Background

In recent years, with the increasing demand of people for enriching spiritual culture life, the amusement industry has been developed dramatically, however, the amusement industry in our country starts late than abroad, the quality of produced amusement equipment is uneven, and the operation management aspect is generally inexperienced. The safety accidents are mostly related to human body binding devices of amusement equipment, wherein on one hand, the equipment is continuously used after the function is failed due to the fact that the equipment is not checked and maintained in place daily by operation and use units; on the other hand, small and medium-sized amusement equipment manufacturing enterprises have poor safety analysis capability due to insufficient design and manufacturing attention degree on human body constraint devices, so that potential safety hazards exist in the produced amusement equipment.

In the operation process of amusement equipment, the human body constraint device plays a role in restraining the improper behaviors of passengers, and plays a more important role in protecting the passengers from collision and preventing unexpected conditions such as sliding and throwing. At present, most of the operation modes of the safe pressing bars of the cabins of the domestic amusement equipment are manual or semi-automatic, and the opening, closing and locking of the safe pressing bars still need to be operated one by one manually in the starting and stopping stages of the equipment, so that the running efficiency of the equipment is low, the labor cost is wasted, and the risk of misoperation of operators exists.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a full-automatic safe bar pressing device for amusement equipment, which can improve the operation efficiency of the amusement equipment, save the cost and effectively avoid the risk of misoperation of operators.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a full-automatic safe pressure bar device for amusement equipment, which comprises a cabin, wherein equipment supports are arranged on two sides of the cabin, a driving assembly is hinged on the equipment support on one side, a locking assembly is hinged on the equipment support on the other side, a safe pressure bar is hinged at the tops of the two equipment supports, and the driving assembly and the locking assembly are both hinged with the safe pressure bar.

Further, the driving assembly comprises a double-acting air cylinder, the bottom of the double-acting air cylinder is connected with one equipment support through a first hinge, and a cylinder rod of the double-acting air cylinder is connected with the safety pressure rod through a second hinge.

1) the full-automatic safe bar pressing device for the amusement equipment has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation method and wide application range. The opening, closing and locking of the safety lever pressing device are driven by the air cylinder, so that the risk of misoperation of an operator can be effectively avoided;

2) the locking assembly in the full-automatic safe bar pressing device for the amusement equipment adopts the pawl and ratchet mechanism, and the mechanism has larger meshing area compared with the pawl and ratchet mechanism commonly used in the safe bar pressing device for the amusement equipment, has stronger self-locking effect under the action of large impact strength and is not easy to generate relative sliding;

3) each safe pressure bar is provided with a driving component and a locking component which are respectively matched, and the production cost of the equipment is reduced compared with the safe pressure bar device with double-side driving and locking functions on the premise of realizing the same function.

Detailed Description

The following embodiments are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, so that how to implement the technical features of the present invention to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.

The invention discloses a full-automatic safe bar pressing device for amusement equipment, which is structurally shown in figure 1 and comprises a cabin 3, wherein equipment supports 4 are arranged on two sides of the cabin 3, a driving assembly 5 is hinged to the equipment support 4 on one side, a locking assembly 2 is hinged to the equipment support 4 on the other side, safe pressing bars 1 are hinged to the tops of the two equipment supports 4, the driving assembly 5 and the locking assembly 2 are hinged to the safe pressing bars 1, and the safe pressing bars 1 rotate around the hinges within the range of 0-90 degrees.

As shown in fig. 2, the driving assembly 5 comprises a double-acting cylinder 5-2, the bottom of the double-acting cylinder 5-2 is connected with one of the equipment supports 4 through a first hinge 5-3, a cylinder rod of the double-acting cylinder 5-2 is connected with the safety pressure bar 1 through a second hinge 5-1, a solenoid directional valve is arranged on the safety pressure bar 1, and the opening and closing of the safety pressure bar 1 are completed by controlling the extension and retraction of the double-acting cylinder 5-2 through the solenoid directional valve. The double-acting cylinder 5-2 is provided with a magnetic travel switch for detecting the position of a cylinder rod. The magnetic travel switch is connected into a device control circuit, and a feedback signal participates in safety interlocking of a control system.

As shown in figure 3, the locking assembly 2 comprises a pawl 2-6 and a ratchet bar 2-2 which are meshed with each other, the upper end of the ratchet bar 2-2 is connected with a safety pressure bar 1 through a third hinge 2-1, the ratchet bar 2-2 is nested in a guide pipe 2-3, the lower end of the guide pipe 2-3 is connected with another equipment support 4 through a fourth hinge 2-8, a single-acting cylinder 2-7 is connected onto the guide pipe 2-3 through a mounting plate 2-4, and a cylinder rod of the single-acting cylinder 2-7 is connected with the pawl 2-6. The locking assembly 2 is in a normally closed state, and the safety pressure bar 1 cannot move freely in the opening and closing states.

The guide pipe 2-3 is welded with a mounting plate 2-4, and the mounting plate 2-4 is connected with a single-acting cylinder 2-7 through screws.

The bottom of the cylinder body of the single-acting cylinder 2-7 is connected with a locking ring 2-5, and if the amusement equipment is in a sudden state, an operator can manually pull the locking ring 2-5 to freely open and close the safety pressure bar 1.

The single-acting cylinder is provided with a magnetic travel switch for detecting the position of the cylinder rod. The magnetic travel switch is connected into a device control circuit, and a feedback signal participates in safety interlocking of a control system.

The single-acting cylinder 2-7 and the double-acting cylinder 5-2 are both connected with electromagnetic reversing valves.

The double-acting air cylinder 5-2 and the single-acting air cylinder 2-7 are both provided with a magnetic travel switch, and a switch signal is used for controlling the working sequence of the air cylinders; when the safety pressure bar 1 is in the two extreme states of opening and closing, the single-acting cylinder 2-7 enables the pawl 2-6 to be meshed with the ratchet bar 2-2 under the action of the spring, and the position of the safety pressure bar 1 is fixed; when passengers need to get on or off the cabin 3, the pawls 2-6 are driven to retract by controlling the electromagnetic directional valves connected with the single-acting cylinders 2-7 of the pneumatic system of the amusement equipment, the magnetic travel switches send feedback signals after the pawls 2-6 are separated from the ratchets 2-2, and the driving component 5 is controlled by controlling the electromagnetic directional valves connected with the double-acting cylinders 5-2 of the pneumatic system of the amusement equipment, so that the safe pressure bars 1 are opened or closed.

When the amusement equipment is in an installation and debugging or in a burst state, the pneumatic system loop has a pressure loss condition, the electromagnetic reversing valve controlling the connection of the amusement equipment pneumatic system and the single-acting cylinder 2-7 cannot drive the pawl 2-6 to be separated from the ratchet bar 2-5, at the moment, the operator manually pulls the lock ring 2-5 at the bottom of the single-acting cylinder 2-7, and the safety pressure bar 1 is freely opened and closed.

The full-automatic safe bar pressing device for the amusement equipment has the following specific operation process:

firstly, before passengers enter an amusement equipment cabin 3, a safety pressure bar 1 is in an open state;

secondly, after passengers enter the amusement equipment cabin 3, the electromagnetic directional valve controls the single-acting air cylinder 2-7 in the locking assembly 2 to retract, the pawl 2-6 is separated from the ratchet bar 2-2, and the safe pressure bar 1 is closed under the control of the driving assembly 5;

thirdly, after the safe pressure bar 1 is closed, the single-acting cylinder 2-7 in the locking assembly 2 enables the pawl 2-6 to be meshed with the ratchet bar 2-2 under the action of the spring, the position of the safe pressure bar 1 is fixed, and the equipment runs;

fourthly, after the equipment is operated, controlling a single-acting cylinder 2-7 in the locking assembly 2 to retract by using an electromagnetic directional valve, separating a pawl 2-6 from a ratchet bar 2-2, opening the safety pressing bar 1 under the control of the driving assembly 5, and enabling passengers to leave the cabin 3; if the amusement equipment is in an abrupt state and the pneumatic system loop loses pressure, an operator can manually pull the locking ring 2-5 at the bottom of the single-action cylinder 2-7, and the safe pressure bar 1 is freely opened and closed.

The full-automatic safe bar pressing device for the amusement equipment has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation method and wide application range.
