a door rotatably provided in the cabinet to open and close the inlet;

A 1 st cavity which is arranged in the cabinet and provides a containing space for containing clothes;

A supply unit which communicates with the 1 st chamber and supplies at least one of air and moisture to the housing space; and

A placing part which is provided in at least one of the 1 st cavity or the door and places or fixes the clothes in the containing space,

The above-mentioned placing part includes:

A fixing part coupled to at least one of the first chamber 1 or the door to fix the laundry;

A base frame provided below the fixing portion and supporting a surface of the clothing; and

A compression part rotatably coupled to at least one of the 1 st chamber or the door to press the laundry fixed to the fixing part,

The compressing part rotates in a direction away from the base frame and in a direction close to the base frame around a rotating shaft parallel to the width direction of the cabinet.

2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1,

The compression part includes a compression body rotatably provided at an upper portion of the base frame to press the laundry.

The present invention relates to a laundry treating apparatus.

Background

In general, a laundry treatment apparatus is a concept including a washing apparatus for washing laundry, a drying apparatus for drying wet laundry, a refresher (refresher) for removing odor permeated into the laundry or wrinkles (wrinkle), and the like, as an apparatus for performing various operations (washing, drying, deodorizing, wrinkle removing, and the like) related to the laundry.

On the other hand, the laundry treating apparatus exhibits a tendency to solve washing, drying, deodorizing and wrinkle removing of laundry with one apparatus. However, the laundry treating apparatus uses a drum for storing laundry and a driving device for rotating the drum, and thus has a disadvantage in deodorizing or removing wrinkles from the laundry.

In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a clothes treatment apparatus, comprising: a cabinet having an inlet at the front; a door rotatably provided in the cabinet to open and close the inlet; a 1 st cavity which is arranged in the cabinet and provides a containing space for containing clothes; a supply unit which communicates with the 1 st chamber and supplies at least one of air and moisture to the housing space; and a placement unit provided in at least one of the 1 st cavity and the door to place or fix the laundry in the storage space, the placement unit including: a fixing part which is combined with the inner surface of the 1 st cavity or the door to fix the clothes; and a compression part rotatably provided on the inner surface to press the laundry fixed to the fixing part, wherein the compression part rotates in a height direction of the door to press the laundry, thereby preventing a position of the laundry from being changed.

The placing part further includes a supporting part provided at a lower portion of the fixing part to support a surface of the laundry, and the compressing part includes a compressing body provided at an upper portion of the supporting part to be rotatable toward the supporting part to apply pressure to the laundry.

The present invention further comprises a guide member for preventing a free end of the laundry placed on the support body from being separated from a space provided by the base frame.

The invention also includes: a support body through hole formed through the support body; and a compression part through hole formed to penetrate the compression part.

The present invention further includes a clothing fixing portion provided on the placement surface to fix clothing, the clothing fixing portion including: a first fixed body 1 which is provided along the width direction of the support body and is fixed to the placement surface; a fixed part 2 nd body and a fixed part 3 rd body which extend along the height direction of the support body at both ends of the fixed part 1 st body and are not fixed to the placement surface; and a fixed part No. 4 body connecting a free end of the fixed part No. 2 body and a free end of the fixed part No. 3 body.

The compression part further includes: a compression body rotatably coupled to the accommodation space in a direction away from the base frame and in a direction toward the base frame; a compression part groove which is arranged on the surface facing the placing surface in the space provided by the compression main body and provides a space for accommodating sewing threads formed on clothes; and a fixing part receiving groove provided on a surface facing the placing surface in the space provided by the compression body, and providing a space for receiving the clothes fixing part.

The invention also includes: and a base frame groove provided on a surface facing the pressing surface in the space provided by the base frame, and providing a space for accommodating a sewing thread formed on the clothes.

The base frame is formed on one of surfaces forming the storage space or fixed to one of the surfaces forming the storage space.

The invention also includes: an inlet opening which is provided so as to penetrate the front surface of the cabinet and communicates the storage space with the outside; and a door rotatably provided in the cabinet to open and close the inlet, wherein the base frame is formed on or fixed to a surface of the door facing the storage space.

The supply unit includes at least one of an air supply unit that supplies heated air to the storage space and a moisture supply unit that supplies heated steam or unheated steam to the storage space.

Effects of the invention

The present invention can provide a laundry processing apparatus: the laundry is pressed in a length direction, thereby preventing the laundry from being twisted or changed in position or form.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments disclosed in the present specification will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the present specification, the same or similar structures are given the same or similar reference numerals and the description thereof is replaced by the previous description even in the different embodiments. Where not explicitly defined herein, singular expressions as used in this specification include plural instances. In the description of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, when it is determined that a specific description of a known technique makes the gist of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification unclear, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, the drawings are provided to help understanding of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in the present specification are not limited to the cases shown in the drawings.

Referring to fig. 2 (a), the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention includes a cabinet 1 having an inlet at a front side thereof, a door 13 rotatably installed in the cabinet 1 to open and close the inlet, a 1 st chamber 2 installed in the cabinet to provide a storage space for storing laundry C, supply units 31 and 34 communicating with the 1 st chamber 2 to supply at least one of air and moisture to the storage space, and a placing unit 400 installed in the 1 st chamber 2 or the door 13 to place or fix the laundry C in the storage space.

The above cabinet 1 forms an external appearance of the laundry treating apparatus, and has a height longer than a width. Accordingly, the long clothes C such as the clothes of the lower body can be stored in the storage space 220 without being folded, and the crease can be prevented from appearing on the clothes C.

The cabinet 100 is made of a metal material, and may be made of a resin material such as reinforced plastic as long as the strength can be ensured.

The 1 st cavity 2 is positioned inside the cabinet 100 to form the receiving space 220. The 1 st chamber 2 is made of a material which does not deform or chemically react with foreign matters discharged from the clothes C or hot air or moisture supplied from a supply part and can maintain strength, and is formed of a styrene resin such as ABS or ASA, for example.

One surface of the 1 st chamber 2 communicates with the supply parts 31 and 34, and receives hot air or moisture from the supply parts 31 and 34 or discharges air to the supply parts 31 and 34. For this purpose, the 1 st chamber 2 includes a plurality of through-holes 23, 24, 25 communicating with the supply portions 31, 34.

On the other hand, the cabinet 1 further includes supply units 31 and 34 separated from the storage space 220. The supply portions 31 and 34 are provided at a lower portion of the storage space 220 to supply heated air or water vapor having a relatively lower density than air.

That is, in the case where the air supplied to the storage space 220 by the supply unit is heated air (hot air), and the water supplied to the storage space by the supply unit is steam (steam), the hot air or the steam can be uniformly supplied to the inside of the storage space 220 without a separate blower as long as the supply units 31 and 34 are located at the lower portion of the storage space 220.

On the other hand, the door 13 is rotatably coupled to the cabinet 1 to open and close the inlet. The door 13 shields not only the 1 st chamber 2 but also the front of the supply units 31 and 34. This can prevent hot air or water supplied to the housing space 220 from being distributed to the outside, and can prevent heat generated in the supply units 31 and 34 from being transmitted to the outside.

The door 13 is provided to open and close the front of the 1 st chamber 2, and an inner circumferential surface of the 1 st chamber 2 and an inner surface of the door 13 form an outer circumferential surface of the housing space 220.

The placing part 400 includes a hanger support part 27 for placing the laundry C in the receiving space 220 in the 1 st chamber 2 and a pressure piece P for placing the laundry C on the inner surface of the 1 st chamber 2 or the inner surface of the door 13.

That is, the hanger support part 27 is formed in a hanger shape or a bar shape inside the 1 st chamber 2 to uniformly expose the laundry C to the inside of the accommodating space 220, and the pressure member P fixes the laundry C by adhering it to the inner circumferential surface (surface) of the 1 st chamber 2 or the inner surface of the door 13.

The hanger support 27 is provided on an upper surface of the 1 st chamber 2 or an upper middle portion of a side surface of the 1 st chamber 2 to place the laundry C in the storage space 220 in a completely unfolded state without being folded.

Accordingly, the clothes support portion 27 allows the clothes C to be placed in the storage space 220 in an unfolded state by its own weight, and allows the air or moisture supplied from the supply portions 31 and 34 to be uniformly exposed to the clothes C.

On the other hand, the pressure member P fixes the laundry C in a state of being attached to the inner circumferential surface of the storage space 220. Thereby, the pressure member P can actively remove wrinkles or form creases (creases) of the laundry C.

Specifically, the pressure member P includes a fixing portion 520 coupled to an inner surface of at least one of the 1 st chamber 220 and the door 13 to fix the laundry C, and a compression portion 6 rotatably provided at least one of the 1 st chamber 2 and the door 13 to compress the laundry C fixed to the fixing portion.

The compressing part 6 is rotatably coupled to an inner surface provided with the fixing part 520 and is pressed or adhered to the inner surface.

Accordingly, the compression part 6 presses the inner surface in a spaced state to press the laundry C placed on the fixing part 520.

Fig. 2 shows that the pressure member P is provided on the inner surface of the door, but may be provided on the inner surface of the 1 st chamber 2, or may be provided in plural numbers on the inner surface of the door or the inner surface of the 1 st chamber 2, as long as the pressure member P can press the laundry C.

Hereinafter, the case where the pressure member P is provided on the door 13 will be described as a reference, but this is merely an example and does not exclude the case where the pressure member P is provided on the side surface of the 1 st chamber 2.

Referring to fig. 2 (a) and (b), the compressing unit 6 is rotatably coupled to the door or the cabinet in a direction parallel to the height direction of the door or the cabinet.

That is, the compressing part 6 does not rotate from one side surface of the laundry C to the other side surface thereof to press the laundry C, but presses the laundry C from an upper portion to a lower portion of the laundry C or from the lower portion to the upper portion of the laundry C.

In this case, it is preferable that the compression part 6 presses the laundry C placed on the fixing part 520 from the upper part to the lower part so that the laundry C can be pressed by its own weight.

When the clothes C are placed on the fixing part 520, a force that hangs down is applied by its own weight. If the compressing part 6 presses the lateral side or the width direction of the laundry C, the direction of the self weight of the laundry C is different from the pressing direction of the compressing part 6, thereby causing the laundry C to be twisted or to be changed in position.

Therefore, the clothes C are wrinkled or the undesired area is pressed by the compression part 6, and the crease line is formed at the undesired portion.

At this time, if the compressing part 6 presses the lower part of the laundry C from the upper part thereof, the pressing direction of the compressing part 6 is the same as the direction of the weight of the laundry C, so that the laundry C can be prevented from being twisted or changed in position.

Therefore, in the case of the laundry treating apparatus 10 according to the present invention, if the laundry C is placed on the fixing part 520, the position of the laundry C is fixed even if the laundry C is pressed, thereby preventing wrinkles from occurring or creases (creases) from occurring at undesired portions by the compressing part 6.

Further, since the compression part 6 is configured to rotate in the height direction, the inner surface of the door 13 or the side surface of the 1 st chamber 2 is formed to be relatively wide along the height. Therefore, the above-described compression portion 6 can press a wider area than the case of rotating in the width direction.

In particular, the greater the ratio of the height and width of the cabinet 100, the effect is maximized, not only the upper garment but also the entire area of the lower garment is pressed by the compression part 6, thereby eliminating the need for ironing.

On the other hand, the pressure member P further includes a base frame 4 to stably press the surface of the laundry C not in contact with the compression part 6 when the compression part 6 presses the laundry C.

The base frame 4 is provided at a lower portion of the fixing portion 520 to support or contact a surface of the laundry C.

Specifically, the base frame 4 includes a base frame body 41 formed in a disc shape to press the laundry C when pressed by the compression part 6. Accordingly, the base frame body 41 applies a reaction of the compression force of the compression part 6 to the laundry C, thereby stably pressing the laundry C.

On the other hand, the base frame 4 further includes a base frame groove 42, and the base frame groove 42 is provided between the base frame bodies 41 to provide a space for preventing the laundry C from being pressed. The base groove 42 provides elasticity of the base body 41 to improve the close contact force between the base body 41 and the compression part 6. In addition, the base frame groove 42 can prevent unnecessary creases from occurring on the surface of the laundry C due to the pressure applied to the sewing thread formed in the lower garment, when the laundry C is the lower garment.

The compression part 6 includes a compression body 61 rotatably provided on an upper portion of the base frame 4 to compress the laundry C.

the compression body 61 is formed in a disk shape having a certain thickness, and presses the base frame body 41.

The compression part 6 further includes a compression part through hole 62, and the compression part through hole 62 penetrates the compression body 61 to communicate the laundry C with the storage space.

The compressing part through hole 62 is formed along the length direction of the compressing body 61 or is formed along the base groove 42, thereby preventing the clothes C from being unnecessarily creased by the sewing thread. In addition, when the compression body 61 presses the laundry C, the compression part 6 may continuously supply air or steam to the laundry C.

on the other hand, the compressing part 6 includes a hinge unit 7 extended to an upper or lower portion of the compressing body 61 and rotatably coupled to the door 13.

The hinge unit 7 is rotatably coupled to a rotating shaft 550 provided at both sides of the fixing part 520, and rotates the compression body 61 in the height direction of the door 13.

the rotation shaft 550 is provided in parallel to the width direction of the cabinet, so that the compression body 61 can be rotated in the height direction of the cabinet or in the direction perpendicular to the floor.

The rotation shaft 550 may be integrally provided to the 1 st chamber and the door.

Referring to fig. 2 (b), the compression part 6 of the laundry treating apparatus 10 of the present invention includes a 1 st body 611a rotatably installed at the door to compress the laundry C, and a 2 nd body 612a rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the 1 st body to compress the laundry C.

the 2 nd body 612a is rotatably provided to the 1 st body 611a so that the 1 st body and the 2 nd body can be folded with each other.

Accordingly, even if the compression body 61 is formed to be wide in the height direction of the door 13, the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a are folded with each other, so that the rotation radius of the compression body 61 can be reduced. Therefore, the user can relatively easily rotate the compression body 61 formed in a long width.

At this time, the 2 nd body 612a includes a handle 6121 to easily rotate the compressing body 61.

Fig. 3 is a view showing a structure in which the 1 st body and the 2 nd body rotate.

Fig. 3 (a) is a view showing the compression part 6 viewed from the door 13 in a direction toward the storage space 220, and fig. 3 (b) is a view showing a structure in which the compression body 61 is rotated to be spaced apart from the base frame 4.

Referring to fig. 3 (a), the compressing part 6 includes a coupling hinge 630 rotatably coupling the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612 a.

The connection hinge 630 couples the 1 st body and the 2 nd body so that the direction in which the 2 nd body 612a rotates in the 1 st body 611a is different from the direction in which the 1 st body 611a rotates in the door 13.

Specifically, the present invention includes an attachment plate 631 coupled to the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a, respectively, and a rotation portion 632 rotatably coupling the attachment plate.

At this time, the rotation portion 632 prevents the adhesion plates 631 from contacting each other.

Referring to fig. 3 (b), when the user holds the handle 6121 and lifts the compressing body 61, the 2 nd body 612a and the 1 st body 611a are separated from the base frame 4 in a state of being folded at a predetermined angle.

At this time, the 2 nd body 612a rotates opposite to the 1 st body 611a, and thus, even if the 1 st body 611a is disposed at a high position spaced apart from the base frame 4, the lower end or the grip of the 2 nd body 612a is positioned at the lower portion of the 1 st body 611 a.

As a result, even if the 1 st body 611a is sufficiently raised to be spaced apart from the base frame 4, the 2 nd body 612a can be disposed at a relatively low position. In other words, even when the 2 nd body 612a is lifted to a certain height, the 1 st body 611a can be lifted to a position much higher than the 2 nd body 612 a.

That is, even a user having a relatively short height can sufficiently rotate the compression body 61 to place the laundry C on the fixing part 520 or remove the laundry C from the fixing part 520.

In addition, the area formed by the 2 nd body 612a, the 1 st body 611a, and the base frame 4 is wider than when the 2 nd body 612a and the 1 st body 611a rotate in the same direction. Accordingly, the user can easily put the laundry C to the fixing part 520 or remove the laundry C from the fixing part 520.

Fig. 4 is a view showing another structure in which the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a rotate.

referring to fig. 4 (a), the compressing part 6 includes a slide hinge 800 rotatably coupling the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612 a.

The slide hinge 800 may couple the 1 st body and the 2 nd body so that the direction in which the 2 nd body 612a rotates in the 1 st body 611a is different from the direction in which the 1 st body 611a rotates in the door 13.

The slide hinge 800 includes a pull-out hinge 820 coupled to the 2 nd body 612a to support the 2 nd body, and a storage hinge 810 coupled to the 1 st body to support the pull-out hinge by being pulled out or inserted.

The storage hinge 810 includes a storage body 812 provided to protrude toward the storage space in the 1 st body 611a, and a guide groove 813 provided along a longitudinal direction of the storage body. The receiving body 812 may have a hollow interior to receive the pull-out hinge 820.

The drawing body 822 and the receiving body 812 guide a path along which the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a rotate. Therefore, the drawer body 822 and the storage body 812 are formed by being bent in accordance with the locus of rotation of the 1 st body and the 2 nd body.

Specifically, when the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a are formed in parallel, the free end of the receiving body 812 contacts the 2 nd body 612 a. This prevents the 2 nd body 612a from being rotated excessively.

The above-described pull-out hinge 820 includes: a pull-out body 822 which is projected from the 2 nd body toward the housing space and is housed in the housing body, thereby being coupled in a pull-out manner; and a positioning stop pin 823 which protrudes from the outer surface of the drawer body and moves along the guide groove.

Accordingly, the positioning stop pin 823 moves from one end of the guide groove 813 to the other end, and the pull-out hinge 820 is pulled out or inserted from the storage hinge 810. The positioning stopper 823 is received in the guide groove 813 and coupled to prevent the pull-out hinge 820 from being separated from the receiving hinge 810.

In addition, the guide groove 813 functions to prevent the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a from being completely overlapped.

The storage hinge 810 and the pullout hinge 820 may be integrally provided with the compression body 61 or may be formed as separate members.

The 1 st body 611a includes a 1 st hinge through hole 611b penetrating one surface thereof to receive and couple the storage hinge 810, and the storage hinge 810 further includes a fixing rib 811 contacting an inner surface of the 1 st body 611a to support the 1 st body 611 a. The receiving body 812 is formed to extend from the fixing rib 811 to the outside of the 1 st body through the 1 st hinge through hole 611 b.

on the other hand, the 2 nd body 612a includes a 2 nd hinge through hole 612b provided through one surface to receive and couple the pull-out hinge 820, and the pull-out hinge 820 further includes a support rib 821 contacting an inner surface of the 2 nd body 611a to support the 2 nd body 612 a. Referring to fig. 4 (a), when the 1 st body 611a and the 2 nd body 612a are arranged in parallel as described above when the compression part 6 presses the laundry C placed on the base frame 4, the pull-out hinge 820 is inserted into the storage hinge 810 and stored. At this time, the positioning stop pin 823 is located at one end of the guide groove 813.

Referring to fig. 4 (b), when the compression part 6 is spaced apart from the base frame 4, the drawing hinge 820 is drawn out from the receiving hinge 810, and the 2 nd body 821 starts to rotate on the 1 st body 611 a. At this time, the positioning stop pin 823 moves along the guide groove 813.

When the compression part 6 is spaced further from the base frame 4, the drawing hinge 820 is drawn out most from the receiving hinge 810, and the positioning stop pin 823 is located at the end of the guide groove 813. Up to this point, the 2 nd body 821 is rotated in the 1 st body 611 a.

When the compression part 6 is rotated again toward the base frame 4, the process may be performed in the reverse order of the above order.

Fig. 5 is a view showing a structure in which laundry C is placed and fixed in the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention.

The pressure member P further includes a coupling portion 510 for coupling the fixing portion 520 to at least one of the door 13 and the 1 st chamber 200.

In the case where the pressure member P is provided to the door 13, one surface of the coupling portion 510 is coupled to the inner surface of the door 13, and the other surface is coupled to the fixing portion 520. Accordingly, the fixing part 520 is tightly coupled to the door 13, thereby allowing even heavy laundry C to be stably placed.

The coupling part 510 includes a coupling body 510 attached to the inner surface of the door 13, an adjustment rib 512 coupled from the coupling body 510 to both side surfaces of the fixing part 520, and a coupling rib 513 extended to both sides of the adjustment rib 512 and coupled to the inner surface of the door 13. The coupling rib 513 is firmly coupled to the inner surface of the door 13 by a coupling member such as a bolt or a nut, thereby supporting the coupling body 510 and the fixing portion 520.

On the other hand, the rotary shaft 550 may be disposed to extend from the coupling rib 513, or may be disposed to extend below the coupling rib 513 as shown in the drawing. The rotary shaft 550 is disposed adjacent to the coupling rib 513 to ensure durability and strength.

The rotation shaft 550 is formed in a protruding ring shape, and the hinge unit 7 extending from the compression body 61 is formed in a hook shape coupled to the rotation shaft 550.

The fixing part 520 includes a fixing body 521 provided in front of the coupling body 510, moving ribs 522 provided at both sides of the fixing body 521 and coupled to the adjustment ribs 512, and a fixing clip 523 provided in front of the fixing body 521 to clamp and fix the laundry C.

The fixing clip 523 is disposed to extend from one side to the other side of the fixing body 521 formed in a disc shape. Accordingly, the fixing clip 523 can simultaneously secure strength and durability for holding the laundry C.

The laundry C is fixed by being sandwiched between the fixing clip 523 and the fixing body 521, and is supported by being attached to the base frame 4.

Fig. 6 is a view showing a process of fixing and pressing the laundry C at the above-described pressure piece P.

Referring to fig. 6 (a), the compression body 61 is rotated with reference to the hinge unit 7 to be spaced apart from the base frame 4. At this time, the 2 nd body 612a rotates opposite to the 1 st body 611a, and is disposed below the end of the 1 st body 611 a.

Referring to fig. 6 (b), the user sandwiches and fixes the laundry C in the fixing clip 523. At the same time, the clothes C are supported by contacting the base frame 4.

Referring to fig. 6 (C), the laundry C is fixed by at least one support clip 524 provided along the length direction of the first chamber 200 or the door 13.

That is, one end of the laundry C is fixed to the fixing clip 523, and the side surface thereof is fixed to the supporting clip 524.

Referring to fig. 6 (d), the user rotates the compression part 6 toward the base frame 4 to press the laundry C. The compression part 6 can continuously press the laundry C by its own weight even when the external force of the user is removed.

In this state, the user closes the door 13, activates the laundry treatment apparatus 10, and supplies hot air or moisture to the laundry, thereby removing wrinkles in the region pressed by the compression part 6 and forming creases (creases) at the side ends of the laundry.

If the above processes are performed in reverse order, the laundry C may be separated from the laundry treating apparatus 10.

Fig. 7 is a view showing an example of adjusting the installation height of the fixing part 520.

The fixing portion 520 is changed in position to the upper or lower portion of the coupling portion 510. Accordingly, the position of the fixing part 520 is adjusted in order to adjust the position of the fixing part 520 or select a region for pressing the compressing part 6 according to the length of the laundry C.

referring to fig. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the fixing body 520 is positioned at a lower portion of the coupling portion 510.

The moving rib 520 is slidably coupled to the adjusting rib 512 in an upper or lower direction.

Specifically, the adjustment rib 512 includes a sliding groove 5121 on a surface facing the moving rib 520, and a side surface of the moving rib 520 is inserted into and coupled to the sliding groove 5121. Thereby, the moving rib 520 moves along the slide groove.

In another aspect, a method comprises: a guide rail 5111 provided on either one of the coupling body 511 and the fixing body 521 to guide a moving direction of the fixing body 521; and a guide protrusion 5211 provided on the other of the coupling body 511 and the fixing body 521 and inserted into the guide rail to move.

For example, the guide protrusion 5211 is protruded from the rear surface of the fixing body 521, and the guide rail 5111 is provided at a portion of the front surface of the coupling body 511 corresponding to the guide protrusion 5211.

A plurality of guide projections 5211 are provided at a predetermined distance from the guide rail 5111.

Accordingly, even if an external force is not uniformly applied to the fixing portion 520, it is possible to prevent only one of the moving rib 522 and the adjustment rib 512 provided on both side surfaces from being raised or lowered.

Referring to fig. 7 (c) and 7 (d), the user applies an external force to push the fixing portion 520 upward to move the fixing portion 520 upward of the coupling portion 510.

Specifically, the moving rib 522 is raised along the sliding groove 5121 of the adjustment rib 512, and the guide protrusion 5211 is raised along the guide rail 5111.

The user adjusts the position of the fixing part 520 according to the length of the laundry C to adjust the height of the pressure member P on which the laundry is placed.

Fig. 8 is a view showing a structure in which the position of the fixing part 520 is fixed after adjusting the height thereof.

Even if the fixing portion 520 is installed so that the installation height of the coupling portion 510 can be adjusted, the significance of adjusting the height of the fixing portion 520 can be secured only by fixing the position of the fixing portion 520.

To this end, the pressure piece P of the present invention further includes a position determining part 530 for fixing the position of the fixing part 520 to the coupling part 510.

The position determination unit 530 includes: an insertion portion 532 that protrudes in a longitudinal direction of either one of both side surfaces of the adjustment rib 512 or the movement rib 522; and a plurality of fixing holes 533 through which the insertion portion is inserted and fixed along a longitudinal direction of the other of the both side surfaces of the adjustment rib 512 or the moving rib 522.

The insertion portion 532 is provided in the adjustment rib 512, and the fixing hole 533 is provided in the moving rib 522, but may be provided in the opposite manner.

As the position of the insertion portion 532 inserted into the plurality of fixing holes 533 is changed, the height of the fixing portion 520 is adjusted and the fixing position is fixed.

In this case, the insertion portion 532 is arranged such that the diameter decreases as it approaches the free end and the cross section is inclined, and is easily movable even when the position of the fixing portion 520 is fixed.

Further, a spring 531 for adjusting the length of the insertion portion 530 to protrude is provided, and the adjustment rib 512 is provided with a hole into which the insertion portion 530 is inserted.

Accordingly, when the insertion portion 530 is attached to the surface of the moving rib 522 or the adjustment rib 512, the insertion portion 530 moves toward the spring 531 and is inserted into the fixing hole 533 by the elastic force of the spring 531 to fix the fixing portion 520 when facing the fixing hole 533.

On the other hand, a plurality of the insertion portions 530 are provided corresponding to the intervals of the fixing holes 533. Accordingly, the position of the insertion portion 532 inserted into the fixing hole 533 is changed, and the position of the fixing portion 520 is fixed.

Fig. 9 is a view showing a structure in which the laundry is firmly fixed to the fixing clip 523 and can be easily handled.

Referring to fig. 9 (a), the fixing clip 523 includes at least one or more holding grooves 5235, and the holding grooves 5235 are formed in a manner that one surface thereof is at least recessed downward or protruded upward, thereby providing a space for holding the laundry.

The holding groove 5235 is provided in at least one of the upper portion and the lower portion of the fixing clip 523.

Accordingly, the user inserts the laundry C into the holding groove 5235 formed at the lower end of the fixing clip 523 and pulls out the laundry C exposed to the holding groove 5235 formed at the upper end to fix the laundry C to the fixing clip 523.

Therefore, even if the thickness of the fixing clip 523 is formed to be relatively thick, the laundry C can be easily put into the fixing clip 523 by the holding groove 5235.

The fixing clip 523 may be formed such that the upper end and the lower end of the holding groove 5235 are recessed, and the fixing clip 523 may be formed to extend in a longitudinal direction in a water wave form or a form of being recessed downward or bent convexly upward.

On the other hand, the fixing body 521 includes a 1 st fixing body 5211 coupled to the door or the 1 st chamber, a 2 nd fixing body 5212 formed to be spaced apart in front of the 1 st fixing body, and a pressing spring 5213 provided between the 1 st fixing body 5211 and the 2 nd fixing body 5212 to press the 2 nd fixing body 5212 toward the fixing clip 523 to press the surface of the laundry.

Referring to fig. 9 (b), the fixing clip 523 moves the 2 nd fixing body 5212 forward and backward in a fixed state. Accordingly, the user pushes the 2 nd fixing body 5212 open to form a gap or space between the fixing clip 523 and the 2 nd fixing body 5212, and then places the laundry C between the 2 nd fixing body 5212 and the fixing clip 523.

Thereafter, if the external force of the 2 nd fixing body 5212 is removed, the 2 nd fixing body 5212 moves toward the fixing clip 523 to press and fix the laundry C to the fixing clip 523.

On the other hand, in order to prevent the 2 nd fixing body 5212 from irregularly vibrating or moving, the 2 nd fixing body 5212 is accommodated in the 1 st fixing body 5211.

Specifically, the laundry treatment apparatus may be characterized in that the 1 st fixing body 5211 includes a guide rib 521b extending from an outer circumferential surface thereof to receive the outer circumferential surface of the 2 nd fixing body 5212 therein, and the guide rib 521b guides the movement of the 2 nd fixing body 5212.

The 2 nd fixing body 5212 further includes a receiving rib 521a which is received in the guide rib 521b to increase a contact area.

Next, a 2 nd embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 10 to 17.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, a clothes treating apparatus 100 according to the present invention includes a cabinet 1 forming an external appearance, a 1 st chamber (2, a storage space) provided inside the cabinet to provide a space for storing clothes, supply units (31, 34, see fig. 2) for supplying at least one of air and moisture to the 1 st chamber 2, and a pressure member P provided inside the 1 st chamber 2 to reinforce a crease line (pleat) in the design of clothes and eliminate wrinkles (wrinkle, a crease line not in the design of clothes) of clothes.

The supply parts 31 and 34 are provided in the 2 nd chamber 3, and the 2 nd chamber 3 is provided in the cabinet 1 and has a space separated from the 1 st chamber 2. FIG. 2 is a view showing an example of separation by a partition wall 15 so that the 2 nd chamber 3 is located at a lower portion of the 1 st chamber.

As shown in fig. 1, the cabinet 1 includes a door 13, and the door 13 is rotatable about a rotation axis provided along a height direction (Z-axis direction) of the cabinet in a direction away from a front surface 11 of the cabinet and toward a front surface 11 of the cabinet. The 1 st chamber 2 communicates with the outside through an inlet port 111 provided in the front surface 11, and the 2 nd chamber 3 communicates with the outside through a communication port 112 provided in the front surface 11. The communication port 112 is detachably coupled to the 2 nd chamber door 35 of the cabinet 1 to be opened and closed. When the door 13 is rotated in a direction away from the front surface 11, the inlet 111 and the 2 nd chamber door 35 are simultaneously exposed to the outside.

The 1 st chamber 2 further includes a hanger support portion for supporting clothes, and the hanger support portion includes a support rod 27 provided along a width direction (Y-axis direction) of the 1 st chamber 2 or a depth direction (X-axis direction) of the 1 st chamber and a support rod fixing portion 29 for fixing both ends of the support rod to an upper surface of the 1 st chamber 2.

The support rod 27 serves as a means for supporting the hanging ring H2, and the clothes C fixed to the hanger H1 are held in an unfolded state inside the first chamber 2 by the support rod 27.

The supply unit includes an air supply unit 31 for supplying heated air or unheated air to the 1 st chamber 2 and a moisture supply unit 34 for supplying heated steam (steam) or unheated steam (mist) to the 1 st chamber 2, and fig. 2 is a diagram showing an example of a case where the supply unit includes both the air supply unit 31 and the moisture supply unit 34.

The air supply unit 31 includes a duct 311 for discharging the air in the 1 st chamber 2 to the outside of the 1 st chamber and then re-guiding the air to the 1 st chamber, and a heat exchange unit for exchanging heat with the air moving along the duct.

The 1 st chamber 2 and the 2 nd chamber 3 communicate with each other through a discharge port 21 and a supply port 23 provided through the partition wall 15, and one end of the pipe 311 is connected to the discharge port 21 and the other end is connected to the supply port 23. In this case, the pipe 311 is provided inside the 2 nd chamber 3.

The heat exchange unit includes a vane 318 rotating inside the duct 311 and a heat pump (heat pump) for dehumidifying and heating the air flowing into the duct 311.

The heat exchange unit constituted by a heat pump includes a refrigerant pipe 317 that provides a circulation flow path of a refrigerant, a 1 st heat exchanger (312, evaporator) fixed to the refrigerant pipe 317 and positioned between the discharge port 21 and the vane 318, a 2 nd heat exchanger (313, condenser) fixed to the refrigerant pipe 317 and positioned between the 1 st heat exchanger 312 and the vane 318, a compressor 315 that circulates the refrigerant along the refrigerant pipe 317, and an expander 316 that reduces the pressure of the refrigerant passing through the 2 nd heat exchanger 313.

The 1 st heat exchanger 312 and the 2 nd heat exchanger 313 are provided inside the duct 3, and the compressor 315 and the expander 316 are provided outside the duct 311. In this case, the compressor 315 and the expander 316 are preferably provided at positions exposed to the outside when the 2 nd chamber door 35 opens the communication port 112.

The 1 st heat exchanger 312 serves as a unit for absorbing heat from the air flowing into the duct 311 and transferring the heat to the refrigerant circulating through the refrigerant pipe 317, and the refrigerant is evaporated when passing through the 1 st heat exchanger 312, and the air is condensed (dehumidified) when passing through the 1 st heat exchanger 312.

the 2 nd heat exchanger 313 serves as means for transferring heat of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 315 to the air passing through the 1 st heat exchanger 312, and the refrigerant is condensed when passing through the 2 nd heat exchanger 313, and the air is heated when passing through the 2 nd heat exchanger 313.

Fig. 11 is a view showing an example of a case where the moisture supply unit 34 is provided in the 2 nd chamber 3 to supply the water vapor to the 1 st chamber 2, and in this case, the moisture supply unit 34 includes a storage unit 341 positioned in the 2 nd chamber 3, a heater 343 positioned in the storage unit 341, and a supply pipe 345 connecting the storage unit 341 to the 1 st chamber 2.

The storage unit 341 stores water, the heater 343 heats the water stored in the storage unit 341 to convert the water into steam, and the supply pipe 345 guides the steam in the storage unit 341 to the 1 st chamber 2. One end of the supply pipe 345 is fixed to the storage part 341, and the other end is connected to a moisture supply port (25, see fig. 1) formed through the partition wall 15.

Water is supplied from the water tank 351 fixed to the 2 nd chamber door 35 to the reservoir 341. The water tank 351 is preferably detachably installed in the 2 nd chamber door 35. The water tank 351 is connected to the storage unit 341 through a connection pipe 353, and the connection pipe 353 is opened and closed by a valve 355.

The water tank 351 is preferably provided at a position higher than the storage portion 341 so that the water stored in the water tank 351 is moved to the storage portion 341 when a valve is opened even though the pump is not provided.

In contrast to the above, the moisture supply unit 34 according to the present invention can supply unheated steam. In this case, the moisture supply unit 34 includes a reservoir for storing water, a vibrator for generating steam by vibrating the water stored in the reservoir, and a supply pipe for guiding the steam in the reservoir to the moisture supply port 25.

The door 13 includes a control panel 131, and the control panel 131 includes an input unit for inputting a control command required for starting the air supply unit 31, the moisture supply unit 34, and the like, and a display unit for displaying a control command selectable by a user or information related to starting the laundry treatment apparatus.

The laundry treatment apparatus 100 having the above-described configuration sequentially supplies moisture and heated air (hot air) through the moisture supply unit 34 and the air supply unit 31 after the laundry fixed to the hanger is placed on the support rod 27. Therefore, unlike the conventional laundry treating apparatus for removing odor and wrinkles, the present invention can prevent wrinkles from occurring in laundry because laundry is kept in a state of being straightly spread in the inside of the 1 st chamber 2 during supply of moisture and hot air by supplying hot air or water vapor to the rotating drum.

on the other hand, the pressure member (P) of the present invention may be disposed at any position in the 1 st chamber 2. That is, the pressure member P may be provided on any one of the surfaces forming the 1 st chamber 2, and fig. 2 is a view showing an example of a case where the pressure member P is provided on the inner peripheral surface (the surface forming the 1 st chamber) of the door 13. Fig. 2 shows a case where only one pressure member P is provided, but the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the present invention may further include two or more pressure members P.

as shown in fig. 12, the pressure member P of the present invention includes a base frame 4 provided on any one of surfaces forming the 1 st cavity 2, a compression part 6 rotating about a rotation axis parallel to a width direction of the base frame (Y-axis direction, width direction of the cabinet, width direction of the 1 st cavity), and a support part 5 rotatably provided between the base frame 4 and the compression part 4 about a rotation axis parallel to the width direction of the base frame to fix the laundry.

The base frame 4 may be formed of any one of the surfaces forming the 1 st chamber 2, or may be formed of a plate (board) fixed to any one of the surfaces forming the 1 st chamber 2. Fig. 3 is a view showing an example of the case where the base frame 4 is formed of a plate-shaped base frame body 41 fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the door 13 forming the 1 st chamber 2. For convenience of explanation, the base frame 4 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the door 13.

as shown in fig. 13, the base frame body 41 is formed in a rectangular shape having a width (Y-axis direction length) shorter than a height (Z-axis direction length). The base body 41 includes a fixing portion 411 fixed to the door 13, and a 1 st extending portion 412 and a 2 nd extending portion 413 extending on left and right sides of the fixing portion 411, respectively.

Unlike the fixing portion 411, the free end of the 1 st extending portion 412 and the free end of the 2 nd extending portion 413 are spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the door 13. As will be described later, since the laundry fixed to the support portion 5 is compressed between the support portion 5 and the base frame 4, if the free ends of the 1 st and 2 nd extending portions 412 and 413 are kept spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the door 13, the laundry can be compressed more effectively. Since each extension 412, 413 acts as a kind of coil spring (the function of pressing the laundry towards the support).

The base body 41 may further include a base groove 42 providing a space for accommodating a sewing thread formed in the clothes, and the base groove 42 may be formed by bending a surface of the fixing portion 411 in a concave manner, or may be formed by setting a distance from an inner circumferential surface of the door 13 to a surface of each of the extending portions 412 and 413 to be greater than a distance from the inner circumferential surface of the door to the surface of the fixing portion 411, and forming a space between the two extending portions 412 and 413.

The base frame 4 further includes guide members 43 and 45 provided on an inner circumferential surface of the door 13 or the base frame body 41 to fix the laundry to the base frame body 41. Fig. 3 is a view showing an example of the case where the guide is constituted by the 1 st guide 43 and the 2 nd guide 45 fixed to the base frame body 41.

The 1 st guide 43 includes a 1 st fixing body 431 protruding from the 1 st extending portion 412, and a 1 st extending body 433 protruding from a free end of the 1 st fixing body toward the 2 nd guide 45 (see fig. 6). The 2 nd guide 45 includes a 2 nd fixing body 451 protruding from the 2 nd extending portion 413, and a 2 nd extending body 453 protruding from a free end of the 2 nd fixing body toward the 1 st guide 43 (see fig. 3).

The support portion 5 is constituted by a support main body 51 positioned between the base frame main body 41 and the compression portion 6. The support body 51 is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the door 13 by a pair of hinge units 7, and the hinge units 7 provide the support body 51 with a rotation axis parallel to the width direction of the base frame 4. Therefore, the support body 51 is rotatable in a direction away from the base frame body 41 and in a direction toward the base frame body 41. The structure of the hinge unit 7 will be described later.

as shown in fig. 14, the support body 51 is formed in a plate shape having a placement surface 511, a pressing surface 513, a support surface 515, and a bottom surface 517. The placement surface 511 is a surface formed in a direction toward the compression portion 6, and the pressing surface 513 is a surface facing the base frame body 41. The bottom surface 517 is a surface located at the lower end of the support body 51, and the support surface 515 is a surface located at the upper end of the support body.

The laundry is placed on the supporting surface 515 positioned at the upper end of the supporting body 51, and one end of the laundry is positioned on the placing surface 511, and the other end of the laundry is positioned in a space between the pressing surface 513 and the base body 41. Therefore, the support surface 515 may be defined as a unit for fixing the laundry to the pressure member P.

The placement surface 511 includes a clothing securing portion 54 for securing one end of clothing to the support body 51, and the clothing securing portion 54 may be formed in various forms capable of exhibiting the above-described functions. Fig. 5 is a view showing an example of the case where the clothing fixing portion 54 fixes clothing to the support body 51 by an elastic force.

The laundry fixing portion 54 of fig. 14 includes a bar (bar) -shaped fixing portion 1 st body 541 provided along the width direction of the support body 51, fixing portion 2 nd and 3 rd bodies 542 and 543 extending from both ends of the fixing portion 1 st body 541 along the height direction of the support body 51, and a fixing portion 4 th body 544 connecting the fixing portion 2 nd and 3 rd bodies 542 and 543.

The fixing portion 2 nd body 542, the fixing portion 3 rd body 543, and the fixing portion 4 th body 544 may be in contact with the support body 51, but not fixed to the support body 51. Accordingly, the user inserts one end of the laundry into the space formed between the fixing portion 4 th body 544 and the support body 51, the space formed between the fixing portion 2 nd body 542 and the support body 51, and the space formed between the fixing portion 3 rd body 543 and the support body 51, thereby fixing the laundry to the support body 51.

The support portion 5 further includes a support portion through hole 52 provided to penetrate the support main body 51. In this case, the fixing portion 2 nd body 542 and the fixing portion 3 rd body 543 are preferably located on both side surfaces of the supporting portion through hole 52 and above the placement surface 511. For this reason, if the fixing portion 2 nd and 3 rd bodies 542 and 543 are located inside the support portion through hole 52, the clothes fixing portion 54 cannot fix the clothes to the placing surface 511.

Since the fixing body penetration hole 545 is formed at the center of the laundry fixing portion 54 including the 4 bodies 541, 542, 543, and 544 and the supporting body 51 includes the supporting portion penetration hole 52 positioned at the lower portion of the fixing body penetration hole 545, air or moisture is supplied to the base frame body 41 through the fixing body penetration hole 545 and the supporting portion penetration hole 52.

As shown in fig. 15, the compression portion 6 is formed of a compression body 61 rotatable in a direction away from the base body 41 and in a direction toward the base body 41. The compression body 61 is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the door 13 by a hinge unit 7 described later.

The compression body 61 is provided with a compression portion through hole 612 so as to penetrate the compression body, and the compression portion through hole 612 is formed so as to communicate with the fixing body through hole 545 and the support portion through hole 52. Therefore, the air and moisture in the 1 st chamber 2 are supplied to the base body 41 through the compression unit through hole 612, the fixing body through hole 545, and the support unit through hole 52.

On the other hand, a support portion accommodating groove 611 for providing a space for accommodating the support body 51 and fixing portion accommodating grooves 65 and 67 for providing a space for accommodating the clothes fixing portion 54 are provided on one surface of the compression body 61 facing the support body 51.

The support portion accommodating groove 611 is formed of a groove provided on a surface of the support body 51 facing the compression body 51 and accommodating the entire placement surface 511 of the support body.

the fixing portion accommodating groove is composed of a 2 nd body accommodating groove 65 provided in the support portion accommodating groove 611 and accommodating the fixing portion 2 nd body 542, and a 3 rd body accommodating groove 67 accommodating the fixing portion 3 rd body 543.

Further, a compression groove 63 for preventing the sewing thread formed on the clothes from being pressed by the compression body 51 is provided on one surface of the compression body 51 facing the support body 51. The compression portion groove 63 is provided along the height direction of the support body 51. The clothes such as trousers have Sewing thread (Sewing Line), and the compression part groove 63 and the base frame groove 42 are means for preventing unnecessary wrinkles from occurring in the clothes due to the Sewing thread.

The compression part 6 is detachably fixed to the base frame body 41 or the inner circumferential surface of the door 13 by a compression body fixing part 8. Fig. 6 is a view showing an example of the compression body fixing part 8 for fixing the compression body 61 to the inner peripheral surface of the door.

The compression body fixing part 8 includes a 1 st coupling part 81 and a 2 nd coupling part 83 provided in the compression body 61, a 3 rd coupling part 86 provided in an inner circumferential surface of the door 13 and coupled to the 1 st coupling part, and a 4 th coupling part 87 provided in an inner circumferential surface of the door and coupled to the 2 nd coupling part.

The 3 rd and 4 th coupling parts 86 and 87 are formed of snap fasteners protruding from an inner circumferential surface of the door 13, and the 1 st and 2 nd coupling parts 81 and 83 are formed of grooves provided in the compression body 61 to receive the snap fasteners.

In contrast, the 1 st coupling part 81 is rotatably provided to the compression body 61 and detachably attached to the 3 rd coupling part 86, and the 2 nd coupling part 83 is rotatably provided to the compression body 61 and detachably attached to the 4 th coupling part 87. However, in this case, the 1 st and 2 nd coupling parts 81 and 83 are preferably configured to be rotatable by a handle 85 rotatably provided to the compression body 61.

The compression portion 6 and the support portion 5 having the above-described configuration are rotatably fixed to the base frame body 41 or the inner circumferential surface of the door 13 by a pair of hinge units 7. Fig. 4 shows an example of a case where the compression portion 6 and the support portion 5 are fixed to the door 13 in the hinge unit 7 fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the door 13.

As shown in fig. 13, the hinge unit 7 includes a unit body 71 fixed to the base frame body 41 or the inner circumferential surface of the door 13, a compression portion hinge 73 fixed to the unit body and forming a rotation axis of the compression body 61, and a support portion hinge 75 fixed to the unit body and forming a rotation axis of the support body 51.

The compression portion hinge 73 includes a hinge body 731 fixed to the unit body 71, and a compression body rotating shaft 733 provided in the hinge body and rotatably coupled to the compression body 61.

As shown in the drawing, the compression part hinges 73 are formed as a pair. Therefore, the pair of compression body rotation shafts 733 provides the compression body 61 with a rotation shaft parallel to the width direction of the door (the width direction of the base body, the Y-axis direction).

The support hinge 75 is a unit that allows the support body 51 to rotate in a direction away from the base body 41 and in a direction toward the base body 41 about a rotation axis parallel to the width direction of the door, and includes a 1 st link 751 and a 2 nd link 757.

The unit body 71 includes a slit body 711 protruding toward the 1 st chamber 2 (in a direction away from the door), and a shaft fixing portion 13 to which one end of the 2 nd link 757 is rotatably fixed. The shaft fixing portion 73 is positioned below the slit 712, and the slit main body 711 includes the slit 712 provided along the height direction of the door 13.

in this case, the 1 st link 751 is formed of a rod (bar) having one end fixed to the support body 51 and the other end inserted into the slit 712. That is, the 1 st link 751 is composed of a 1 st rod 753 fixed to the support body 51 and a 2 nd rod 755 having one end connected to the slit 712 and the other end connected to the 1 st rod 753. The 2 nd rod 755 includes a link shaft 756 inserted into the gap 712 and reciprocatable along the gap at one end thereof.

The 2 nd link 757 is formed of a lever (bar) having one end rotatably fixed to the shaft fixing part 713 and the other end rotatably coupled to the 1 st link 751 or the support body 51. Fig. 4 is a view showing an example of a case where one end of the 2 nd link 757 is connected to the shaft fixing portion 713 through the 1 st connecting shaft 758, and the other end of the 2 nd link 757 is connected to the 1 st link 751 through the 2 nd connecting shaft 759.

As shown in fig. 14, the 2 nd link 575 is rotatable in a direction approaching the unit body 71 (a direction approaching the base frame) and in a direction separating from the unit body 71 (a direction separating from the base frame).

When the support body 51 rotates in a direction away from the base body 41, the 2 nd link 757 rotates in a direction away from the base body 41, and the link shaft 756 provided to the 1 st link moves toward the lower end of the gap 712 via the 2 nd link 757. In this process, the supporting surface 515 of the supporting body moves in a direction away from the base frame body 41, and thus a space through which the laundry can pass is formed between the supporting surface 515 and the base frame body 41. Therefore, the 2 nd link 755 of the 1 st link forms a space for inserting the laundry between the support surface 515 and the base frame body 41 when the support body 51 rotates in a direction away from the base frame body 41.

On the other hand, when the support body 51 rotates in the direction of the base body 41, the 2 nd link 757 rotates toward the base body 41, and the link shaft 756 moves toward the upper end of the gap 712 via the 2 nd link 575. In this case, the support surface 515 moves toward the base frame body 41.

The support portion hinge 75 further includes a start portion 76 for actively rotating the support body 51 in a direction away from the base body 41. The activating unit 76 is formed of a compression spring having one end fixed to the 2 nd link 757 and the other end fixed to the unit body 71. The compression spring may be constructed in any of the following configurations: when the 2 nd link 757 is compressed when it rotates toward the base frame body 41 and the external force acting on the 2 nd link 757 is removed, the 2 nd link 757 is rotated in a direction away from the base frame body 41. When the user rotates the compression body 61 in a direction away from the base frame body 41, the support body 51 is rotated in a direction away from the base frame body 41 by the activation portion 76, and a space through which the laundry passes is automatically formed between the support surface 515 and the base frame body 41, so that the activation portion 76 is a means for improving the convenience of the user.

Next, the process of activating the pressure piece P will be described with reference to fig. 10, 12, and 16.

The state of fig. 10 is a state in which the compression body 61 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the door 13 by the compression body fixing portion 8. The user separates the compression body 61 from the compression body fixing part 8 by the handle 85 and then rotates the compression body 61 in a direction away from the base body 41.

As shown in fig. 12, when the user rotates the compression body 61 in a direction away from the base frame body 41, the support body 51 is rotated in a direction away from the base frame body 41 by the activation portion 76. At this time, a space through which the laundry passes is formed between the supporting surface 515 of the supporting body and the base frame body 41.

As shown in fig. 16 (a), after the user inserts the laundry C into the space formed between the supporting surface 515 and the base frame body 41, one end C1 of the laundry is fixed to the laundry fixing portion 54. At this time, a part of the laundry C is supported by the placing surface 511, and the rest of the laundry C is located between the pressing surface 513 and the pedestal main body 41.

Thereafter, the user inserts the laundry between the pressing surface 513 and the base frame body 41 into the guide members 41 and 43, thereby completing the process of fixing the laundry to the pressure member P.

As shown in fig. 16 (b), when fixing the laundry C to the pressure member P, the user rotates the compression body 61 in the direction of the base body 41 to couple the compression body 61 to the compression body fixing portion 86. The support body 51 is rotated toward the base frame body 41 by the compression body 61. The laundry is compressed not only between the pressing surface 513 of the supporting body and the base frame body 41 but also between the pressing surface 513 of the supporting body and the compression body 61.

In this state, the controller (not shown) starts the moisture supplier 34 and the air supplier 31 sequentially or simultaneously. The moisture supplied to the 1 st chamber 2 by the moisture supplier 34 is moved to the base frame body 41 by the compression unit through hole 612, the fixing body through hole 545, and the support unit through hole 52, so that the present invention can supply moisture to laundry.

on the other hand, since the air supply unit 31 supplies air having low humidity and high temperature to the 1 st chamber 2, moisture supplied to the laundry is evaporated when the air supply unit 31 is activated. When the moisture supplied to the laundry is evaporated, the smell particles permeated into the laundry are also evaporated, so that the present invention can deodorize.

In addition, if the moisture supply process and the air supply process are performed while the pressure is applied to the laundry by the pressure piece P, it is possible to achieve an effect of folding out the crease lines belonging to the design of the laundry and removing wrinkles of the laundry (crease lines not belonging to the design of the laundry).

In the pressure piece P having the above-described structure, since a part of the laundry is placed on the placing surface 511 of the supporting body and the remaining part of the laundry is placed on the pressing surface 513 of the supporting body, it is possible to press the entire laundry C while minimizing the length of the base frame body 41, the length of the supporting body 51, and the length of the compressing body 61.

That is, if the pressure member P is configured to support or press the laundry only by any one of the placing surface 511 and the pressing surface 513 provided to the supporting body 51, the length of the base frame body 41, the length of the supporting body 51, and the length of the compressing body 61 can be made longer, but the pressure member of the present invention can solve the problem that the lengths of the respective bodies 41, 51, 61 are made longer.

In the pressure piece P of the present invention, since the compression body 61 and the support body 51 are rotatable toward the base frame body 41 about a rotation axis formed along the width direction of the base frame body 41, the problem of the crease lines occurring in the clothes due to the support body 51 and the compression body 61 can be solved.

If the compression body 61 and the support body 51 are rotated about a rotation axis formed along the height direction of the door 13, a crease may be formed in the laundry by the support body and the base body when the support body 51 is rotated toward the base body 41. Since the distance between the support body 51 and the base frame body 41 is gradually shortened as approaching the rotation axis, when the support body 51 is rotated toward the base frame body 41, the laundry is pushed to the opposite direction of the rotation axis and wrinkles may occur. However, the above-described problem can be solved when the compression body 61 and the support body 51 rotate about a rotation axis formed along the width direction of the base frame body 41.

Fig. 17 shows another embodiment of the pressure member P, and in the pressure member P of the present embodiment, the support body 51 is rotatable about a rotation axis parallel to the height direction of the pedestal body 41 (the height direction of the door) in a direction away from the pedestal body 41 and in a direction in which the pedestal body 41 is located. That is, the support body 51 provided in the present embodiment is fixed to the door 13 by the support portion hinge 75 provided along the height direction of the base frame body 41.

The present invention may be modified into various forms and implemented, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if the modified embodiment includes the constituent elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be understood to be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
