It should be noted that the limit bearing temperature of the hot cracking rod is set according to the allowable limit high temperature of the transformer, and the limit bearing temperature of the hot cracking rod is close to and lower than the limit high temperature of the transformer, so that a technician can control the limit bearing temperature of the hot cracking rod by debugging and testing the thickness of the early warning cracking tube 92.

Through the setting at transformer surface middle part outer support plate 3, when transformer surface temperature was too high, the hot crack pole inflation explodes and splits, as figure 4 and figure 7, make the outside expansion that extends fast of extending folded tube 6, and the hot cover piece 7 that encircles of pulling, make hot cover piece 7 that encircles fold to the middle part by the slice gradually, thereby appear the form of heaving, and then realize producing the effect of timely early warning to the staff, and then in time remind the unusual situation of staff's temperature in the vision, the staff of being convenient for in time carries out manual intervention, in time eliminate or reduce the potential safety hazard.

Example 2:

as shown in fig. 9, the lint particles 13 are filled between the pre-stretching outer section 621 and the pre-stretching flat section 622, the liquid storage bag 10 and the limiting ring are fixedly connected inside the extension shaping end 61, the limiting ring is located on one side of the liquid storage bag 10 close to the outer supporting plate 3, a plurality of liquid guiding slots 14 are formed in the extension shaping end 61, the liquid guiding slots 14 are matched with the edges of the liquid storage bag 10, and the liquid guiding slots 14 are communicated with the laminated ring and the liquid storage bag 10, as shown in fig. 11-12, when the self-stretching laminated tube 6 extends outwards, the elastic rope 11 pulls the liquid blocking ball 103 to be separated from the liquid guiding slots 14, so that the color liquid permeates into the laminated ring along the liquid guiding slots 14, the lint particles 13 are adsorbed and discolored, the stretched self-stretching laminated tube 6 is in a color state, the early warning striking degree is improved, and the condition of abnormal temperature is relatively serious, so that a worker can timely maintain and reduce the potential safety hazard.

Referring to fig. 10, the reservoir 10 includes a concave arc plate 101 having an edge fixed to the inner wall of the extension shaping end 61 and an elastic attachment ring 102 fixedly connected to an end of the elastic attachment ring 102, and a plurality of liquid blocking balls 103 respectively corresponding to the pillars 4, the liquid blocking balls 103 are fixedly connected to a connection portion of the concave arc plate 101 and the elastic attachment ring 102, and the end of the liquid blocking ball 103 extends to the inner side of the liquid storage bag 10 and is connected with the elastic rope 11, the other end of the elastic rope 11 is fixed with the outer supporting plate 3, the space enclosed by the concave arc sheet 101 and the inner wall of the extension shaping end 61 is filled with color liquid, as shown in figure 11, the elastic rope 11 is an elastic structure, and the elastic limit is less than the extensible range of the self-extending stacked tube 6, so that when the self-extending stacked tube 6 is continuously extended at an abnormally high temperature, the elastic rope 11 breaks after exceeding the elastic limit, reduces the restriction on the extension of the self-extending folding pipe 6, meanwhile, the liquid storage bag 10 is not easy to pull continuously, so that the color liquid in the liquid storage bag is not easy to leak into the whole self-extending laminated tube 6.

In the expansion process of the self-extending laminated tube 6, when the surface of the self-extending laminated tube 6 changes color, the abnormal rising condition of the temperature of the transformer is relatively urgent, and the early warning upgrade of workers is realized.

Correspondingly, the pre-stretched outer section 621 is configured to be transparent in this embodiment, and the above technical features are added in this embodiment, and the rest is the same as that in embodiment 1.

Example 3:

referring to fig. 13, the cotton velvet particle 13 includes a color absorbing velvet tail 131, a floating ball layer 133 fixedly connected to an end of the color absorbing velvet tail 131, and an outer wrapping water soluble layer 132 wrapping the floating ball layer 133, where the outer wrapping water soluble layer 132 is used for weighting, so that the cotton velvet particle 13 is not easily attached to the inner wall of the pre-extended outer section 621 under normal conditions, the floating ball layer 133 is filled with helium, and after the color liquid enters the pre-extended outer section 621 and the pre-extended flat section 622, the outer wrapping water soluble layer 132 is water soluble, and the floating ball layer 133 is exposed and expands at high temperature, so that the hairiness has a certain buoyancy and gathers to the upper inner wall of the pre-extended outer section 621, thereby making the color change of the self-extended overlapped pipe 6 more obvious, and the early warning effect better.

This example was identical to example 2 except that the lint particles 13 were not changed.
