Technical Field

The invention relates to a special screw, in particular to a plastic head-covering screw for fastening and connecting a plastic lining plate, which is used for occasions needing to install a wear-resistant or antistatic plastic lining plate on a working surface.

Background

The plastic cap-wrapping screw can be widely applied to various scales of feed factories, flour factories, rice factories, oil factories, pharmaceutical factories, grain depots, harbors and docks, coal mines and other occasions needing to install the plastic lining plates so as to improve the wear resistance or the antistatic performance of the working surface. The existing screw installed on the plastic liner plate is generally a common hexagon socket head cap screw or a common screw as shown in fig. 1, the joint of the head 11 and the shaft 13 of the screw is a transition section 12, the head 11 is conical, the outer diameter of the transition section 12 is larger than the outer diameter of the shaft 13 but smaller than the outer diameter of the head 11, and the head 11 and the transition section 12 are both wrapped by a conical plastic cap 10. After the screw with the structure is installed, the conical plastic cap 10 protrudes out of the surface of the plastic lining plate, so that friction and material running resistance are increased, the running reliability of equipment is reduced, the plastic cap 10 is very easy to break off and wear due to the impact of materials, and at the moment, sparks are easily generated due to the friction of the exposed steel screw head 11 and the materials or other moving parts, so that potential safety hazards are brought. After the nut is used, if the nut is loosened, the screw is easy to fall off and drop because the screw head 11 does not have the anti-slip function, and after the nut is bitten with the rod part 13, the screw does not have the good rotation stopping function, so that the screw is difficult to detach.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the present invention comprises a cap screw and a plastic cap 1, wherein the cap screw comprises a round flat head 3, a square neck 4 and a screw rod 5, the round flat head 3, the square neck 4 and the screw rod 5 have the same central axis and are sequentially and fixedly connected together along the central axis to form an integral cap screw. The plastic cap 1 and the cap head screw are fixedly connected together in a pressing or direct injection molding pouring mode.

The round flat head 3 is a cylindrical structure, and two end faces of the round flat head are planes. The round flat head 3 is integrally fixed and embedded in the plastic head cap 1. The cross section of the square neck 4 is square, one section of the square neck 4 in the axial direction is fixedly embedded in the plastic cap 1, and the other section of the square neck extends out of the plastic cap 1.

The plastic cap 1 is a cylindrical structure, and two end faces of the cap are planes. The side wall of the plastic cap 1 is provided with a circle of tooth-shaped structure 2, and the outer diameter of the tooth-shaped structure 2 is equal to the outer diameter of the plastic cap 1.
