Background

The cement concrete is formed by stirring, forming and curing cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water and the like, and is an important material for paving a cement concrete pavement. The construction workability of the freshly mixed concrete is one of important technical properties of the cement concrete, the construction workability not only influences the construction process of the cement pavement, but also influences the strength, durability and the like of the cement concrete after the later hardening to a great extent, and directly influences the service life of the pavement, so that the accurate measurement of the construction workability of the freshly mixed cement concrete has important significance. At present, according to the provisions of the national industry standard road engineering cement and cement concrete test regulations, a slump test is adopted for measuring the freshly mixed concrete, and the construction workability of the freshly mixed concrete is represented by the slump height, namely the slump, of the concrete after the cylindrical concrete is lifted up. The slip form paver is mainly adopted for the construction of the cement concrete pavement, and the construction workability is also determined by a slump test for guiding the construction of the newly-mixed slip form paved concrete at present.

However, the slump test has been proved by indoor tests and construction practices to have a lot of unreasonable points. First, with the large amount of admixture used in concrete, slump values have not been a good indication of workability. Secondly, two kinds of concrete with the same slump tend to show different construction characteristics when being constructed by using a slip film paver. The slump test is a static test method, and cannot represent the construction workability of concrete under the vibration condition, and when the slip-film paving concrete is constructed, the concrete is in a vibration and disturbed state, and the workability is completely different from that of the concrete without vibration, so that the slump test cannot guide the slip-film paving concrete construction. However, the workability of concrete under vibration is closely related to the construction condition, the strength and durability of the concrete at the later stage, and thus a method for determining the workability of slip-film concrete spreading is needed to guide the construction and design.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art mentioned above and to provide a device for determining the workability of freshly mixed slipform concrete pavements, which is capable of measuring the workability of concrete pavements.
