Background

The elevator guide rail is an elevator component composed of steel rails and connecting plates and is divided into a car guide rail and a counterweight guide rail. The cross section is divided into three forms of T shape, L shape and hollow. The guide rail can bear the impact force of the car and the elevator during braking, the impact force of safety tongs during emergency braking and the like while playing a role in guiding. The magnitude of these forces is related to the load weight and speed of the elevator and the guide rails should therefore be fitted according to the speed and load weight of the elevator. The car guide rails are usually referred to as primary rails and the counterweight guide rails as secondary rails.

At present, in the process of detecting the elevator guide rail, the detection device for straightening the elevator guide rail needs to detect different positions of the elevator guide rail, a plurality of parts need to be disassembled for adjusting the detection mechanism, and then the detection mechanism is assembled, so that the detection efficiency of the elevator guide rail is greatly reduced.

The working principle is as follows: the elevator guide rail is placed on the rotary table 9, the servo motor 3 is started, the laser 8 is driven to ascend or descend by the rotation of the output shaft of the servo motor 3, the laser can be flexibly adjusted, the laser 8 is adjusted to enable the laser to be irradiated to be attached to the upper surface of the elevator guide rail, whether a laser spot appears on the second vertical plate 16 or not is observed, and if the laser spot is observed, the elevator guide rail is straight. The handle on the second rotating rod is rotated, the elevator guide rail is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second rotating rod 14, the position of the elevator guide rail is changed left and right, the elevator guide rail is rotated by 360 degrees, the laser point on the second vertical plate 16 is observed, and if the laser point which can not be observed exists, the quality of the elevator guide rail is unqualified.
