With the continuous progress of the technical level of the Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), the market popularity and user acceptance of the AMT have been further improved in recent years. In the AMT system, a gear selecting and shifting actuator is one of the most important components, and receives a command from a transmission electronic control unit (TCU) to complete a corresponding gear shifting action. Therefore, the control precision, the response speed, the feedback condition and the like of the actuating mechanism directly determine the gear shifting quality of the AMT, and further influence the performance of the whole vehicle.

The gear selecting and shifting actuating mechanism of the mainstream AMT in the market at present can be divided into three forms of electric control hydraulic drive, electric control pneumatic drive and electric control electric drive according to the driving form of the actuating mechanism. Compared with other two forms, the electric control electric form gear selecting and shifting actuating mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, no need of an air source or a hydraulic oil source, strong environment adaptability and the like, and is widely used. In the aspect of gear shifting, the electromagnet is also powered on, so that the inner spline sleeve axially moves towards the electromagnet, and the gear selecting driving rod rotates to drive the gear shifting screw rod 16 to rotate. Further, the gear shifting screw 16 rotates to drive the nut 11 to move axially, and simultaneously the gear shifting rod 23 drives the gear selecting shifting head 9 to move axially, so that the gear shifting action is completed. Two ends of the gear shifting screw rod 16 are designed with corresponding shaft shoulder structures, and the axial movement of the screw rod is limited by two ball bearings 12 on the mounting base 13. And a corresponding position sensor is arranged at the tail end of the gear selecting shifting head 9, and the position of the gear selecting shifting head 9 is fed back in real time through the converted electric signal. In order to limit the rotation of the nut 11, a corresponding guide connecting rod 15 and a corresponding guide rod 14 are designed. Similarly, after the gear shifting action is completed, the gear shifting electromagnet 17 is powered off, and the gear shifting internal spline sleeve 18 is far away from the electromagnet by virtue of restoring force generated by a spring arranged on the shaft shoulder of the gear shifting driving rod 2, so that the power interruption between the driving motor and the gear shifting lead screw 16 is realized.

The gear selecting and shifting actuating mechanism of the invention has the working process as follows: when the gear selecting and shifting actuating mechanism receives a gear shifting action command sent by the TCU, the servo motor 19 drives the gear selecting and shifting driving rod 2 to rotate by a certain gear selecting required angle phi, the gear selecting electromagnet 5 is electrified to generate magnetic force to attract the gear selecting inner spline sleeve 3 to move towards the gear selecting and shifting actuating mechanism, and thus the gear selecting connecting rod 6 can drive the gear selecting shifting head 9 to rotate phi in a gear selecting plane (shown in figure 2). Subsequently, the gear selecting electromagnet 5 is powered off, and the gear selecting inner spline housing 3 is separated from the gear selecting electromagnet 5 under the restoring force action of the gear selecting spring 1. In the process, the angle sensor 8 can monitor the rotation angle of the gear selecting rod 22 in real time, the signal is converted into an electric signal and then fed back to the TCU, and whether the servo motor 19 continues to rotate or not is judged through calculation and analysis until the gear selecting shifting block 9 moves to a proper position required by the gear shifting action, and the gear selecting action is completed.

When a gear shifting action is required, the servo motor 19 drives the gear selecting and shifting driving rod 2 to rotate, at the moment, the gear shifting electromagnet 17 is electrified to generate magnetic force, and the gear shifting inner spline sleeve 18 is attracted to move rightwards.
