Technical background:

The existing closed conveying system comprises pneumatic conveying, pipe chain conveying and pipe belt conveying.

Pneumatic conveying: the one-time investment is high, the operation cost is high, the operation efficiency is low and is limited by the material fluidization characteristic, and the conveying distance is difficult to be slightly far.

conveying by a pipe chain: the one-time investment is high, the long-distance large-conveying-capacity conveying is not suitable, and the operation and the maintenance are inconvenient.

Conveying the pipe belt: the one-time investment is high, and the method is not suitable for medium-short distance conveying.

The design method comprises the following steps:

the traditional belt conveying mode is not closed, the materials are difficult to fly and scatter, and the application is greatly limited due to the problems of workplace and environmental pollution caused by the flying and scattering of the materials;

the design method has the advantages that the feeding, conveying and discharging are operated in a fully-closed mode, and the design method is widely applied. The lower part of the feed inlet device is embedded in an opening of a feed inlet of a zipper in a streamline design; the upper part of the front side of the embedded part of the feed inlet is provided with a pull head which is pulled open, and the rear side is provided with a pull head which is pulled closed; designing a discharge hole in the same way; forming a closed, continuous, closed pull-open and pull-close system; see schematic 6.

The design method can improve the sealing effect by designing a pair of elastic sealing strips under the zipper and adopting a waterproof covering material (such as a rainproof fabric). And a buffering respiration balance system with dust removal function can be designed at an inlet, an outlet or in the middle of the process for factors such as the balance of material space and external pressure difference.

The design method can add an auxiliary zipper design for convenient zipper replacement; when the zipper needs to be replaced, the old zipper is only required to be detached through the auxiliary zipper, and then the new zipper is replaced through the auxiliary zipper.

In the design method, another auxiliary zipper design can be added for conveniently replacing the covering layer; when the covering layer needs to be replaced, only the old covering layer needs to be detached through the auxiliary zipper, and then the new covering layer needs to be replaced through the auxiliary zipper.
