Background

The sounding rod is one of the main tools for measuring water depth, and is generally a calibrated and readable scale rod made of metal or other materials and provided with a chassis. The scale interval of the measuring rod needs to consider the size of the measured water depth and the water surface wave amplitude, the regional distribution of the measuring rod body is recommended to be determined according to a table from small to large, and the scale mark is obvious and clear no matter wet water exists. When the device is used, the depth measuring rod is vertically inserted into water, and the current water depth value is read through the scales. The depth measurement rod has the characteristics that the distance between the river bottom and the water surface is directly measured, the method is simple and direct, but the flow velocity is increased along with the increase of the depth, the observation is difficult to increase, and the depth measurement precision is difficult to ensure, mainly because the depth measurement rod is difficult to keep vertical due to the action of underwater water flow; the river bottom is difficult to accurately judge; large water surface floating, etc.

As shown in fig. 1, the electronic depth measuring rod comprises a rod body 1, wherein a plurality of stainless steel contacts 2 are arranged on the rod body 1 at intervals, the stainless steel contacts 2 are connected with a contact position judging and processing circuit, and the contact position judging and processing circuit adopts a CMOS decoding and encoding circuit.
