Background

The paint spray booth in which the existing omega electrostatic painting machine is located is generally a dry paint spray booth or a water curtain paint spray booth. According to the electrostatic spraying chamber, the water baffles are arranged on the side portions of the water cyclones, moisture is contained in the air treated by the water cyclones, the circulation direction of the water-containing air is changed when the water-containing air passes through the water baffles, water is intercepted and discharged by the water baffles, the dehydrated air is discharged from the exhaust duct through gaps between the water baffles, and the moisture in waste gas can be effectively removed.
