Background

When the oiling machine used by the circular knitting machine works, compressed gas needs to be input, the compressed gas coming from the outside needs to be filtered, then the flow control on-off is controlled by the electromagnetic valve, and finally the compressed gas enters the oiling machine oil tank. In the traditional oiling machine, the scheme is composed of an independent compressed gas source processing device and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the compressed gas source processing device is connected with the electromagnetic valve through a gas pipe. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the electromagnetic valve and the air source processing device can form an integrated structure by changing the internal structures of the electromagnetic valve and the air source processing device, are convenient to install on the oiling machine, reduce the loss of compressed air, are quick and simple to install, and occupy small space. Detailed Description

The following description and the drawings sufficiently illustrate specific embodiments of the invention to enable those skilled in the art to practice them. In some illustrative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, there is provided an integrated solenoid valve air supply processing device for a knitting circular machine fuel dispenser, comprising: an electromagnetic valve 1 and an air source processing device 2.

The electromagnetic valve 1 is arranged on the top of the air source processing device 2, and in an alternative embodiment, the electromagnetic valve 1 is fixedly connected with the air source processing device 2 through a bolt 3.

A first semi-closed cavity 12 is formed in the bottom surface of a base 11 of the electromagnetic valve 1, a communicating hole 8 is formed in the cavity wall of the first semi-closed cavity 12, the air outlet end of the communicating hole 8 is communicated with an air outlet hole 6 of the electromagnetic valve, and the air inlet end of the communicating hole 8 is communicated with the first semi-closed cavity 12.

The top surface of the gas source processing device 2 is provided with a second semi-closed cavity 13, the first semi-closed cavity 12 and the second semi-closed cavity 13 are buckled to form a gas circulation cavity, namely, the gas inlet end of the communicating hole 8 is communicated with the gas circulation cavity for compressed gas to circulate.

The valve rod 7 of the electromagnetic valve 1 is positioned in a channel of the air outlet 6 of the electromagnetic valve, the valve rod 7 is controlled to be opened and closed by an electric signal, and when the valve rod 7 of the electromagnetic valve 1 is in a closed state, the air outlet end of the communicating hole 8 is closed. When the valve rod 7 of the electromagnetic valve is in an open state, the air outlet end of the communication hole 8 is opened. The external compressed gas enters the gas source processing device 2 through the gas inlet 4 of the gas source processing device 2 for filtration, then enters the gas outlet 6 of the electromagnetic valve through the communication hole 8, and further enters the oil tank of the oiling machine for providing compressed gas power.

The mode of the invention only needs to leave one mounting position on the oiling machine box body, and the electromagnetic valve is integrally connected with the air source processing device, thereby reducing the air loss caused by the connection of the air pipe in the prior art and improving the working efficiency. And through the installation mode and the modification of the appearance of the electromagnetic valve and the air source processing device, the installation space of the oiling machine can be greatly saved, the working hours of an oiling machine manufacturer in assembling the electromagnetic valve and the air source processing device are reduced, the speed of the compressed air entering the oiling machine from the starting of the oiling machine is increased, and the working efficiency of the oiling machine is improved.

The gas source processing device 2 includes: casing 201 and filter core 202, casing 201 and filter core 202 detachable connection. The detachable connection can be selected by forming bolt holes on the housing 201 and the filter element 202 and then connecting the bolt holes by using bolts.

In an alternative embodiment, the air source processing device 2 is further provided with a side air outlet 5, the side air outlet 5 is a normally closed hole, and the normally closed mode can be blocked by using an existing blocking mode such as a plug.
