and dispatching vehicles and warfare personnel for police dispatch through the middle team alarm receiving terminal according to the large team dispatching notice or the branch team dispatching notice.

Further, in order to avoid repeated case setting of the same alarm information at the team pick-up processing terminal 300 and/or the team pick-up processing terminal 400, as shown in fig. 3, the team pick-up processing terminal 400 further includes a repeated judgment unit 430, and the repeated judgment unit 430 is configured to judge whether there is a repetition between the historical team case setting information and the current team case setting information within a threshold time period before generating the team shunting notice, and if there is a repetition, merge the current team case setting information and the historical team case setting information.

By arranging the repeated judging unit 430, the plan information of the same alarm condition information in the threshold time period can be combined, repeated alarm output is further avoided, and the resource waste is further avoided while the alarm receiving and processing efficiency is improved.

And it is to be noted that: the threshold time period may be adjusted according to actual conditions, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the threshold time period is the first 15 minutes of the current warning information.

Further, in order to implement the monitoring of the police-out situation by the command center, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the alarm receiving and processing system 10 further includes: the mobile combat terminal 600 and the command center display terminal 700;

the fighter is used for reporting the position and the site information of the vehicle to the command center display end 700 through the mobile combat terminal 600;

the command center display terminal 700 is used for displaying the position and the site information of the vehicle in real time.

The mobile combat terminal 600 may be a mobile phone, a smart watch, an intercom, a tablet computer, or a desktop computer.

Further, the field information may be a field picture or video taken by the fighter, or a field condition described by the fighter, or the like.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an alarm receiving and processing method, which is applicable to the alarm receiving and processing system 10 in any of the above embodiments, and as shown in fig. 5, the alarm receiving and processing method includes:

s501, collecting alarm information through the alarm aggregation server 100, and sending the alarm information to the alarm distribution server 200 according to a preset sequence;

s502, determining a team and a branch of the alarm according to the alarm information through the alarm distribution server 200, and distributing the alarm information to the team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300 of the team when the team has the team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300; when the large team does not have the large team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300, the alarm information is distributed to the branch team alarm receiving and processing terminal 400 of the branch team;

s503, generating a team shunting notice through the team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300 according to the alarm information;

s504, generating a branch shunting notice through the branch receiving and processing terminal 400 according to the warning information;

and S505, dispatching vehicles and warfare personnel to give police according to the large-team shunting notice sheet or the branch-team shunting notice sheet through the middle-team police-receiving terminal 500.

According to the system and the method for receiving and processing the alarms, the large-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300 is additionally arranged, the alarm condition distribution server 200 firstly distributes the alarm condition information collected by the alarm condition aggregation server 100 to the large-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300 of the large team of the alarm condition of the large-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300, when the large team does not have the large-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300, the alarm condition information is distributed to the branch-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 400, and the pressure of receiving and processing the alarms of the branch-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 400 is effectively relieved through the cooperative alarm receiving and processing of the large-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 300 and the branch-team alarm receiving and processing terminal 400, so that the alarm receiving and processing efficiency is improved. Further, by setting the crews-receiving alarm-handling terminal 400 to include the pre-determining unit 410, the problem that the same alarm condition is repeatedly set up in the crews-receiving alarm-handling terminal 300 and the crews-receiving alarm-handling terminal 400 respectively, which results in repeated alarm and resource waste can be avoided by setting the pre-determining unit 410. Furthermore, the command center can monitor the alarm condition by arranging the mobile combat terminal 600 and the command center display terminal 700.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the flow of the method implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which is stored in a computer readable storage medium, to instruct related hardware. The computer readable storage medium is a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory.
