Background

Kitchen waste, commonly known as swill, is the most important one of food waste, including food residues generated in families, schools, canteens, catering industries and the like. It is a complex composition, mainly a mixture of oil, water, pericarp, vegetables, rice flour, fish, meat, bone, and waste tableware, plastics, paper towels, etc. The quantity of kitchen waste in China is very large and is in a rapid rising trend. Is easy to rot and deteriorate, emits foul smell and transmits bacteria and viruses.

The anaerobic digestion treatment of the kitchen waste is an environment-friendly method and a benefit-creating method, and can generate a large amount of methane. However, anaerobic digestion systems have high material requirements, requiring material particles to be as small as possible to facilitate anaerobic digestion, and low impurity rates in the material to reduce the possibility of plugging process piping.

Due to the complex components of the kitchen waste, the kitchen waste needs to be sorted before anaerobic digestion treatment, and the requirement on kitchen waste sorting equipment is high. Then, current kitchen garbage handles and adopts manual sorting or grid machine to carry out simple processing usually, leads to the easy winding of kitchen garbage and the problem of hanging the material, and the interior stink of sorter is scattered outward simultaneously, influences the interior air quality of workshop. Secondly, there is a need for improvement in that the sorting effect is poor, the screening efficiency is low, and the applicability is limited.

Disclosure of Invention

And the kitchen waste which can not pass through the sieve holes of the sieve drum is gradually moved to the tail part of the shell under the pushing of the stirring mechanism and is discharged through the discharge hole.

The opposite surfaces of the two corresponding rake plates are back to the other rake plate to form a curved surface, so that the functions of raising and forward propelling the kitchen waste by the stirring mechanism are further improved.

In order to conveniently replace the harrow plate, a plurality of lantern rings uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the stirring shaft are arranged on the stirring shaft, and the harrow plate is connected to the lantern rings through a connecting shaft.

The screen drum is characterized in that a water spraying pipe is arranged on the shell, and a nozzle which extends into the shell and extends towards the screen drum is communicated with the water spraying pipe. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

1. the kitchen waste sorting device provided by the invention is not easy to generate winding and hanging phenomena when the kitchen waste is screened, and has higher efficiency of screening the kitchen waste.

2. This kitchen garbage sorting facilities adopts totally enclosed structure, can prevent that the foul smell from loosing outward, effectively improves air quality in the workshop.

3. The rotating speed of the kitchen waste sorting equipment is adjustable, and requirements of different working conditions and particle sizes can be met according to material characteristics.
