3. The coupler assembly according to claim 1, wherein the housing (2) is formed with rotation shafts (23) at left and right sides, respectively, the rotation shafts (23) being inserted into the rotation shaft holes (12) of the inner wall of the mounting opening (11).

The coupler assembly according to claim 2, wherein the housing (2) is formed with an extension plate (24) at the interface of the socket (21) and the sealing cover (22), the extension plate (24) extends out of the housing (2) and is provided with an elastic buckle (241) at the inner side along the normal direction, a baffle (13) is provided at one side of the mounting opening (11), and a buckle hole (131) for the elastic buckle (241) to buckle is formed on the baffle (13).

5. The coupler assembly of claim 4, wherein the distal end of the extension plate (24) extends outwardly to form a handle (25).

6. The coupler assembly according to claim 1, wherein the front end of the coupler body (3) is formed with a snap ring (31) extending radially outward on the outer wall.

7. The coupler assembly according to claim 6, wherein the housing (2) is formed with a limiting rib (26) at upper and lower sides of the inner wall, and the outer wall of the snap ring (31) abuts against the inner wall of the limiting rib (26).

9. Coupler assembly according to claim 1, wherein the housing (2) is formed with an opening (29) on the face opposite the socket (21), through which the connection of the coupler body (3) protrudes from the housing (2).

10. An electric appliance, characterized in that it comprises a body (1) and a coupler assembly according to any one of claims 1-9.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of sockets, and particularly relates to a coupler assembly and an electric appliance.

Background

The existing electric appliances such as electric chafing dish are often connected with external wires by adopting a coupler. However, the existing couplers are exposed to facilitate the insertion of a plug of an external wire. However, because the coupler is exposed, the coupler is easy to enter water to cause potential safety hazards or is polluted by dirt to influence circuit communication.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a coupler assembly and an electric appliance, which aim to solve the problem that when the coupler is not used, the coupler is adversely affected by a water inlet pollution inlet lamp.

In order to achieve the above object, the coupler assembly of the present invention has the following specific technical solutions:

a coupler assembly is used for connecting a machine body of an electric appliance with an external wire and comprises a shell and a coupler body, wherein the shell is rotatably connected to the side wall of a mounting opening of the machine body, and a socket is formed on the end surface of the shell; when the machine body is idle, the socket is hidden in the machine body by rotating the shell; when the coupler is used, the socket is exposed from the mounting opening by rotating the shell, so that a plug of an external wire can be inserted into the socket and connected with the coupler body in series.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the objects, structure and function of the invention, a coupler assembly and an electrical appliance of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the electric appliance of the present invention is an electric cooker, and includes a body 1. The machine body 1 is provided with a mounting port 11, and a coupler assembly is arranged in the mounting port 11. The coupler assembly comprises a shell 2 and a coupler body 3, a plug of an external electric wire is inserted into the shell 2 and is connected with the coupler body 3 in series, and the coupler body 3 is connected with an electric device in the machine body 1 through the electric wire, so that the electric device in the machine body 1 supplies power for working like a heating disc.

When the machine body 1 is idle, in order to prevent the coupler assembly from water and dirt entering, the shell 2 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the mounting opening 11, a socket 21 is formed on the end surface of the shell 2, and a sealing cover 22 is formed on the side surface adjacent to the end surface; when the socket 21 is turned over to the front side, the socket 21 is used for inserting a plug of an external electric wire and is connected with the coupler body 3 in series; when the sealing cover 22 is turned over to the front side, the sealing cover 22 closes the mounting opening 11; thereby achieving the effects of water resistance and stain resistance.

As shown in connection with fig. 2 and 3. In order to rotatably couple the housing 2 in the mounting opening 11, the housing 2 is formed with rotating shafts 23 at left and right sides, respectively, and the rotating shafts 23 are inserted into the rotating shaft holes 12 in the inner wall of the mounting opening 11.

An extension plate 24 is formed at the junction of the socket 21 and the sealing cover 22 of the housing 2, the extension plate 24 extends out of the housing 2 and is provided with an elastic buckle 241 along the normal direction at the inner side, a baffle 13 is arranged at the lower side of the mounting opening 11 of the machine body 1, and a buckle hole 131 for the elastic buckle 241 to be buckled is formed in the baffle 13. The elastic clip 241 is engaged with the clip to keep the sealing cap 22 in a state of closing the mounting opening 11. Moreover, in order to rotate the shell 2, the end of the extension plate 24 extends outwards to form a handle 25, so that the shell 2 can be rotated by pulling the handle 25 by a human hand.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a snap ring 31 is formed at the front end of the coupler body 3 and extends radially outward on the outer wall, the limiting ribs 26 are formed on the upper and lower sides of the inner wall of the housing 2, and the outer wall of the snap ring 31 abuts against the inner wall of the limiting ribs 26, so that the coupler body 3 and the housing 2 are fixed radially and circumferentially; the shell 2 forms wedge-shaped fixture blocks 27 at the left and right sides of the inner wall and forms inward turned edges 28 at one side of the socket 21; the snap ring 31 is snapped with the latch 27 and is clamped between the latch 27 and the inward flange 28, so that the coupler body 3 is axially fixed with the housing 2. And the housing 2 is formed with an opening 29 on a face opposite to the jack 21, protrudes out of the housing 2 through a connecting portion for the coupler body 3, and is connected with electric devices in the machine body 1 by electric wires.

Thus, by turning the housing 2 over, the coupled state is adjusted. When an external wire needs to be plugged, the socket 21 is exposed out of the mounting opening 11; when not in use, the housing 2 is turned over so that the sealing cover 22 covers the mounting opening 11.
