Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a fruit juice degassing apparatus, which comprises a feeding pipe 1, a discharging device 2, a separating tank 3, a vacuum degassing device 4 and a nitrogen gas draining device 5.

Discharging device 3 includes a discharging pipe 21 and sets up positive displacement pump 22 on the discharging pipe 21, discharging pipe 21 one end with a discharge gate 31 in the 3 bottoms of knockout drum is connected, 1 one end of inlet pipe stretches into 3 tops of knockout drum, 1 end that the inlet pipe stretches into 3 inside one ends of knockout drum are provided with a shower nozzle 11, spray hole 111 on the shower nozzle 11 periphery is laid for the horizontal direction.

The nitrogen gas drainage device 5 comprises a nitrogen gas pipe 51 and a nitrogen gas tank 52, and the nitrogen gas tank 52 is connected with an air inlet 33 at the top of the separation tank 3 through the nitrogen gas pipe 51.

In use, the juice degassing device provided in this embodiment, juice enters the separation tank 3 through the feeding pipe 1, the vacuum pump 42 is started to form negative pressure in the separating tank 3, the gas in the juice is separated out by the negative pressure and then is pumped out by the vacuum pump 42 through the vacuum pipe 41, in the process, the stirrer works to accelerate the separation of gas in the juice, the liquid level height of the juice is observed through the liquid level meter 7, when the liquid level drops to a set value, the stirrer and the vacuum pump 42 are stopped, and the drain pump 22 is turned on to discharge the juice, a valve (not shown) connected to the nitrogen gas tank 52 is opened simultaneously during the discharge of the juice, the nitrogen gas in the nitrogen gas tank 52 is discharged into the separation tank 3, since nitrogen is insoluble in water, the pressure in the separation tank 3 is increased and juice is smoothly discharged.

The embodiment provides a fruit juice degassing device, which uses a stirrer and a vacuum degassing device 4 in a matching manner, so that the separation of gas in fruit juice is accelerated, and the device can be ensured to have a good degassing effect; the nitrogen gas in the nitrogen gas tank 52 is filled into the separation tank 3 during the juice discharge so that the pressure in the separation tank 3 is increased, and smooth discharge of the juice can be ensured.
