap body can be just embedded in the three-dimensional network structure and limited in the activity space by the three-dimensional network structure, therefore, the adding time of the spherical soap body is particularly important, the addition is too early, and the spherical soap body can be deposited on the surface of the sponge carrier; too late an addition time can result in poor dispersion of the spherical soap bodies in the sponge carrier. In this embodiment, the adding time of the spherical soap body is controlled within the range of 3-3.5 min after the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent, the konjac fine powder and the water are stirred and mixed, so that the spherical soap body can be uniformly dispersed in the sponge carrier and well combined with the sponge carrier.

In addition, step S10 is always performed under stirring conditions, and the stirring speed may be 1500-2000 rpm/min, so on the one hand, the spherical soap body can be fully dispersed in the sponge carrier, and on the other hand, the pore size of the sponge carrier can be adjusted, thereby enhancing the stability of the combination of the soap body particles formed by the deformation of the spherical soap body and the sponge carrier, and improving the foaming performance of the finished product.

The konjac refined powder is rich in konjac glucomannan, the konjac glucomannan has good gelling property and can form a sponge carrier, the quality of a finished product of the konjac sponge soap can be directly influenced by the content of the konjac glucomannan in the konjac refined powder, when the content of the konjac glucomannan is too low, the strength of a three-dimensional network structure formed by the konjac glucomannan is reduced, and the sponge carrier is easy to deform and damage, so that the konjac refined powder with the content of the konjac glucomannan not less than 90 (w/w)% is preferably selected in the embodiment; the alkalizer is used for adjusting an acid-base environment to promote the konjac glucomannan to form gel, and can be any one or a mixture of any more of calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate; the pore-forming agent is helpful for the formation of a stable and compact three-dimensional network structure in the cooking process of the primary blank, and can be any one or a mixture of any more of tween 20, tween 60 and tween 80.

In view of the fact that the addition of the alkalizer, the pore-forming agent and the konjac flour can affect the microstructure of the konjac sponge carrier, in this embodiment, the addition of the alkalizer may be 0.3 to 3% of the weight of the konjac flour; the addition amount of the pore-foaming agent can be 0.5-4% of the weight of the konjac fine powder. In consideration of increasing the loading amount of the soap particles in the sponge carrier and the dispersion degree of the soap particles in the sponge carrier as much as possible, the addition amount of the spherical soap may be 30 to 45% of the weight of the konjac fine powder.

And step S20, injecting the mixture into a mould to form an initial blank.

And step S30, cooking and freezing the primary blank to form a parison.

And pouring the mixed material body into a mould to form a primary blank, and then cooking the primary blank at high temperature and freezing the primary blank, so that the fiber structure is quickly formed and then the compact and porous parison with the three-dimensional network structure is formed through structure shrinkage.

Wherein the cooking mode is rotary cooking, the rotating speed is 30-150 rpm/min, the temperature during cooking is preferably 100-105 ℃, and the cooking time is preferably 1.5-2 h; then, the temperature during freezing is preferably-20 to-30 ℃, and the time for freezing is preferably 3 to 5 days.

The preparation method of the invention synchronously carries out the sponge forming process and the process of embedding and bonding the soap particles in the three-dimensional network structure, and the spherical soap body deforms in the cooking process in a rotary cooking mode, namely, the spherical soap body slowly melts under the action of high temperature and rotation and is fully dispersed in the network structure of the sponge carrier, and then is fully bonded with the spherical soap body in the condensation process, so that the soap body particles can be uniformly dispersed in the sponge carrier to improve the use effect, and can be firmly limited in the sponge carrier by the three-dimensional network structure and firmly bonded with the structural framework to avoid the dropping of the soap body particles.

And step S40, after the parison is unfrozen, carrying out dehydration and drying treatment to obtain the konjak sponge soap.

After the parison is thawed, the parison can be dehydrated in a centrifugal mode, specifically, the rotating speed during centrifugation is 1800-2000 rpm/min, and the centrifugation time is 3-6 min. And then, further drying to remove residual water, thus obtaining the konjak sponge soap.
