The stop valve and the gate valve have good bidirectional cutting functions, have good sealing performance and long service life, are one of the valve ancestors, but are limited by the innate of a stop valve type structure, have large appearance and large operating torque, cannot produce large caliber, and are mostly DN400 in the market at present; while gate valves do not have a regulating function and there is a great risk of the gate plate falling off when used for regulating the flow, large-diameter gate valves are also difficult and heavy to manufacture and transport due to their large shape and height. The spherical bidirectional high-performance rotary valve has the functions and advantages of a butterfly valve, a semi-ball valve, a gate valve and a stop valve, and has the powerful functions and advantages which are completely distinctive. The pipeline has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient transportation, installation, maintenance and repair and reliable operation, thereby being widely used on pipelines of corrosive media such as metallurgy, petrifaction, water supply and drainage, heating, electric power, municipal construction, water supply and drainage and the like and used for cutting off or adjusting the flow of the media.

The invention aims to provide a spherical bidirectional high-performance rotary valve which has a bidirectional sealing effect, is high-temperature resistant, high-pressure resistant and wear resistant, is convenient to replace a sealing surface of a valve core and a valve seat, is light in switching torque, is low in cost and is convenient to maintain.

The invention discloses a spherical bidirectional high-performance rotary valve which comprises a valve body and a valve core, wherein the valve body is provided with a flow passage, the valve core and a valve seat are arranged in the flow passage, the sealing surface of the valve core is in sealing fit with the sealing surface of the valve seat, a pressure plate ring is arranged on the valve body outside the valve seat and is fixed on the valve body through a second bolt, the pressure plate ring extends into the lower surface of the valve seat and is in sealing fit with the valve seat, one side of the pressure plate ring opposite to the valve seat is provided with a pre-tightening spring, the pre-tightening spring is abutted to the valve.

The floating sealing structure can also meet the defect that a medium slightly breaks away from a sealing surface lifting plate when the pressure is high, and simultaneously, the two end surfaces of the valve core adopt a three-dimensional eccentric chamfer optimization design to ensure that the torque of the switch is light. When the sealing surfaces of the valve core and the valve seat need to be replaced, only the valve seat needs to be detached, and the valve core and the valve body do not need to be detached and replaced.
