Background

The hub motor is one of the hot spots of research in the field of new energy automobiles in recent years, and for a distributed drive automobile, each hub motor is independently installed in each hub, so that the function of respectively controlling four wheels can be realized. The control signal of the hub motor comes from a running computer, namely an electronic control unit ECU, and the motor outgoing line needs to be connected with the ECU outgoing line. The general working voltage of the hub motor is about 350-400V, the hub motor is close to the ground due to being installed in a hub, a water accumulation environment is inevitably faced, the hub motor driven new energy automobile is industrialized in the future, the safety of the whole automobile is inevitably required to be considered comprehensively, and the reliable insulation and sealing requirements can be met, so that the development of the hub motor driven new energy automobile is a necessary way.

At present, the inlet and outlet cables of a junction box commonly used in an electrical system are connected with a Glan head, so that a good waterproof function can be realized, however, the junction box structure is commonly used for low-voltage cable connection, and the electromagnetic interference between the cables can be ignored or has no strict requirement, so that the cables are fixed in the junction box by adopting a screw line pressing mode, the space between the cables can be saved, and the volume of the junction box is further reduced; and since such a junction box structure is often used for weak current, it is not sufficiently considered in view of safety. The wafer terminal 31 is mounted on the connecting flange 44 according to a predetermined tightening torque, and the connecting flange 44 is fixed on the case body 10 (the boss 41 is a part of the case body 10) in a normal connection manner, so that the case body 10 is mechanically protected, and when the connecting flange 44 is worn, only the connecting flange 44 needs to be replaced.

The proximity switch 60 can be a mature product, and a capacitance type proximity switch is selected, so that the distance from a proximity switch probe to the upper cover 20 is required to be within the detection effective travel range of the proximity switch 60 during installation.
