The cloth fluffing device is very simple in structure, and skillfully utilizes the unpowered damping mechanism comprising the damping belt pulley, the V-shaped damping belt and the damping driven wheel to provide damping for the needle roller disc, so that the mechanical structure of the cloth fluffing device is greatly simplified, and finally the whole equipment is very small and exquisite.

According to the cloth fluffing device, the rack guide rail, the reciprocating roller, the reciprocating gear and the reciprocating driving part are arranged as the reciprocating mechanism, so that the reciprocating function of the fluffing mechanism is realized, the structure is simplified, and the exquisite whole mechanical structure is further ensured.

The cloth fluffing device is provided with the emergency stop switch, so that the safety of equipment is improved, and safety accidents are reduced.

The cloth fluffing device is provided with the needle roller speed regulating switch to realize the speed regulation of the needle roller driving part and the reciprocating speed regulating switch to realize the speed regulation of the reciprocating mechanism, can automatically finish the processing of fluffed fabrics with rated fluff quantity, improves the fluffing efficiency and realizes quantitative fluffing.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly secured to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cloth raising apparatus 10, and the cloth raising apparatus 10 includes an apparatus frame 100, a raising mechanism 200, a reciprocating mechanism 300, and a control mechanism 400.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the raising mechanism 200 includes a raising holder 210, a needle roller table 220, an odd-numbered needle roller 230, an even-numbered needle roller 240, and a needle roller driving member 250. The raising support 210 is movably connected to the machine frame 100 and connected to the reciprocating mechanism 300, and the reciprocating mechanism 300 is used for driving the raising support 210 to reciprocate. The needle roller 220 is rotatably attached to the raising support 210. The odd-numbered needle rollers 230 and the even-numbered needle rollers 240 are rotatably connected to the needle roller plate 220 and are perpendicular to the radial surface of the needle roller plate 220, and the outer circumferential surface of the odd-numbered needle rollers 230 is connected with a plurality of positive direction crochet needles. The outer circumferential surface of the even-numbered needle roller 240 is connected with a plurality of reverse crochet hooks, and the bending directions of the forward crochet hooks and the reverse crochet hooks are opposite. The needle roller driving part 250 is installed on the raising holder 210 and connected to the needle roller 220. Further, as shown in fig. 2, the cloth raising apparatus 10 further includes a damping mechanism 500. Damping mechanism 500 includes a damping pulley 510, a V-shaped damping belt 520, and a damped driven pulley 530. One end of each odd-numbered needle roller 230 and one end of each even-numbered needle roller 240 are sleeved with a damping belt pulley 510. The damping follower 530 is rotatably attached to the support frame 210. The damping pulley 510 and the damping driven pulley 530 are connected by a V-shaped damping belt 520. The cloth fluffing device 10 has a very simple structure, and skillfully utilizes the unpowered damping mechanism 500 comprising the damping belt pulley 510, the V-shaped damping belt 520 and the damping driven wheel 530 to provide damping for the needle roller disc 220, so that the mechanical structure of the cloth fluffing device 10 is greatly simplified, and finally the whole equipment is very small.

Further, the raising mechanism 200 further includes a needle roller driving part 260. The pin roller driving part 260 includes a pin roller pulley 261, a tension pulley 262, a rotating belt 264 pulley 263, and a rotating belt 264. The needle roller pulley 261 is mounted on the needle roller plate 220, the tension pulley 262 is rotatably connected to the raising holder 210, and the rotating belt 264 pulley 263 is mounted on the needle roller driving part 250. The needle roller pulley 261, the tension pulley 262, and the rotating belt 264 pulley 263 are connected by a rotating belt 264.

In one embodiment, the reciprocating mechanism 300 includes a rack rail 310, a reciprocating roller 320, a reciprocating gear 330, and a reciprocating drive member 340. The rack rail 310 is mounted on the machine frame 100 below the raising support 210. The rack guide 310 extends along the movement direction of the raising support 210, at least two reciprocating rollers 320 are connected to the bottom of the raising support 210 and are in rolling fit with the equipment support, a reciprocating gear 330 is meshed with the rack guide 310, and a reciprocating driving part 340 is installed on the raising support 210 and is connected with the reciprocating gear 330 for driving the reciprocating gear 330 to rotate. The control mechanism 400 is electrically connected to the reciprocating driving part 340. According to the cloth fluffing device 10, the rack guide rail 310, the reciprocating roller 320, the reciprocating gear 330 and the reciprocating driving part 340 are arranged as the reciprocating mechanism 300, so that the reciprocating function of the fluffing mechanism 200 is realized, the structure is simplified, and the exquisite mechanical structure of the whole machine is further ensured.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the raising mechanism 200 further includes a cloth pressing member 270. The cloth pressing member 270 includes a first cloth pressing roller 271 and a second cloth pressing roller 272 movably mounted on the raising support 210, and the first cloth pressing roller 271 and the second cloth pressing roller 272 are respectively located at two sides of the needle roller 220 in the axial direction.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the cloth pressing member 270 further includes a first pressure adjusting knob 273 and a second pressure adjusting knob 274. A first pressure adjusting knob 273 is connected to the first cloth pressing roller 271 for adjusting the height of the first cloth pressing roller 271, and a second pressure adjusting knob 274 is connected to the second cloth pressing roller 272 for adjusting the height of the second cloth pressing roller 272.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cloth raising apparatus 10 further comprises a material clamping mechanism 600. The clamping mechanism 600 includes a clamping member 610 and a tension adjusting member 620. The equipment frame 100 can be movably connected with clamping parts 610 from head to tail along the cloth moving direction, and the tension adjusting parts 620 can be movably connected to the equipment frame 100 to adjust the tension of the cloth.

Further, the clamp member 610 includes a fixed clamp lever 611, a movable clamp lever 612, a clamp connection arm 613, and a clamp driving member 614. The fixed clamping bar 611 is mounted on the equipment rack 100 and the movable clamping bar 612 is parallel to the fixed clamping bar 611. Two ends of the movable clamping rod 612 are respectively connected to the clamping driving component 614 through the clamping connecting arms 613, and the clamping driving component 614 drives the movable clamping rod 612 to move so as to realize clamping or releasing cloth in cooperation with the fixed clamping rod 611. The control mechanism 400 is electrically connected to the clamp driving member 614.

Further, referring to fig. 1, the tension adjusting part 620 includes a fixed adjusting lever 621, a movable adjusting lever 622, an adjusting connecting arm 623, and an adjusting driving part 624. The fixed adjustment bar 621 is installed on the equipment rack 100, and the movable adjustment bar 622 is parallel to the fixed adjustment bar 621. Two ends of the movable adjusting rod 622 are respectively connected to an adjusting driving part 624 through an adjusting connecting arm 623, and the adjusting driving part 624 drives the movable adjusting rod 622 to move so as to realize the adjustment of the tension of the cloth in cooperation with the fixed adjusting rod 621. The control mechanism 400 is electrically connected to the adjustment driving member 624.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the cloth raising apparatus 10 further includes an emergency stop switch 700. The scram switch 700 is connected to the needle roller driving member 250 through the control mechanism 400. The cloth raising device 10 is provided with the emergency stop switch 700, so that the safety of equipment is improved, and safety accidents are reduced. The control mechanism 400 is electrically connected to the emergency stop switch 700.

Further, referring to fig. 1, the cloth raising apparatus 10 further includes a first sub-emergency stop switch 710 and a second sub-emergency stop switch 720, wherein the first sub-emergency stop switch 710 is connected to one of the clamping driving members 614. The second sub scram switch 710 is connected to the other clamp driving member 614.

In one embodiment, the cloth raising apparatus 10 further includes a speed regulating mechanism 800. The governor mechanism 800 includes a needle roller governor switch 810 installed on the equipment frame 100 and connected to the needle roller driving part 250 and a shuttle speed switch 820 connected to the shuttle mechanism 300. The control mechanism 400 is electrically connected with the needle roller speed regulating switch 810 and the reciprocating speed regulating switch 820. The cloth raising device 10 of the present invention is provided with the needle roller speed regulating switch 810 to realize the speed regulation of the needle roller driving part 250, and the reciprocating speed regulating switch 820 to realize the speed regulation of the reciprocating mechanism 300, so that the raising fabric processing of the rated amount of hair can be automatically completed, the raising efficiency is improved, and the quantitative raising is realized.

Further, the speed adjusting mechanism 800 further includes two clamping switches 830 mounted on the equipment rack 100, the two clamping switches 830 are respectively close to the corresponding clamping members 610, and the two clamping switches 830 are respectively electrically connected to the clamping driving members 614 through the control mechanism 400.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the cloth raising apparatus 10 further comprises a human-machine interaction mechanism 900 mounted on the equipment rack 100 and connected to the control mechanism 400. The human-computer interaction mechanism 900 may be a human-computer interaction screen electrically connected to the control mechanism 400.

When the cloth raising apparatus 10 of the present invention is used, it includes the following steps:

referring to fig. 1 and 2, an operator sews a plurality of pieces of cloth, such as a plurality of pieces of hand-woven cloth, into a strip-shaped fabric piece, places one end of the fabric piece in one of the holding members 610, and presses the corresponding holding switch 830 to hold the end of the fabric piece by the holding member 610. The other end of the spliced cloth passes through the first cloth pressing roller 271 and the second cloth pressing roller 272 and presses the spliced cloth on the raising mechanism 200, and the other clamping switch 830 is pressed to clamp the end of the spliced cloth by the clamping member 610. The control mechanism 400 controls the tension adjusting part 620 to provide tension for the spliced cloth, after the spliced cloth is clamped, the cloth pressing depths of the first cloth pressing roller 271 and the second cloth pressing roller 272 can be adjusted by adjusting the first pressure adjusting knob 273 and the second pressure adjusting knob 274, the contact area and the tension of the spliced cloth and the needle rollers (the odd-numbered needle roller 230 and the even-numbered needle roller 240) are changed accordingly, the reciprocating mechanism 300 and the fluffing mechanism 200 are started to work through the man-machine interaction mechanism 900 to realize the fluffing function, the rotating speed of the needle roller driving part 250 is adjusted through the needle roller speed adjusting switch 810, and the rotating speed of the reciprocating driving part 340 is adjusted through the reciprocating speed adjusting switch 820 to realize the change of the working efficiency. The man-machine interaction mechanism 900 can control the start and stop of the device, and the reciprocating motion frequency of the raising mechanism 200 is set, so that the raising fabric processing with rated wool amount can be automatically completed.

In order to simplify the production process of the hand-knitted napped fabric, shorten the production cycle of the hand-knitted napped fabric, establish the napping standard of the hand-knitted napped fabric and ensure the consistency of the napping effect of the hand-knitted napped fabric, the invention provides the fabric napping device 10. The cloth raising device 10 can improve raising efficiency of the hand-knitted napped cloth, realize quantitative raising, improve automation degree of processing of the hand-knitted napped cloth and reduce development cycle of the hand-knitted napped cloth.

Specifically, the cloth is pressed on the raising mechanism 200, the contact area and tension between the cloth and the odd-numbered needle rollers 230 and the even-numbered needle rollers 240 are increased as the pressing depth is increased, the reciprocating mechanism 300 and the raising mechanism 200 start to work, raising function is realized, and raising fabric processing with rated raising quantity can be automatically completed by controlling the reciprocating times of the reciprocating mechanism 300 and the rotating speed of the needle roller driving part 250. The cloth raising device 10 can improve raising efficiency of the napped cloth of the hand-knitted board, realize quantitative raising, improve automation degree of napped cloth processing of the hand-knitted board, and reduce development cycle of the napped cloth of the hand-knitted board. Further, if the rotation direction of the crochet hook on the needle roller disc 220 is opposite to the cloth cover movement direction, the crochet hook can hook out the cotton fiber of the weft yarn in the cloth, so as to achieve the fluffing effect; if the rotation direction of the crochet hook is the same as the movement direction of the cloth cover, the crochet hook can comb cotton fibers hooked in the cloth and prepare for the next strip raising roller.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
