Background

At present, a degasser for fruit juice basically adopts a spraying structure, degassing pressure is provided through a water ring vacuum pump, a centrifugal pump is arranged at an outlet, and a power distribution control box controls equipment to operate. The final product is difficult to control accurately, the liquid outlet of the product is not smooth, the product quality is uneven, the taste and the color are not uniform and fine, and the subsequent high-pressure equipment and pipelines are impacted and abraded due to the incomplete and uniform degassing of the equipment under the long-term work, so that the system operation and the equipment safety are seriously influenced.

The invention aims to provide a fruit juice degassing device which is simple in operation, low in cost, good in degassing effect and smooth in liquid discharge.

The invention provides a fruit juice degassing device, which comprises a feeding pipe, a discharging device and a separation tank, wherein the discharging device comprises a discharging pipe and a liquid discharge pump arranged on the discharging pipe, one end of the discharging pipe is connected with a discharging port at the bottom of the separation tank, one end of the feeding pipe extends into the top of the separation tank, and the fruit juice degassing device also comprises:

the vacuum degassing device comprises a vacuum tube and a vacuum pump arranged on the vacuum tube, wherein one end of the vacuum tube is connected with an air outlet at the top of the separation tank;

and the nitrogen liquid drainage device comprises a nitrogen pipe and a nitrogen tank, and the nitrogen tank is connected with an air inlet at the top of the separation tank through the nitrogen pipe.

The embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a fruit juice degassing apparatus, which comprises a feeding pipe 1, a discharging device 2, a separating tank 3, a vacuum degassing device 4 and a nitrogen gas draining device 5.

Discharging device 3 includes a discharging pipe 21 and sets up positive displacement pump 22 on the discharging pipe 21, discharging pipe 21 one end with a discharge gate 31 in the 3 bottoms of knockout drum is connected, 1 one end of inlet pipe stretches into 3 tops of knockout drum, 1 end that the inlet pipe stretches into 3 inside one ends of knockout drum are provided with a shower nozzle 11, spray hole 111 on the shower nozzle 11 periphery is laid for the horizontal direction.

The nitrogen gas drainage device 5 comprises a nitrogen gas pipe 51 and a nitrogen gas tank 52, and the nitrogen gas tank 52 is connected with an air inlet 33 at the top of the separation tank 3 through the nitrogen gas pipe 51.

In use, the juice degassing device provided in this embodiment, juice enters the separation tank 3 through the feeding pipe 1, the vacuum pump 42 is started to form negative pressure in the separating tank 3, the gas in the juice is separated out by the negative pressure and then is pumped out by the vacuum pump 42 through the vacuum pipe 41, in the process, the stirrer works to accelerate the separation of gas in the juice, the liquid level height of the juice is observed through the liquid level meter 7, when the liquid level drops to a set value, the stirrer and the vacuum pump 42 are stopped, and the drain pump 22 is turned on to discharge the juice, a valve (not shown) connected to the nitrogen gas tank 52 is opened simultaneously during the discharge of the juice, the nitrogen gas in the nitrogen gas tank 52 is discharged into the separation tank 3, since nitrogen is insoluble in water, the pressure in the separation tank 3 is increased and juice is smoothly discharged.

The embodiment provides a fruit juice degassing device, which uses a stirrer and a vacuum degassing device 4 in a matching manner, so that the separation of gas in fruit juice is accelerated, and the device can be ensured to have a good degassing effect; the nitrogen gas in the nitrogen gas tank 52 is filled into the separation tank 3 during the juice discharge so that the pressure in the separation tank 3 is increased, and smooth discharge of the juice can be ensured.
