Background

The noodle basket (noodle basket body) is provided with a noodle containing cavity for containing noodles and an inlet connected with the noodle containing cavity for the noodles to enter the noodle containing cavity, and sieve pores are arranged on the side wall and the bottom wall for the water to enter or exit; when in use, the noodles are put into the noodle containing cavity through the inlet, and then the noodle basket containing the noodles is immersed into boiling water for cooking or is added into cold water or ice water for rinsing.

In the field of automatic noodle making, noodles are usually put into a noodle basket after being made, the noodles are immersed in boiling water and cooked by the noodle basket, then the noodle basket is turned over again, so that the cooked noodles are driven to be turned over and poured into another noodle basket for passing water (cold water or ice water), after the noodles are passed through water again, the noodle basket for passing water (cold water or ice water) is turned over again, and then the noodles passing water are sent into a bowl.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a face basket and a face washing device.

The invention relates to a face basket, which comprises a face basket body and a baffle, wherein the face basket body is provided with a face cavity; the baffle is movably arranged in the facial cavity of the facial basket body, and the facial cavity of the facial basket body is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the activity of the baffle, or the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the facial basket body are restored into the facial cavity.

When the boiled noodles need to be watered, the baffle plate is driven to move, the baffle plate is opened, so that the noodle containing cavity is in a single-cavity structure, then the boiled noodles can directly enter the bottom of the noodle basket, the noodle basket is driven, cold water enters the noodle basket, the cold water can be used for watering the boiled noodles in the noodle basket, finally, the noodle basket is driven to turn over, and the noodles after watering are fished out and turned into a bowl. When the cooked noodles do not need to be watered, the baffle is driven to move, the baffle transversely rails the noodle containing cavity of the noodle basket, so that the noodle containing cavity is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, wherein the cooked noodles are blocked in the upper cavity when entering the noodle basket, at the moment, when the noodle basket is turned over and positioned in a state that the opening of the noodle basket is upward, only the lower cavity enters water, the upper cavity does not enter water, and the turned noodle basket can directly send out the cooked noodles which are not watered.

The flour basket can meet the dual-purpose requirement of water passing or non-water passing selection function, can be reused in a time-sharing mode only by one station, meets the process requirements of water passing and non-water passing, does not need to design a set of flour basket for supercooling water and another set of flour basket for not passing cold water, saves space, simplifies design and reduces cost.

In some embodiments, the flapper is pivotally mounted to the basket body. The baffle is turned in the noodle loading cavity to separate the noodle loading cavity into an upper cavity and a lower cavity or restore the upper cavity and the lower cavity into the noodle loading cavity.

In some embodiments, the device further comprises a connecting rod, a rocker and a power push rod; the two ends of the connecting rod are respectively provided with a first groove and a second groove, the connecting rod is rotatably arranged on the face basket body, and a rotating shaft of the connecting rod is arranged between the first groove and the second groove; one end of the rocker is vertically fixed on the rotating shaft of the baffle, the other end of the rocker is fixed with a first deflector rod, and the first deflector rod is inserted into the second groove in a clearance manner; a second deflector rod is fixed at one end of the power push rod, and the second deflector rod is inserted into the first groove in a clearance manner; the power push rod pushes the connecting rod to rotate through the second driving lever, so that the first driving lever drives the baffle to rotate.

the wash basin is provided with a water inlet, and a stop block for diffusing water flowing into the wash basin from the water inlet is arranged in front of the water inlet; the flour basket is arranged at the edge of the wash basin by the turnover rod, and the turnover rod is driven to turn over, so that the flour basket is driven to be soaked in the wash basin or leave the wash basin in a turnover mode.

When the cooked noodles need to be watered, the cooked noodles fall into the noodle basket and are immersed in cold water, the water is discharged from the water inlet, the water discharged from the water inlet meets the front resistance of the baffle block, the water enters the noodle washing pool from the side surface of the baffle block and is sprayed obliquely upwards to the bottom of the noodle basket to impact the cooked noodles at the bottom of the noodle basket, so that the clustered cooked noodles are scattered, the cold water is in full contact with the surfaces of the noodles, and the noodles can be further prevented from being piled.

In some embodiments, the stopper is in a conical shape, the conical stopper faces the water inlet, and the tip of the conical body is aligned with the water inlet; wherein a gap for water flowing from the water inlet to diffuse to the wash basin is arranged between the outer side wall of the conical body and the water inlet.

The side wall of the conical body is provided with an inclined plane which inclines from bottom to top, water at the water inlet uniformly and upwards washes the noodle washing pool from the bottommost part of the inclined plane, and the water is guided and dispersed by the inclined plane to finally wash the noodles at the bottom of the noodle basket.

In some embodiments, a liquid level detection system is further included; the liquid level detection system comprises a liquid level meter and a drainage cavity; the drainage cavity is provided with a water leakage port and an overflow port, the water leakage port is connected with the outside of the wash basin, and the overflow port is connected with the wash basin; and when the flour basket is immersed in the washing basin, the height of the liquid level in the lower cavity is adapted to the height of the overflow port. The term "the height of the liquid surface in the lower cavity is matched with the height of the overflow port" means that the height of the liquid surface in the lower cavity is flush with the height of the overflow port, or the height of the liquid surface in the lower cavity is lower than the top of the lower cavity by a distance of 20cm, and the height of the liquid surface is flush with the height of the overflow port.

When the washing basin is used for the first time, water is added into the washing basin, the height of the water surface is detected by a liquid level meter, the height of the liquid level of the added water is controlled, and the water adding is stopped after the liquid level rises to the required height; in the using process, when the water level in the washing basin is reduced and sensed by the liquid level meter to control the addition of water, the liquid level height can be kept constant finally; at the in-process of washing one's face, continuously add water in toward the wash basin, wash basin liquid level risees, and liquid level height and gap flush height in until the wash basin, the liquid level height at this moment is: when the pack basket is immersed in the wash basin, the lower cavity is immersed in the wash basin, water enters the liquid level of the lower cavity or the top of the lower cavity is separated from the liquid level by a certain margin distance (which can be 20cm) under the state (the certain margin is left to prevent the water in the wash basin from splashing to the cooked surface on the upper cavity on the occasion that the cooked surface does not need to be washed), water is continuously injected into the wash basin, the liquid level continues to rise, and the redundant water enters the drainage cavity from the overflow port and then is discharged out of the wash basin through the water leakage port.

In some embodiments, a water circulation system is also included; the water circulation system comprises a pump source, and the pump source is provided with a water outlet pipe, a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe; the water outlet pipe is connected with the water inlet, the first water inlet pipe and the second water inlet pipe are communicated with each other, the first water inlet pipe is connected with the face washing pool, and the second water inlet pipe is provided with an opening and closing valve.

The second water inlet pipe is used for connecting an external water source, and the opening and closing valve is used for controlling the on-off of the external water source.

Before normal work, tap water is filled into the wash basin, water can be filled into the wash basin through the second water inlet pipe, when the water surface of the wash basin reaches the height of the trigger signal of the liquid level sensor, water filling is stopped, and washing work is waited (when a cooked surface needs to be washed, the cooked surface enters the lower cavity of the surface basket, and the cooked surface is immersed in the water in the wash basin). In order to ensure the water temperature in the wash basin (if the water in the wash basin is repeatedly used, the temperature is easy to rise) and reduce the concentration of the flour slurry in the water (if the water in the wash basin is recycled, the flour slurry is accumulated), clean water is continuously injected into the system in the working process, namely, a start-stop valve is opened, an external water source supplies water to a pump source through a second water inlet pipe, the pump source works, the external water source passing through the second water inlet pipe and the water in the wash basin passing through the first water inlet pipe are mixed and pumped into the pump source, finally, the water is discharged through a water outlet pipe, and the water is diffused through a water inlet and a stop block to be sprayed again to the bottom of the flour basket to; the process is a face washing process, mixed water can be continuously injected into the face washing pool in the process, water which is higher than the overflow port in the liquid level of the face washing pool can enter the drainage cavity, and the water is discharged out of the face washing pool through the drainage cavity. In the washing process, as the external water source is properly added to circularly inject into the washing basin, the temperature of the water for washing the face cannot be increased, and the excessive accumulation of the water surface slurry in the washing basin can be prevented.

In some embodiments, the device further comprises a supporting seat and an eccentric wheel; the eccentric wheel and the turnover rod are respectively arranged on the supporting seat, and when the turnover rod drives the flour basket to turn over so that the flour basket is soaked in the wash basin at a preset depth, the side wall of the turnover rod is abutted against the side wall of the eccentric wheel; wherein the orientation of the eccentric side wall is adjustable about the eccentric center of rotation.

The eccentric wheel is used for positioning, when the face basket is overturned to enter a specific position (a specific depth of water immersed in the wash basin) in the wash basin, the side wall of the bottom surface of the overturning rod is abutted against the side wall of the eccentric wheel, so that the eccentric wheel blocks the overturning rod, the overturning rod is prevented from continuously moving downwards, and a limiting effect is achieved; the deviation of the eccentric wheel is adjusted, so that the depth of the flour basket driven by the turnover rod to enter the wash basin can be adjusted.

In some embodiments, the noodle basket is characterized by further comprising a second eccentric wheel, wherein the second eccentric wheel is installed on the supporting seat, and when the turnover rod drives the noodle basket to turn over so that the noodle basket leaves the wash basin and turns over to a specific position, the side wall of the turnover rod is abutted against the side wall of the second eccentric wheel; wherein the orientation of the side wall of the second eccentric can be adjusted around the center of rotation of the second eccentric.

When the turnover rod drives the flour basket to rotate, the flour basket drives the cooked surface in the flour basket to rotate to start the surface, the cooked surface in the flour basket falls into a bowl after the flour basket rotates to a specific angle (such as 180 degrees, 120 degrees, 150 degrees, 130 degrees and the like), and in this time, the side wall of the second eccentric wheel just props against the side wall of the turnover rod to play a limiting role and prevent the turnover rod from being overturned excessively. The side wall orientation of the second eccentric wheel is adjusted, the contact position of the side wall of the eccentric wheel and the side wall of the rotating rod can be adjusted, and the overturning angle of the overturning rod is also adjusted, so that the side wall of the second eccentric wheel can be applied to different occasions.

In the description of the invention, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g. as being fixed or detachable or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, so to speak, as communicating between the two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art. Referring to FIGS. 1-5, a face basket comprises a face basket body 10 configured to house a facial cavity and a baffle 20; the baffle 20 is movably mounted in the facial cavity of the pack basket body 10, and the activity of the baffle 20 divides the facial cavity of the pack basket body 10 into an upper cavity 201 and a lower cavity 202, or restores the upper cavity 201 and the lower cavity 202 of the pack basket body 10 into the facial cavity.

The assembly surface cavity is designed to be an upper cavity 201 and a lower cavity 202 which can be separated, or the upper cavity 201 and the lower cavity 202 can be restored to be a single assembly surface cavity according to requirements. When the noodle making device is used, when the cooked noodles need to be watered, the baffle plate 20 is driven to move, the baffle plate 20 is opened, so that the noodle containing cavity is in a single-cavity state (namely, the upper cavity and the lower cavity are communicated to form a cavity), then the cooked noodles thrown into the noodle basket can directly fall into the bottom of the noodle basket, then the noodle basket is driven to move, so that the noodle basket is immersed in cold water, the cold water can enter the bottom of the noodle basket, namely the height range of the lower cavity 202, the cooked noodles in the noodle basket are watered, finally, the noodle basket is driven to turn over, and the watered noodles are fished up and transferred into a bowl. When the cooked noodles are not needed to be watered, the baffle plate 20 is driven to move, the baffle plate 20 transversely separates the noodle containing cavity of the noodle basket, so that the noodle containing cavity is divided into an upper cavity 201 and a lower cavity 202, wherein when the cooked noodles enter the noodle basket, the cooked noodles are blocked in the upper cavity 201, at the moment, when the opening of the noodle basket is basically horizontal, only the lower cavity 202 is soaked in water, the upper cavity 201 is not soaked in water, the noodle basket can be turned over to directly send out the unhydrated cooked noodles (the upper cavity 201), at the moment, the noodle basket serves as a device for transferring the cooked noodles, and the pace of the process can be kept to be generally consistent when the supercooled water is needed and when the supercooled water is not needed.

The flour basket can meet the dual-purpose requirement of water passing or non-water passing selection function, can be reused in a time-sharing mode only by one station, meets the process requirements of water passing and non-water passing, does not need to design a set of flour basket for supercooling water and another set of flour basket for not passing cold water, saves space, simplifies design and reduces cost.

For the movement of the baffle 20, the turning movement may be a translational movement or a folding telescopic movement (the baffle 20 is designed into a foldable structure), which can be regarded as a protection scheme of the technology of the invention as long as the technical effect of the invention is achieved (any means of dividing the surface mounting cavity into an upper cavity, a lower cavity or converging the surface mounting cavity according to requirements should be regarded as an equivalent replacement of the technology of the invention), and in order to explain the principle more specifically, a specific embodiment of the invention is provided for designing the movement of the baffle 20 into a turning movement mode; a specific embodiment for the flap 20 to be turned over is given below.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the device further comprises a connecting rod 302, a rocker 303 and a power push rod (the power push rod can adopt a pneumatic cylinder 305);

the connecting rod 302 is provided with a first slot 3021 and a second slot 3023 at two ends, respectively, and the connecting rod 302 is rotatably mounted on the outer side wall of the pack basket body 10, wherein the rotating shaft 306 of the connecting rod 302 is arranged between the first slot 3021 and the second slot 3023; one end of the rocker 303 is vertically fixed to the rotating shaft 211 of the baffle 20 (it can be understood that since the baffle 20 rotates, the baffle 20 must have a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft can be located close to the sidewall of the washbasin, and one end of the remote lever 303 is fixed to the rotating shaft), the other end of the rocker 303 is vertically fixed to the first driving lever 304, and the first driving lever 304 is inserted into the second groove 3023 with clearance; a second driving lever 301 is fixed at one end of the power push rod, and the second driving lever 301 is inserted into the first groove 3021 in a clearance manner; the power rod pushes the second lever 301 to push the connecting rod 302 to rotate around the rotating shaft 306, so that the first lever 304 rotates the shutter 20.

More specifically, the connecting rod 302 rotates around the rotating shaft 306 as a rotating fulcrum, and the power push rod (the telescopic rod of the air cylinder, which is installed on the outer side wall of the face basket) pushes one end of the connecting rod 302 to rotate around the rotating shaft 306, and the other end of the connecting rod 302 drives the flap 20 to turn, wherein the first slot 3021 and the second slot 3023 may be through slots, and their lengths are long enough to allow the second driving lever 301 and the first driving lever 304 to freely extend along the direction of the slots inside the through slots, so as to complete the rotating action of the flap 20.

In addition, the present invention also provides a cleansing device, referring to fig. 6 to 10, the cleansing device of the present invention includes: a pack basket 101, a wash basin 50 and a turn-over bar 40; the washbasin 50 is provided with a water inlet 505, and a stop block 506 used for diffusing water sprayed into the washbasin 50 from the water inlet 505 is arranged in front of the water inlet 505; the overturning rod 40 mounts the pack basket 101 on the edge of the sink 50, and drives the overturning rod 40 to overturn, so as to drive the pack basket 101 to be soaked in the sink 50 or overturn the pack basket 101 away from the sink 50.

More specifically, the water inlet 505 is disposed at the bottom of the sink 50, preferably, at a position directly below the pack basket 101 when the pack basket 101 is immersed in the sink 50, the water inlet 505 opens upward, and the stopper 506 is fixed directly above the water inlet 505 by the bracket 504 (the bracket is mounted at the bottom of the sink), wherein a gap for water to flow out is left between the edge of the water inlet 505 and the stopper 506, and water is blocked by the front surface of the stopper 506 and dispersed, and finally flows upward from the gap to the bottom of the pack basket 101 when the water enters the sink 50 from the water inlet 505.

When the cooked noodles are flushed with water, the cooked noodles fall into the dough basket 101 and are driven by the overturning rod 40 to be immersed into the cold water in the dough basin 50, the water is discharged from the water inlet 505, the water discharged from the water inlet 505 meets the front resistance of the stopper 506, the water is dispersed into the dough basin 50 from the side gap of the stopper 506 and is sprayed obliquely upwards to the bottom of the dough basket 101 (the water flow direction refers to the direction of an arrow N in fig. 8), so that the cooked noodles at the bottom of the dough basket 101 are impacted, the clustered cooked noodles are dispersed, the cold water is in full contact with the surfaces of the noodles, and the noodles can be further prevented from being lumped.

The wash basket used in the wash basin may be the wash basket of the present invention, or may be a wash basket of a general technique, and in the wash basin, no matter what kind of wash basket is used, the cold water diffused at the bottom of the wash basket is convected toward the bottom of the wash basket, so that the cooked face can be washed with water. The device can always control cold water to be sprayed out from the water inlet 505, thereby generating cold water convection in the wash basin in real time and washing the dough basket with cooked noodles.

More preferably, referring to fig. 10, the block 506 is in a cone shape, the block in the cone shape is opposite to the water inlet 505, and the tip of the cone is aligned with the water inlet 505; wherein a gap is arranged between the outer side wall of the conical body and the water inlet 505, and the water flowing from the water inlet 505 can be diffused to the wash basin 50. The side wall of the conical body is provided with an inclined plane which inclines from bottom to top, water in the water inlet uniformly washes the noodle washing groove from the bottommost part of the inclined plane upwards, and the water is guided and dispersed by the inclined plane to finally wash the noodles at the bottom of the noodle basket.

In addition, the device also comprises a liquid level detection system; the liquid level detection system comprises a liquid level meter 501 and a drainage cavity 502; the drainage cavity 502 is provided with a water leakage port and an overflow port, the water leakage port is connected with the outside of the wash basin 50 (a floor drain or a water recovery device), and the overflow port is connected with the wash basin 50; wherein, the height of the overflow port is larger than or equal to that of the liquid level meter 501, the height of the overflow port is matched with the liquid level of the water in the wash basin entering the lower cavity when the flour basket is overturned and immersed in the wash basin (the overflow port can be leveled with the liquid level, and the overflow port can be slightly higher than the liquid level, so as to finally finish the purpose of washing the cooked flour in the lower cavity without soaking the upper cavity of the flour basket)

Referring to fig. 7 and 10, for the formation of the drainage cavity 502, a surrounding plate 512 may be provided in the wash basin 50, the surrounding plate 512 is bent to surround a vertically upward cavity with the inner wall of the wash basin 50, wherein, the water leakage port is provided at the bottom of the wash basin 50 in the cavity surrounded by the bending of the surrounding plate and the inner wall of the wash basin 50, the surrounding plate is bent to surround the vertically upward cavity with the inner wall of the wash basin 50, and the upper opening of the vertical upward cavity is used as a water overflow port, the water overflow port is connected with the wash basin, so that when the liquid level in the wash basin 50 is higher than the opening, the excess water can enter the drainage cavity 502 and flow away through the water leakage port.

When the flour basket is immersed in the washing basin, the height of the liquid level in the lower cavity is adapted to the height of the overflow port.

When the washing basin is used for the first time, water is added into the washing basin, the height of the water surface is detected by a liquid level meter, the height of the liquid level of the added water is controlled, and the water adding is stopped after the liquid level rises to the required height; in the using process, when the water level in the washing basin is reduced and sensed by the liquid level meter to control the addition of water, the liquid level height can be kept constant finally; at the in-process of washing one's face, continuously add water in toward the wash basin, wash basin liquid level risees, and liquid level height and gap flush height in until the wash basin, the liquid level height at this moment is: when the pack basket is immersed in the wash basin, the lower cavity is immersed in the wash basin, water enters the liquid level of the lower cavity or the top of the lower cavity is separated from the liquid level by a certain margin distance (which can be 20cm) under the state (the certain margin is left to prevent the water in the wash basin from splashing to the cooked surface on the upper cavity on the occasion that the cooked surface does not need to be washed), water is continuously injected into the wash basin, the liquid level continues to rise, and the redundant water enters the drainage cavity from the overflow port and then is discharged out of the wash basin through the water leakage port.

In addition, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a water circulation system is also included; the water circulation system comprises a pump source 60, and the pump source 60 is provided with a water outlet pipe 601, a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe;

the outlet pipe 601 is connected with a water inlet 505, and a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe are communicated with each other, wherein the first water inlet pipe is connected with the face washing pool 50, and the second water inlet pipe is provided with an opening and closing valve.

Referring to fig. 11, a schematic diagram of the use of the washing device is shown, and the working principle is as follows:

the second water inlet pipe is used for connecting an external water source, and the opening and closing valve is used for controlling the on-off of the external water source.

In the initial water adding process (before use, the washbasin 50 has no water), the washbasin 50 is filled with tap water before normal operation, and a specific water adding embodiment may be: water is injected into the wash basin 50 through the first water inlet pipe after passing through the second water inlet pipe, when the water surface of the wash basin 50 reaches the height of the trigger signal of the liquid level sensor, the water injection is stopped, and the wash operation is waited (when the cooked surface needs to be washed, the cooked surface enters the lower cavity of the surface basket 101, and is immersed in the water in the wash basin 50).

In order to ensure that the water temperature in the wash basin does not rise (if the water in the wash basin 50 is reused, the temperature is easy to rise) and reduce the concentration of the flour slurry in the water to be not too thick (if the water in the wash basin 50 is recycled, the flour slurry is accumulated), clean water is required to be continuously injected into the wash basin 50 in the washing process, the specific operation is that an external water source supplies water to a pump source through a second water inlet pipe, the pump source works, the external water source entering through the second water inlet pipe and the water in the wash basin 50 entering through the first water inlet pipe are mixed and pumped into the pump source 60, then the mixture is finally discharged through a water outlet pipe 601 under the pressure of the pump source 60, and the water is blocked and diffused through a water inlet 505 and a stop block and is sprayed to the bottom of the flour basket 101 to enter the wash basin 50 again; the process is a face washing process, which continuously injects mixed water into the face washing pool, so that the water which is raised above the overflow port on the liquid level of the face washing pool 50 enters the drainage cavity 502 and is drained out of the face washing pool 50 through the drainage cavity 502. In the washing process, as the external water source (from the second water inlet pipe) is properly added to circularly inject the water into the washing basin (mixed with the water in the original washing basin 50 of the first water pipe), the temperature of the water for washing the face cannot rise, and excessive accumulation of water surface slurry in the washing basin can be prevented, so that the washing process is performed for one time, after one time of washing, the pump source is stopped, the opening and closing valve of the second water inlet pipe is closed, so as to wait for washing the face after the next time of cooked face enters the face basket 101.

The whole in-process level sensor of work has also played and has kept watch on alarming function more than, and in normal working process, level sensor signals proves that the water yield in the washbasin is not enough, needs the supply, needs to start the water injection function and supply the water source this moment, and frequent trigger signal or last signals when level sensor, the system can report to the police, proves that there is the phenomenon of leaking in the washbasin, needs in time to overhaul the processing.

More preferably, the mounting of the pack basket 101 can be performed by using a supporting seat 412 and an eccentric wheel 411; the eccentric wheel 411 and the turnover rod 40 are respectively arranged on the supporting seat 412, and when the turnover rod 40 drives the flour basket to turn over to soak the flour basket in the wash basin 50 to a preset depth (the preset depth can be specifically designed according to needs, so as to allow water to enter the lower cavity to soak cooked noodles), the side wall of the turnover rod 40 is abutted against the side wall of the eccentric wheel 411; wherein the orientation of the side wall of said eccentric 411 can be adjusted around the centre of rotation of the eccentric 411.

The dough washing device is characterized by further comprising a second eccentric wheel, wherein the second eccentric wheel is arranged on the supporting seat, and when the turnover rod drives the dough basket to turn over so that the dough basket leaves the dough washing pool and turns over to a specific position (the specific position is designed according to needs, and the purpose is to enable cooked noodles in the dough basket to fall into the bowl 401), the side wall of the turnover rod is abutted against the side wall of the second eccentric wheel; wherein the orientation of the side wall of the second eccentric can be adjusted around the center of rotation of the second eccentric.

When the turnover rod drives the flour basket to rotate, the flour basket drives the cooked surface in the flour basket to rotate, the cooked surface in the flour basket after rotating to a specific angle (for example 180 degrees) falls into a bowl, and in this time, the side wall of the second eccentric wheel just offsets with the side wall of the turnover rod to play a limiting role and prevent the turnover rod from being overturned excessively. The side wall orientation of the second eccentric wheel is adjusted, the contact position of the side wall of the eccentric wheel and the side wall of the rotating rod can be adjusted, and the overturning angle of the overturning rod is also adjusted, so that the side wall of the second eccentric wheel can be applied to different occasions.
