Detailed Description

The tractor floating valve adopting the pilot hydraulic lock comprises a valve body (1), a main hydraulic lock (2), a pilot hydraulic lock (3) and a valve rod (4), wherein the main hydraulic lock, the pilot hydraulic lock and the valve rod are all arranged in corresponding holes in the valve body, the pilot hydraulic lock comprises a push rod, a steel ball, a spring, a sealing piece, a lock body and a spring seat, and the valve rod moves to push the push rod of the pilot hydraulic lock to move so as to realize the opening or closing of the pilot hydraulic lock.

In the pilot hydraulic lock, a push rod, a steel ball, a spring, a sealing piece and a spring seat are all arranged in a lock body, when a valve rod is positioned at a middle position, the load of a suspension device acts on a tractor lifting oil cylinder to fill a connector with pressure oil, at the moment, the main hydraulic lock and the pilot hydraulic lock are closed to stop the pressure oil in the connector in a reverse direction, a floating valve keeps pressure, and the load is positioned at the lifting height and does not fall down.

When the valve rod is positioned at the lifting position, system pressure oil of the system pressure oil duct opens the main hydraulic lock flow direction interface to load the tractor lifting oil cylinder to complete the action of lifting the load, and at the moment, the pilot hydraulic lock is still closed.

When the valve rod is in a floating position, the pilot hydraulic lock is jacked open by the valve rod to enable the left cavity of the main hydraulic lock to return oil, the interface enables the main hydraulic lock to be unlocked by pressure oil generated by a load of the suspension device, the interface, the valve body oil return channel and the system pressure oil channel are communicated, and the system and the load are completely returned oil.

Because the pilot hydraulic lock works in a micro-flow state, mechanical contact abrasion caused by the unlocking action of the valve rod on the pilot hydraulic lock is very small, and the two hydraulic locks are designed into an integral plug-in type and are produced by a professional plug-in valve factory, so that the quality is good, the price is low, the integral plug-in type hydraulic lock is close to zero leakage, the stability is very good, and the pressure of the floating valve is kept stable for a long time.
