1. A gun-type reduction forceps, comprising:

a handle;

the gun rod penetrates through the top of the handle and is mounted on the top of the handle in an axial sliding mode;

the gun rod penetrates through the clamping body, the top of the clamping body is rotatably mounted at the rear end of the top of the handle, a first spring is mounted between the clamping body and the handle, the clamping body abuts against the top surface and the bottom surface of the gun rod to prevent the gun rod from retreating, and when the clamping body extrudes the first spring, the clamping body is not in contact with the outer surface of the gun rod;

The application relates to an orthopedic operation, in particular to gun type reduction forceps and an instrument bag.

Background

When a doctor fixes the fracture, the doctor needs to reset the skeleton firstly, and can start formal operation only when the skeleton returns to a normal position, and the resetting of the skeleton needs to be realized by a special instrument; the skeleton difference of different parts of human body is very big, needs to use different pliers during reduction, and the kind is more. At present, special reduction forceps are often needed when pelvis fracture, intra-articular fracture and some long bone fractures are treated, the universality is poor, and inconvenience is brought to the operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a gun type reduction forceps and an instrument kit, which are suitable for reduction of various bones.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions.

The embodiment of the application discloses rifle formula pincers that reset includes:

a handle;

Preferably, in the gun-type reduction forceps, the gun rod advances by 2-4mm for each push of the trigger.

Preferably, in the gun-type reduction forceps, detachable cover plates are respectively installed on the handle at two sides of the compression spring, and the detachable cover plates cover the cavity.

Preferably, in the gun type reduction forceps, the front portion of the rod is formed in a claw shape, and the rear portion thereof is formed in a ball shape.

Preferably, in the gun type reduction forceps, a guide hole is formed in the axis of the gun rod, and the diameter of the guide hole is 2.9 mm.

Correspondingly, an instrument bag is also disclosed, and the gun type reduction forceps are stored.

Preferably, in the instrument package, a first reset arm, a second reset arm and a third reset arm are stored in the instrument package, a connection block is formed at one end of each of the first reset arm, the second reset arm and the third reset arm, a cylinder is formed by protruding the front end of the handle around the gun rod, the gun rod penetrates through the axis of the cylinder, the connection block is detachably fixed to the cylinder, the gun rod penetrates through the connection block, and a positioning circular groove is formed in the side surface of the cylinder.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, a gun-type reduction forceps 100 includes:

a handle 110;

the gun rod 120 penetrates through and is axially and slidably arranged at the top of the handle 110;

the locking device comprises a locking body 130, a gunrod 120 penetrates through the locking body 130, the top of the locking body 130 is rotatably arranged at the rear end of the top of a handle 110, a first spring 131 is arranged between the locking body 130 and the handle 110, the locking body 130 is abutted against the top surface and the bottom surface of the gunrod 120 to prevent the gunrod 120 from retreating, and when the locking body 130 extrudes the first spring 131, the locking body 130 is not contacted with the outer surface of the gunrod 120;

the gun rod 120 penetrates through the pull sheet 140, the pull sheet 140 is located in a cavity 111 formed in the handle 110, a compression spring 141 is installed between the pull sheet 140 and the handle 110, the compression spring 141 surrounds the outside of the gun rod 120, and the pull sheet 140 is located behind the compression spring 141;

According to the technical scheme, the reset clamp is designed to be in a pistol shape, reset arms in different shapes are detachably connected to the pistol-type reset clamp, accurate positioning is achieved by pulling a trigger, rough positioning and free sliding of a pistol rod are achieved by pulling a clamp body; the clamping body is slightly inclined and is propped against the top surface and the bottom surface of the gun rod through the elastic force of the first spring to prevent the gun rod from retreating; when the clamping body is squeezed by hands, the clamping body can be kept perpendicular to the gun rod, the top surface and the bottom surface of the gun rod can be separated from the clamping body, and the free sliding of the gun rod is realized; the shifting piece principle is basically the same as the clamping body principle, in a normal state, due to the action of a compression spring, the shifting piece is vertical to the gun rod and is not contacted with the top surface and the bottom surface of the gun rod, when a trigger is just started to be pulled, the shifting piece gradually begins to incline and then abuts against the top surface and the bottom surface of the gun rod, the shifting piece and the gun rod can be driven to move forwards when the trigger is further pulled, when the trigger is released, the action of the shifting piece is just opposite, and due to the action of the clamping body, the gun rod is prevented from retreating; after installing different arms that reset, because the arm that resets is installed on the handle, through behind the trigger of the knot or when detaining the card body, the barral of a gun can advance, will need the position block of operation between arm and barral of a gun front end that resets.

When the reduction forceps are normally used, the gun rod is pulled to a proper position, the other end of the reduction arm and one end of the gun rod are slightly contacted with a bone, a doctor adjusts the contact position and the contact direction of the reduction forceps and the bone and then pulls the trigger, the gun rod slides forwards, the reduction forceps are gradually pressurized to firmly clamp the bone, and the operation shows that the fracture condition of a patient and the operation skill of the doctor can reach an ideal position by going back and forth for several times.

As shown in fig. 5, in addition, the handle 110 is respectively provided with a detachable cover 142 at two sides of the compression spring 141, and the detachable cover 142 covers the cavity 111.

Referring to fig. 2-6, a kit 200 is shown for storing gun-type reduction forceps 100. The instrument package 200 is internally provided with a first reset arm 210, a second reset arm 220 and a third reset arm 230, one end of each of the first reset arm 210, the second reset arm 220 and the third reset arm 230 is respectively provided with a connecting block 240, the front end of the handle 110 protrudes and extends around the gun rod 120 to form a cylinder 113, the gun rod 120 passes through the axis of the cylinder 113, the connecting block 240 is detachably fixed on the cylinder 113, the gun rod 120 passes through the connecting block 240, and the side surface of the cylinder 113 is provided with a positioning circular groove 112.

According to the technical scheme, doctors select different types of reduction arms according to different fracture positions of patients, the instrument is provided with three types of reduction arms, the first reduction arm is suitable for pelvic surgery, the second reduction arm is suitable for common long bone surgery, and the third reduction arm is suitable for percutaneous minimally invasive surgery.
