The invention discloses an invention patent with the application number of 201620732873.6 and the name of 'a luggage case capable of stacking clothes in layers', and discloses a luggage case capable of stacking clothes in layers, which comprises a body, a box cover and a folding telescopic rod, wherein a third rotating shaft is arranged at the joint of the body and the box cover, the two sides of the body are respectively provided with the folding telescopic rod, one end, far away from the body, of the folding telescopic rod is connected with the box cover, a first rotating shaft is arranged at the joint of the folding telescopic rod and the body, a plurality of folding storage boxes are arranged in the body and the box cover, and clothes can be stacked in layers through the design of the plurality of the folding storage boxes. However, the plurality of retractable storage boxes of the luggage case are small in size, and therefore, the luggage case is suitable for storing clothes, and is not suitable for placing personal care products, mementos, and articles with large smell separately.
