The middle part of the handle is also fixedly provided with a halogen gas sensor for detecting SF6 gas leakage condition and an alarm unit for reminding, and the halogen gas sensor and the alarm unit are both electrically connected with the control unit; the lower part of the handle is provided with an air outlet, the upper part of the handle is provided with an air hole, and the air hole corresponds to the through hole in the middle part of the support frame; all fixedly being equipped with the filter screen in bleeder vent and the through-hole, the filter screen is arranged in carrying out impurity filtering to the air that gets into in the through-hole.
