Detailed Description

In order to better explain the present invention, the main content of the present invention is further explained below with reference to the specific embodiments and the attached drawings, but the content of the present invention is not limited to only the following embodiments.

(4) And (3) metering the concentrated solution obtained in the step (3) by using an online flowmeter, wherein the ratio of the concentrated solution to the concentrated solution is as follows: 2, respectively conveying the mixture to a No. 1 coating liquid tank and a No. 2 coating liquid tank in a weight ratio;

The double-sided independent coating process for the reconstituted tobacco mainly comprises the following steps:

(1) adding pure water 8 times of the weight of the tobacco raw material into the tobacco raw material, uniformly mixing, extracting for 1h at 75 ℃, and after extraction is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain insoluble substances and an extracting solution;

(2) Pulping, papermaking and dehydrating the insoluble substance obtained in the step (1) to prepare a substrate;

(3) filtering the extracting solution obtained in the step (1), and concentrating under reduced pressure until the solid content reaches 45% to obtain a concentrated solution;

(4) and (3) metering the concentrated solution obtained in the step (3) by using an online flowmeter, wherein the ratio of the concentrated solution to the concentrated solution is as follows: 2, respectively conveying the mixture to a No. 1 coating liquid tank and a No. 2 coating liquid tank in a weight ratio;

The double-sided independent coating process for the reconstituted tobacco mainly comprises the following steps:

(1) Adding pure water 6.5 times of the weight of the tobacco raw material into the tobacco raw material, uniformly mixing, extracting for 1h at 78.5 ℃, and after extraction is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain insoluble substances and an extracting solution;

(2) Pulping, papermaking and dehydrating the insoluble substance obtained in the step (1) to prepare a substrate;

(3) filtering the extracting solution obtained in the step (1), and concentrating under reduced pressure until the solid content reaches 35% to obtain a concentrated solution;

(4) and (3) metering the concentrated solution obtained in the step (3) by using an online flowmeter, wherein the ratio of the concentrated solution to the concentrated solution is as follows: 2, respectively conveying the mixture to a No. 1 coating liquid tank and a No. 2 coating liquid tank in a weight ratio;

(5) adding 9% of essence A (independently prepared caramel essence) by weight of the concentrated solution into the No. 1 coating liquid tank, adding 12% of essence B (independently prepared bean-flavor essence) by weight of the concentrated solution into the No. 2 coating liquid tank, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain coating liquid A and coating liquid B for later use;

(6) Starting a No. 1 coating liquid tank centrifugal pump, enabling coating liquid A to be sprayed out from the upper row of spraying holes at the flow rate of 65g/s, enabling the substrate prepared in the step (2) to enter the lower portion of the upper row of spraying holes through a traction mesh belt, enabling the coating liquid A to be uniformly sprayed on the upper surface of the substrate, and drying the substrate in an oven at the temperature of 100 ℃ to obtain the substrate with a single surface coated;

(7) starting a No. 2 coating liquid tank centrifugal pump, so that coating liquid B is sprayed out from the lower row of spraying holes at the flow rate of 45g/s, meanwhile, the single-side coated substrate prepared in the step (6) reversely enters the lower row of spraying holes through a traction mesh belt, the coating liquid B is uniformly sprayed on the lower surface of the substrate, and the coating liquid B is dried in an oven at the temperature of 92 ℃ to obtain a double-side coated substrate;

(4) and (3) metering the concentrated solution obtained in the step (3) by using an online flowmeter, wherein the ratio of the concentrated solution to the concentrated solution is as follows: 2, respectively conveying the mixture to a No. 1 coating liquid tank and a No. 2 coating liquid tank in a weight ratio;

(5) adding 30% of essence A (independently prepared caramel essence) by weight of the concentrated solution into the No. 1 coating liquid tank, adding 0.5% of essence B (independently prepared bean-flavor essence) by weight of the concentrated solution into the No. 2 coating liquid tank, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain coating liquid A and coating liquid B for later use;

(6) starting a No. 1 coating liquid tank centrifugal pump, enabling coating liquid A to be sprayed out from the upper row of spraying holes at the flow rate of 65g/s, enabling the substrate prepared in the step (2) to enter the lower portion of the upper row of spraying holes through a traction mesh belt, enabling the coating liquid A to be uniformly sprayed on the upper surface of the substrate, and drying the substrate in an oven at the temperature of 102 ℃ to obtain the substrate with a single surface coated;

(7) Starting a No. 2 coating liquid tank centrifugal pump, spraying coating liquid B from the lower spraying hole at the flow rate of 40g/s, reversely allowing the single-side coated substrate prepared in the step (6) to enter the lower part of the lower spraying hole through a traction mesh belt, uniformly spraying the coating liquid B on the lower surface of the substrate, and drying the substrate in an oven at the temperature of 87 ℃ to obtain a double-side coated substrate;
